I found MasterCraft Plumbers with not only the highest rated reviews, but you definitely get what you pay for. Ahmad was scheduled and arrived on time. He looked over the water system and provided me recommendations. What I found was a very professional young man who examined my water system, showed me where I had mineral build up, tested the water, showed how important it is to maintain any system and what consequences can happen when regular maintenance is not followed. My wife and I made a decision and had a complete water system installation to include a Halo 5 filtration system, a tankless water heater and a water circulation pump. Ahmad kept me well informed of what he was doing. He worked diligently and tirelessly to get the work done in a timely manner. Excellent service! The technician, Giovanni, showed up early morning after our water heater tank was leaking the night before. He ended up need to replace the water gate valve because it was corroded and the old water heater tank had a small leak at the seam in the bottom. I now have a brand-new, commercial-grade water heater tank (Bradford White brand), water leak was fixed, and hot water restored in our house! We had a nightmare of a situation where our water heater tank started leaking water out Friday morning. We called to make an appointment to get our free estimate for that evening, and were given the news we needed a new tank and what our options were. Reasonably priced, efficient, and courteous labor and reliable brands were what we got the very next morning. Fast forward to Sunday evening, and we were met with a terrible leak that had spread beneath our vynil flooring. I called in after hours to report a leak that's coming from our ceiling.
