I highly recommend Roger Miller Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I have used them several times now and always on time, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, Honest! On the last visit. They had a chance to charge me for something I didn't need and did not. Explained to me what they thought my issue was and did not charge me for the visit. I offered to pay for the service visit but would not allow me to pay. This is why they have a customer for life! Do the job right and are honest about what service they are performing. read more

I needed a plumber fast in Temecula. They came out in 2hours. I had a bathtub faucet coming out of the wall and a clogged shower water line. Dan came out and had it fixed in less than an hour. We had other plumbers come to the house over the past 30 years. These guys are the coolest period. They have my business from now on. Because their pricing was better. I had been quoted 350. Dollars to replace my hose bib. Roger Miller quoted me 195. End of story. read more

I will never use them again . Their job was faulty within 6 moths . They replace plumbing for my waterless tank , it leaked within months and cause water damage in my garage . Then they installed a shower system , it was supposed to be rain shower . Instead they installed wall shower and at two different heights !!! They also used cheap quality copper . When I call to ask them to fix the issues Roger was extremely disrespectful , verbally abusive and rude . Never will use the again . I am attaching photos read more

My son installed a new toilet at my house. He was visiting form out of state so doesn't live nearby. It started rocking about 4 months later. He returned shortly after that for another visit and attempted to reset set the toilet. He told me that the Closet ring appeared damaged and would not hold the bolts tight. I have done this type of work before and know that to replace a damaged ring and flange is not an easy job but must be done before the toilet can be properly set. I called Roger Miller Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend. Sean took my information over the phone and said that they would send a plumber, Dan, out to take care of it. Dan showed up on time, removed the toilet then cut out the old ring and flange, installed the new ones reinstated the toilet and even caulked the base of the bowl. He was very professional, no nonsense and completed all the work in an hour. I am not a contractor but used to do flip houses and developed enough skills to understand the basics of many trades like plumbing, electrical, flooring etc. and have done this type of work myself but am no longer physically able to do so. Because of this I have a hard time finding good contractors or service men to do the work I need. This includes a different plumber on a different job that did a satisfactory job but was not reliable and did not show up when he said he would, nor seem to care. I have been told that I am too picky, but I want a contractor or serviceman that I hire to give me quality work at a fair price and stands by their work. I have found all of that in Roger Miller Plumbing and I will be using them for any future plumbing needs and recommend them to my family, friends and neighbors. read more

I've been living in Temecula valley for over 15 years and when needing to find a very solid plumber, someone local that knows the area and the types of plumbing materials used, Roger is the bloke I go too every time. Not some national 800 outfit that just sends some flyby night to mess up your pipes. Roger's workmanship is top notch and his pricing is very reasonable and up front pricing. He and his team have placed my old heater, installed a bathroom sink, a few leaking toilets and replaced a couple of bathroom faucets. Thanks Roger to you and all your team. read more

When we recently bought our new home in Temecula, we knew from our home inspection that we had some plumbing needs right away. We had several companies provide quotes, but went with Roger Miller's Plumbing because of their customer service, the education they gave regarding a few items we could fix on our own, and their great pricing. On the day of the install of our new water heater, the technician Dan was prompt, courteous, and respectful of our Covid precautions as we have young children at home at the time. We are so happy to have found a great company right off the bat. read more

We won't make the mistake of using Roger Miller Plumbing again. read more

We hired Roger when our hot water heater went out last year. Right off the bat, he came off as courteous, knowledgeable and professional. After calling a couple of other places to compare estimates, it also became immediately apparent that he was offering the best deal for what we needed, and by a comfortable margin. Roger and crew were very fast and efficient in getting our water heater replaced in as quick a turn around time as possible. We were very pleased and impressed with the service we had received. So pleased and impressed, in fact, that we asked them back out a short time later for a couple of shower issues in both our guest and master bathrooms. As ever, they were extremely thorough and courteous and went out of their way to make sure they had the right parts, and that we were satisfied with the results. We couldn't be happier with the products and service we received. Highly--HIGHLY--recommended! read more

I just had Roger come by this past Tuesday. He was prompt, as usual, very reasonably priced, AND didn't laugh at me when he figured out what I had done. Note- NEVER try to be your own plumber. Sigh.. We've been exclusively calling Roger for the past 8 years. I recommend him every time someone asks either in person or on Facebook. I don't easily recommend companies but his is one of the most honest, professional, and friendly around. read more

Great guy. Honest. Good work. Made himself available long after the work was done to make sure work was done well. Thanks Roger.

This was our third time using Roger Miller's Plumbing and they have never disappointed us. Today Tim came to replace a hose bib in our yard. An easy job that took about 10 minutes. While he was here he noticed a little leak on our pool valve and took it upon himself to fix it with some plumbers tape. A small thing but so appreciated. He didn't even mention that he had fixed it, he just did it. It's so rare these days to be surprised bysomeone going above and beyond. If you need a plumber these are your guys . Many thanks read more

Sean and Dan, thx u for getting us in and taking care of our water regulator. We were running at a psi of 150 and Sean was able to coordinate with Dan and get it replaced that afternoon. Thanks Dan for your help today. A++++ service and great communication. Got Roger Miller's Plumbing on speed dial #5. read more

While the work was excellent I caution you to get your estimate in writing. I had them come out and quote me on some work in our new kitchen. It was a two part job that required some work on my end in between appointments. They showed up on time and did excellent work on the first appointment. When I called for the second appointment I was informed that the invoice I received and already paid that was the exact amount of the original estimate was only for the first visit and if I wanted them to finish the job it would be a separate charge. I canceled the follow up appointment and informed them I would be using some one else to complete the work. To reiterate, they do excellent work. Just make sure you are informed and have documentation. read more

Amazingly helpful, efficient and affordable! We had our main water line break and called our favorite plumbing company, Roger Miller. When we called to see if someone was available, they made us feel like a neighborhood friend. As usual, they exceeded our expectations by sending someone out even though they had numerous other appointments that day. It is definitely not fun working upside down in a six foot muddy hole but that's what they did, fixing the issue in a few hours. If you want to work with a plumbing company that always goes above and beyond please call Roger Miller's Plumbing! read more

Called Roger around 5:30 PM to see if he worked on in-home Jacuzzi's. He explained that it wasn't something he serviced, but proceeded to give me several good tips to fix it myself, and recommended a couple places to buy parts. He stayed on the phone for five minutes giving me free advice knowing all the while he wasn't going to get any money out of the deal. Thanks Roger! read more
