He went above and beyond to get me scheduled right away, he was able to confirm that my water heater was still under warranty and was able to get the replacement part for free, and all i had to do was pay for labor, which was a great competitive rate! Removed and replace a pressure relief valve and a very old multi turn sprinkler shutoff valve to a new ball valve. He adjusted the pressure to within acceptable limits and now how fridge water comes out a good speed instead of getting showered before with old regulator.
