They came and looked at what I needed after I paid another plumbing contractor for leak detection, and told them all where the leak was. I also added 7 options I wanted done after they repaired my leak. William was hundreds of dollars less than the average price of 3 other contractors! And when I asked him most of the same questions I asked the other plumbing contractors, he sounded more knowledgeable and experienced repairing slab leaks. Before he started, he said he was going to only bring one person to help him. But he brought two. And one of them was also a plumbing contractor! So I'm sure it reduced their time to repair it. I also asked him to do a couple of their minor things that I told him I would pay him extra for when he got here. But he did them for free! So I gave him $100 cash tip after I paid him for doing everything else on my flat rate quote. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing service. And I got some of their business cards to give to some of our neighbors to ask for a plumbing referral. And I highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service in their service area.
