Great service! Manny and Brent were super profesional, explained everything well and did a great job

okay, it's official: I've run out of superlatives for Mastercraft Plumbers. they've gone out of their way, above and beyond, to bail me out of plumbing emergencies so often I half expect them to show up on short notice in tights and a red cape. most recently, it was for a delinquent hot water heater (don't EVER buy from AO SMITH). after leaving a dozen messages and getting zero response from the manufacture's emergency hot line, Joe and his crew rescued the family from a week and a half of cold showers. hygiene was becoming an issue. can't say enough good things about these guys. read more

Had a great experience working with Jeremy. He showed up on time, was courteous and got straight to work. He walked the property, explained what he was seeing and gave us clear, honest estimates on the work that could be done, without pressure or upselling. Everything was explained in a way that actually made sense which I really appreciated. read more

Jeremy was amazing! On time, friendly and he kept me informed through the whole process. Explained every step and made sure I understood everything he was doing. He also gave me a few tips and instructions. Will use Mastercraft for all my plumbing needs. read more

We were looking for a reliable plumber for our 38 year old home with many issues & after neighbors recommendations & online reviews we called MasterCraft plumbers. Joe Martin (owner) was quick to respond. He went through our home, identified the problems & gave us a competitive bid. His team started right away & finished the next day. Everything now works as it should including the Moen water monitor & shutoff unit. Over the years we've had 4 leaks & flooding. No more! Mastercraft is now our plumber! Thanks again, Mike D read more

Mastercraft reached out to me to follow up on the project they did at my home several years ago. They wanted to come by and verify the quality has held up and if we had any issues. They sent Jeremy out to check everything out and address any questions we had! Class act company that I would 100% recommend. It's rare you find anyone to follow up these days after they've been paid and the job is done. We will for sure be using them on our next project! read more

On time. Well organized and finished with work on time. Cleaned up the property as it was when they arrived.

Just a couple of days after my service, my drains all started to back up! I called MasterCraft Plumbers and received almost immediate response! MasterCraft to the rescue once again. I woke up this Christmas Eve morning to a leak under the kitchen sink. Liz scheduled me for a same day appointment and shortly thereafter she bumped my time frame up 2 hours. kudos to her! I was blessed this time to receive service from Jeremy Nedrow. He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it within a hour, even with my chatty Cathy self lol. I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. They are quick to respond, get the job done right the first time and their prices are reasonable, but most importantly to me is that they are honest and FRIENDLY! The world needs more loving, kind and dedicated people like the ones at MasterCraft. read more

MasterCraft Plumbers are the best at what they do. I recently had some issues with my water heater. I went online and did my due diligence and did some research. I found MasterCraft Plumbers with not only the highest rated reviews, but you definitely get what you pay for. Ahmad was scheduled and arrived on time. He looked over the water system and provided me recommendations. What I found was a very professional young man who examined my water system, showed me where I had mineral build up, tested the water, showed how important it is to maintain any system and what consequences can happen when regular maintenance is not followed. My wife and I made a decision and had a complete water system installation to include a Halo 5 filtration system, a tankless water heater and a water circulation pump. Ahmad kept me well informed of what he was doing. He worked diligently and tirelessly to get the work done in a timely manner. Ahmad is an excellent example of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy. I now have clean, purified and hot water flowing throughout my house. I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers for their quality of work, value and professionalism. read more

I had a sink stopper that was stuck, effectively plugging up my guest bathroom sink, and MasterCraft Plumbing responded very quickly to my Yelp request for assistance. I really liked that they were a local company with excellent reviews, which is why I chose them over many other companies. Jeremy and Josh came out that very day to diagnose and fix the problem. We ended up replacing my faucet, which turned out to be rusted and was also leaking, and they snaked the sink in my master bathroom as well. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, and both sinks are now working perfectly. If you're looking for skilled, reliable plumbers, I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbing! I'll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. read more

Excellent service! The technician, Giovanni, showed up early morning after our water heater tank was leaking the night before. He ended up need to replace the water gate valve because it was corroded and the old water heater tank had a small leak at the seam in the bottom. I now have a brand-new, commercial-grade water heater tank (Bradford White brand), water leak was fixed, and hot water restored in our house! Fair price, great service, fast installation of the new water heater (1.5 hours), and no hidden fees. Thanks again Giovanni and MasterCraft Plumbers! read more

We had a nightmare of a situation where our water heater tank started leaking water out Friday morning. We called to make an appointment to get our free estimate for that evening, and were given the news we needed a new tank and what our options were. Reasonably priced, efficient, and courteous labor and reliable brands were what we got the very next morning. Fast forward to Sunday evening, and we were met with a terrible leak that had spread beneath our vynil flooring. The leak was nowhere to be seen, at 9PM, so we made an emergency call to have these guys come out the next afternoon. After hours of tedious labor, Jeremiah Nedrow gave us a much needed breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for the service; we wish we could repay him the extra effort and time he put forth on this mess of a situation. read more
