I will never use them again . Their job was faulty within 6 moths . They replace plumbing for my waterless tank , it leaked within months and cause water damage in my garage . Then they installed a shower system , it was supposed to be rain shower . Instead they installed wall shower and at two different heights !!! They also used cheap quality copper . My son installed a new toilet at my house. He was visiting form out of state so doesn't live nearby. It started rocking about 4 months later. He returned shortly after that for another visit and attempted to reset set the toilet. He told me that the Closet ring appeared damaged and would not hold the bolts tight. I have done this type of work before and know that to replace a damaged ring and flange is not an easy job but must be done before the toilet can be properly set. I called Roger Miller Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend. Sean took my information over the phone and said that they would send a plumber, Dan, out to take care of it. Dan showed up on time, removed the toilet then cut out the old ring and flange, installed the new ones reinstated the toilet and even caulked the base of the bowl. He was very professional, no nonsense and completed all the work in an hour. I am not a contractor but used to do flip houses and developed enough skills to understand the basics of many trades like plumbing, electrical, flooring etc. and have done this type of work myself but am no longer physically able to do so. Because of this I have a hard time finding good contractors or service men to do the work I need. This includes a different plumber on a different job that did a satisfactory job but was not reliable and did not show up when he said he would, nor seem to care. I have been told that I am too picky, but I want a contractor or serviceman that I hire to give me quality work at a fair price and stands by their work. This was our third time using Roger Miller's Plumbing and they have never disappointed us. Today Tim came to replace a hose bib in our yard. An easy job that took about 10 minutes. While the work was excellent I caution you to get your estimate in writing. I had them come out and quote me on some work in our new kitchen. It was a two part job that required some work on my end in between appointments. They showed up on time and did excellent work on the first appointment. When I called for the second appointment I was informed that the invoice I received and already paid that was the exact amount of the original estimate was only for the first visit and if I wanted them to finish the job it would be a separate charge. I canceled the follow up appointment and informed them I would be using some one else to complete the work. To reiterate, they do excellent work.
