Alex has been so patient and courteous with us! We reached out the day after our sink was clogged. We found out our washing machine and sink were connected to the same line! We had to wait for permission from the owners of the home to get the service, but as soon as we got the OK Alex and Miguel came over to get the job done. Both were courteous, efficient, and professional. Everything was priced affordably and we were given options with the possible results. They were well informed and treated us with respect and kindness. If we need any other plumbing issues done, will reach out to them again! read more

Was in a desperate situation as I needed two toilets installed on a property that I am putting up for sale and needed working toilets for the crew as we were all to do active clean up. These guys charged me $2,400 for two toilets and then they said a part broke on the main water turn on line and added an extra $750. Had another Plumbing company come do an estimate for the sinks and they quoted $500 when AIM wanted an extra $2,000 in addition to the two toilets. BEWARE of this scamming company read more

Awesome service! I had an emergency and he came to save the day in less than 2 hours!

I had ordered a bidet toilet attachment on Amazon and attempted to install it myself. However, the supplied metal T valve leaked when inserted between the plastic toilet supply value and the toilet tank inlet. I requested an appointment the previous evening supplying pictures of the issue. Early the next morning they had already responded and after getting my contact info I had an appointment set up in the early afternoon. Alex came over, examined the situation, and with 30 minutes or so had a new T-valve and local shut-off installed, and everything in working order and no longer leaking. I was completely satisfied with their timely response and their work. read more

My hot water valve for the upstairs laundry was broken. (Never worked since I purchased home). Alex (the owner I believe) was on time, polite, and friendly, we quickly discussed what needed to be done and he quoted me a decent price on the spot (less than another I had received). Said he could repair it right then. 40 min later everything was completed and he was on his way. It was a straightforward repair and it was taken care of in a straightforward manner. Will seek them out for any future plumbing needs I have. Thanks read more

Alex is very professional and honest. We had a leaking problem in our bathroom and my husband wanted to fix it but wasn't able to do it. Alex came over 2 times before doing the service and was very friendly, answered our questions and his price wasn't bad at all. They did the job in about 5 hours and had to work hard not to break more than 5 pieces of the tile, otherwise we were going to redo the whole bathroom. He saved us a couple thousand dollars. We highly recommend this company. Both guys who came were very nice and the job they did is excellent read more

I needed my old water heater replaced and I'd gotten estimates from at least 5 or 6 different plumbing contractors to do the job. Alex came back with a fair estimate for the scope of the work to be completed and even honored the military discount for veterans which saved me some cash from his initial estimate. On the day of the job Alex and Mike were punctual, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves when the work was complete. Alex is an honest and upfront guy who runs a great business and his prices reflect the level of professionalism and care he puts into his work. It has been a couple of months now since Alex and Mike installed my water heater and I have had zero issues! I could literally run every faucet in my home at once and have continuous hot water. I'll definitely consider AIM plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs. Thanks guys! read more

I called a bunch of places and had to leave voicemails. I literally called this place one minute before the hours online said they closed and left a voicemail expecting to hear back the next day. Alex texted a minute later saying he'd come the next day to take care of our problems! I got called into work last-minute and meant to let him know I would be out but my wife would be home to let him in. I feel horrible I forgot and missed his call when he got there and he waited for nearly an hour until I called him back to give him the info and he was able to go in. Alex was friendly, professional, and even took the trash out when he left rather than leaving it in the house (unlike other 4-5 plumbers we've had come in the past over the years). We mentioned we found him on Yelp and got a great discount and he was in and out installing our garbage disposal in 30 minutes! We had other projects but we need to get approval from our HOA first to do them, will definitely be using him again. read more

After I paid $607 for Alex and his assistant (actually Alex's assistant did the work) to take 20 minutes to replace an 18" section of water line, they told me that my pressure regulator wasn't working and that I currently had 100 psi water pressure, as shown on their gauge. They tried turning the adjustment all the way down and said that they couldn't get it below 80 psi and that it should be at 60 psi. I suspected that a solid brass, 4 year old pressure regulator should be working fine. Since the pressure coming out of the faucets after the adjustment was very low, it seemed to confirm. I purchased a water pressure gauge today and it showed 30 psi (shown in picture). I am glad that I didn't spend another $350 to have them screw a new pressure regulator onto the two fittings connecting it on either side. That would have cost them 5 minutes and $80 for the pressure regulator. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would, thats how satisfied I am. Alex & Miguel were at my home 15 mins after I called. Needed a garbage disposal replaced & installed as well as the toilet (not sure what you call what's inside the tank) guts replaced. They did it all and Alex also cleaned my stainless sink that was badly stained as a bonus. I don't think you can go wrong with this company. Honest, hardworking & affordable. We had some constant leaking under our sink. I search to find a plumber a saw the reviews for AIM Plumbing. Everyone had positive things to say and my husband and I realized why. It is not everyday you have an "enjoyable emergency plumbing" experience, but AIM plumbing did just that. I called frantically explaining about my overflowing sink-- Alex immediately stepped in same day and went to work assessing the situation, making his schedule available, and finally, fixing my problem. He was even nice enough to have a restoration company come same day to asses the damage to my cabinets and floors. He even fixed up my disposal for me (wasn't part of the problem) with no hesitation! Great company, great prices, trustworthy people, and excellent service. Thank you Alex! read more

Alex is honest, trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable! He was very informative of the whole process. He and his coworker, Mike, were very respectful and kind in my home. They had to cut a bunch of tiles from the wall but they were super careful so that I could reuse the tiles again (saving me thousands of dollars because there was no way I would be able to match that tile anymore). I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Alex and Mike! read more

Alex came on short notice and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to compete the job on the spot and for less money than other quotes. He also was able to also suggest a repair to our pressure regulator which may have been the root of the issue. He worked hard to complete the work quickly even though it was more complicated than initially seemed. Would highly recommend Alex and Aim plumbing. read more

Everything you could want in a plumber!! Super quick, reasonably priced and courteous technician. I came home to learn that my toilet was clogged. Our bubble-jet tub was leaking - a lot. Enough to fill it up in a few days. Not good in a drought. Alex came over to evaluate and wow was it corroded. The valves, pipes, everything. Alex was a pleasure to work with - on time, professional, great communicator, and he did a great job. I'll call him for all of my future plumbing needs! read more
