I was so frustrated with my sink being clogged everyday! We snaked it, draino it, boiled hot water, replaced garbage disposal. Nothing worked! It's the holidays and I need this fixed. I called and Jerry picked up. He came within the hour and right away told us someone put stucco over the drain plug outside. You're not supposed to do that and that caused the heavy grease to accumulate. To be honest, my husband knew about this plug, but it was covered so he assumed it wasn't there. Jerry told us that he could make a hole and fix our issue. Furthermore, in the future we can do it ourselves too. Jerry was great! It was only 125$ and very affordable! I can finally enjoy my holidays! read more

Jerry and his team did a great job. They were very responsive from the first call I placed. They were very transparent with the pricing, I was able to send over pictures of what needed to be done. They didn't change any pricing on me once the work was done. Pricing was very reasonable. I had a new kitchen sink put in, faucets and garbage disposal installed, with new plumbing. I also had 3 other bathroom sinks set and faucets installed along with the plumbing. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but I needed help fixing my toilet wax ring as soon as possible. I called and was able to get an appointment same day. Gio arrived as planned and he was able to find out there was a root growing from my toilet flange. He was able to explain to me the situation and take care of everything same day. Amazing service, thanks Gio! You have a repeat customer in me. read more

The bathtub faucet would not shut off. I called and spoke with a live person right away. I was given a same-day appointment. The plumber was punctual and determined the problem right away. Pricing is fair and the work was started immediately. Damion was communicative about the job details, pricing, and estimated repair time. I would definitely call Direct Plumbing for service again. read more

We had a toilet replaced and the plumber, Giovanni, was knowledgable and dedicated to doing a great job. The new toilet was missing a part and he went to Lowe's and took care of it. The price was excellent, even though we had to pay more for the extra time. We will definitely be using Direct Plumbing and Drain again. read more

Direct plumbing came out and assisted with a plumbing issue all three of my toilets were overflowing at the same time, the technician found the problem and resolved it for the time being, however, He had to order a part, it took about two weeks, the part came, however it didn't fit so they had to "make a kit" so that the part could work, and the cost went up ofcourse, but the technician seemed really honest and was very knowledgeable so, I just went with it, I don't feel like he was trying to take advantage he was doing what had to be done to get the job done. All said and done, it was easy to work with this company they kept me informed and it was all done in a professional and timely manner. Technician was really kind. read more

Gio and Pablo responded to my emergency in the early evening. We had a broken connection at our hose. They completely understood the problem, accurately predicted what they were likely to find when they opened the wall and diligently worked on repairing it until it was good to go. Gio must have checked and double checked 6 times to be certain there were no leaks. They left the area spotless when they were done. I was impressed with how well they worked together also. I would not hesitate at all to call direct Plumbing for any plumbing needs! They made me feel that their company is customer focused and didn't try to sell me 10 other things. read more

We found out that we had a slab leak behind our pantry and so we shopped around and getting several quotes from a number of highly rated Yelp reviewed companies. I'm usually skeptical about reviews without having a recommendation from a personal connection. The quote from these guys were reasonable and lower than the others so we took a chance. Rudy and Damian arrived on time, provided us with an overview of the work, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were respectful and professional and the best thing was that the left with the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Couldn't be happier with the work and I'm ecstatic to find somebody I can count on for the next unexpected plumbing disaster. read more

They were on time and very professional and kept me updated as to what needed to be done so I could approve the work and have them start the work. Called Direct Plumbing & Drains this past weekend after finding a large water leak near our garage. Jerry, answered, came out within the hour to assess the leak. Jerry provided a potential issue along with an estimate. After approving the work, Jerry began working and found and showed me the leak was a little more complicated than assumed. Jerry honored the estimate, kept me informed of the process. I found Jerry to be very personable, honest and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. I'm a small busines owner and we had a small drip we needed fixed in a room where we use the sink a lot. Our previous plumber tried to get me to purchase a whole new faucet despite their having installed the existing one just 18 months earlier without even bothering to check if we were still under warranty or even coming to check out the issue. Not cool! So I asked our property manager if they could recommend an honest, good plumbing vendor. Meanwhile I spoke with the manufacturer who sent us a new washer set and said based on what I described it's an easy job that anyone can do and they'd even walk us through it. So my husband who is not a plumber but has done basic plumbing jobs at our house over the years watched a video put the new washer in. It just made the drip worse! Fortunately our landlord recommended Direct Plumbing & Drains and I called and Rudy came out and after not having luck with the new washer either let me know it was more than just the washer and that we would just need a new handle assembly kit. That was great news for my husband who was feeling redeemed. Yay for him but I was a bit stressed. Fortunately, Rudy gave me exactly what to purchase online. I purchased it and he was sick so someone else installed it but there was a minor issue. Rudy came the next morning and took care of the issue. No extra charge which was a relief because my former plumber would have charged me for that. We had a related issue just yesterday and they came out this morning and Cade took care of it. He also shared some great instructions for my team so that we can avoid further unnecessary wear and tear. Cade also gave very helpful advice about next steps when we eventually need to replace the entire faucet so that we get a brand that has fewer issues, much more reasonably priced than the one our former plumber installed, and better fits our user needs. Lastly, Jerry was so accessible (I called after hours and he answered!) and responsive and never once made me feel like my issue was a major priority and not just some annoying small job through this entire process. Highly recommend! read more

Fantastic, highly recommend! I had a couple projects that needed to get done. I have had multiple handy people and plumbers out and no one could figure out how to fix my sink or gave me crazy quotes. Joel came out right away, was super friendly and gave me a great quote and took his time to find the best, most cost effective options for us. We were able to get the work scheduled quickly and he was very careful to make sure everything was cleaned up and perfectly back in place, so refreshing when so many vendors don't care about that level of service (even at much higher price points). I had a wall heater removed and I told him he could take it and he let me know they are quite expensive and I could re-sell it. I had no idea and he could have easily taken advantage, but he's super honest and nice. Joel is just "good people." Highly recommend! read more
