Aid Plumbing - New disposal installation - Plumbing Near Me - Hemet, California

My toilet had an issue that I thought I could repair myself, but it turned into a bigger issue and I was completely overwhelmed. Miguel was awesome in the service he provided. He was professional, efficient and affordable. Thank you Miguel!! read more

I originally called them for water softeners but they obviously do not specialize in it. They only do the installation. I then asked for a rough quote for tankless water heater and they quoted me $6200 which I thought it sounded high. I later found out it would only be about $4000 with other companies and they also didn't mention anything about SoCal gas rebate. Didn't seem professional to me even though they responded promptly to come out for a quote but I got the feeling that they just want to make a quick buck. I didn't end up using their service for obvious reasons. Can't speak for their service since I didn't use it. read more

These guys are ripoff merchants. I had a number of plumbing problems. I had another plumber - not Aid Plumbing - come out. He said he could fix the problems for just over $1000. Aid plumbing guy came out and said it would cost me $5000. Say what now? One of the things the Aid guy said was I need a pressure regulator as my water pressure was too high. This would have dost me quite a bit. My first plumber guy, let us call him plumber X, said pressure was not too high. Either plumber X is incompetent or Aid plumbing flat out lied to my face. I am inclined to believe the latter. I needed my garbage disposal fixed. Aid plumbing said they would need to break through a wall and redo my pipes to fix it. This would have cost me many hundreds of dollars. Plumber X fixed it in 15 minutes for $99. Aid Plumbing guy's name was Miguel. He should be fired. read more

I am a first time home buyer. In less than 2 months of my new home purchase, the unthinkable happens. I walk in to standing water on the hallway leading into the stairwell. In a panic, I called AID plumbing. I am soo happy they were my first call. Miguel showed up in 20 min (it was a Saturday night) and walked me through everything step by step. He recommended other people (all of which were amazing!). Making the call to AID plumbing will be my first call every time. read more

I noticed moisture around the base of my 5 month old toilet which was installed as part of a full bathroom remodel. I contacted the company who performed the remodel and after a few texts and phone calls, the communication dropped off on their end. I decided to move on since it was apparent that they weren't going to help. I did my best to perform a diagnosis by conducting the normal troubleshooting steps e.g. food coloring in the bowl, wiping the area dry followed by flushes etc. My theory was that the wax ring was not making a good seal with the toilet base but I needed a professional to confirm. I sent several estimate requests through Yelp but I ultimately chose Miguel for a couple reasons: * communication was quick * an immediate price estimate was not provided. I appreciated the fact that he wanted to check out the problem first before providing an estimate. This was not the case with most of the other plumbers I contacted. Miguel arrived on time and was considerate in wearing a mask at all times when we were talking. He was also good with using shoe booties when walking on our carpet. The price he charged to reseat the toilet, put on a new wax ring, level the flange to floor height and install new flange bolts was fair. The quality of the work thus far seems good so far: no more unexpected water at the base after flushing. read more

Aid Plumbing - Our new Water Heater - Plumbing Near Me - Hemet, California

Aid plumbing to the rescue. Miguel is a professional through and through. He will get it done while other plumbers just can't. He was attentive and was in contact up until the install of our new toilet and some pipe work. The final result is head and shoulders that you will get with the higher names. He will show up on time and get the job done efficiently and quickly. He has all the right tools, and he services downtown SD, which is becoming a rarity in today's world of stupid associations, lack of parking and over all customers that are clueless on what it takes to do Plumbing in condos, it's not easy, at all. Also circling back to plumbing, do your best to provide parking for your plumber, it's the right thing to do. They often need to make trips back to the work truck and it makes sense. He does have the option of a smaller work van at times that can fit in the parking garages, ask ahead. Again, I would recommend Miguel and Aid Plumbing anytime and their prices are very competitive with what you'll get with the less quality big names. It's not easy finding a good plumber anywhere, and especially in San Diego, this is the dude. read more

Miguel was very responsive as he quickly returned my message and was able to come to my house early the next morning. He came when he said he would- was knowledgeable about more than just the plumbing and water heater, and was able to answer all of my questions. He and his team quickly installed our new water heater and the price was great. He was friendly, helpful, professional, and Covid-safe. We appreciated his business and would definitely call him in the future! read more

Let me just start off by saying-We are renters. Somehow when any toilet got flushed or even the washer was used, the water would come up out of the shower drain in our downstairs bathroom. You can only imagine the horror. Called our landlord around 9:30 am and he arrived at 4:30 in the evening with a snake to unclog our toilet. I tried to tell him I think the situation is beyond that handy contraption due to the fact that "all" the toilets, showers, and washer was draining out of the downstairs bathroom. But he persisted and asked if I have ever used Drain-o... to which I replied, yes... however I think this particular "situation" is beyond drain-o. After about 20 minutes and him suggesting I google our current circumstance, I called the plumber. Miguel and Alex arrived that night, worked in the dark, and fixed our nightmare. They were professional, friendly and the price was extremely reasonable. They turned a nightmare into a happy ending! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Miguel was amazing, just what you want in your local friendly plumber and such a professional. Very responsive and gave a quote over the phone. We had to install a new toilet at my parents' house, and he pulled out the old and hauled it away, but during installation identified the new bowl was cracked... I had to return and replace it. He really made us feel like it was not a problem at all & came back the next morning to accommodate our schedule. And voila! Fixed, and easy. No extra fee for having to come back. Then, my parents even asked him to caulk another toilet upstairs since he was there... lol... but he was so kind and took care of it. Again like it was no big deal. He is super friendly, explained things when they asked, and provided outstanding service. We have found our new go-to plumber! read more

Our water heater broke late at night and the next morning I contacted Miguel if he could help us. They made time the same day to look at it and fixed it as well on the spot. Very happy with the quick response and fix. Couldn't ask for better customer service, definitely recommend them! read more

I would give Miguel 10 stars if possible. I have been a property manager for an older main house and apartment units in the back for many years and have been thru multiple of the 'tv commercial' plumbers for just about every type of repair and replacement with non-favorable results. From water heater replacements, re-pipes, clogged drains, plumbing repairs, toilet parts etc. Since finding Miguel/Aid a few years ago - he has answered all phone calls immediately and came out same day / sometimes within the hour (including a late Sunday afternoon or two), they have a very well equipped truck (they to date have never did the "I will be right back") and he is one of the most personable trades I have met. Highly recommend. read more

Miguel went out of his way to make our appointment after he learned I'd taken off from work.

Days before Thanksgiving, our kitchen pipes burst. It left us with a flood of water from the kitchen to the bathroom which was directly behind the kitchen. I have dreaded calling the plumber for years because we've gotten taken advantage of many times and we even had a professional plumbing company come to fix our laundry pipes and making the problem far worst than it was before. Miguel is amazing. He was prompt and knowledgeable in assessing the problem and recommending mitigation to come assess the loss of the kitchen as a result of the flood. He is my go to plumber from now on! FIVE STARSSSS+++++ read more
