I was so frustrated with my sink being clogged everyday! We snaked it, draino it, boiled hot water, replaced garbage disposal. Nothing worked! It's the holidays and I need this fixed. Direct plumbing came out and assisted with a plumbing issue all three of my toilets were overflowing at the same time, the technician found the problem and resolved it for the time being, however, He had to order a part, it took about two weeks, the part came, however it didn't fit so they had to "make a kit" so that the part could work, and the cost went up ofcourse, but the technician seemed really honest and was very knowledgeable so, I just went with it, I don't feel like he was trying to take advantage he was doing what had to be done to get the job done. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. I'm a small busines owner and we had a small drip we needed fixed in a room where we use the sink a lot. Our previous plumber tried to get me to purchase a whole new faucet despite their having installed the existing one just 18 months earlier without even bothering to check if we were still under warranty or even coming to check out the issue. Not cool! So I asked our property manager if they could recommend an honest, good plumbing vendor. Meanwhile I spoke with the manufacturer who sent us a new washer set and said based on what I described it's an easy job that anyone can do and they'd even walk us through it. So my husband who is not a plumber but has done basic plumbing jobs at our house over the years watched a video put the new washer in. It just made the drip worse! Fortunately our landlord recommended Direct Plumbing & Drains and I called and Rudy came out and after not having luck with the new washer either let me know it was more than just the washer and that we would just need a new handle assembly kit. That was great news for my husband who was feeling redeemed. Yay for him but I was a bit stressed. Fortunately, Rudy gave me exactly what to purchase online. I purchased it and he was sick so someone else installed it but there was a minor issue. Rudy came the next morning and took care of the issue. No extra charge which was a relief because my former plumber would have charged me for that. We had a related issue just yesterday and they came out this morning and Cade took care of it. He also shared some great instructions for my team so that we can avoid further unnecessary wear and tear. Cade also gave very helpful advice about next steps when we eventually need to replace the entire faucet so that we get a brand that has fewer issues, much more reasonably priced than the one our former plumber installed, and better fits our user needs. Lastly, Jerry was so accessible (I called after hours and he answered!) and responsive and never once made me feel like my issue was a major priority and not just some annoying small job through this entire process.
