Richard and his team were dedicated, professional and extremely accommodating. My renovation project started off a complete disaster as I went through a slew of contractors who tried to overcharge me and the quality of the work was below average at best. We found Richard and immediately our worries and issues were at ease as he stated that he could fix everything in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. His company did everything. Jack of all trades. He did my lighting (electrical), rough and finished plumbing, air conditioning, flooring, painting, drywall and custom finishes. We purchased a 88 fixer upper and Richard gutted it completely and now it looks so good. He completely remodeled my kitchen, living room, and all my bathrooms. I was worried because of some of the reviews here but I had a good experience. My home warranty had referred them as a vendor and they were amazing. I called and they answered right away. I told them about the leak in my garage and my call was immediately transferred to Richard. He came out the same day to look at the problem. My water heater was leaking but he was able to replace that and also pointed out other concerns. We agreed on a price and he fixed everything over the next few days. Richard is polite and kind. He took time to explain things to me. Hopefully we wont have anymore plumbing issues but if we do, I know who to call. read more

Our water heater broke so we submitted a request for service via our home warranty on 12/13/21 at 10:15am. The service request was assigned to "Pro Team Plumbing" within minutes of submitting the request. Usually the service provider calls the customer to setup an appointment but we didn't hear from them all day. I called them towards the end of the day using the number listed on their Yelp profile which is the same as the number provided by my home warranty but we just got a busy signal. We called again the next morning and received the same busy signal and had no other phone number to call them. We went onto their website and found an "emergency number" so we called that and finally got someone on the phone. I asked if they can let us know when they would be able to fix the water heater as the temperatures have dropped significantly and needed to take showers. The guy on the phone had no clue that they were assigned any work order from my home warranty. I had to tell him the date and time the work order was submitted as well as the work order number and then he finally knew what I was talking about. I was told they wouldn't be able to come until the following day but he asked to provide photos of the water heater to his cell phone which I did. Several hours later he calls me back to schedule an appointment and asked when I could send the photos. I told him I already sent him the photos and had to tell him again the exact time when I sent them so he could find them. He scheduled an appointment for 9am the next day but they were a no show / no call. After waiting for more than 1 hour we finally had enough and called our home warranty to assign us to someone else. Later that day I got a text from them that someone would come by at noon. Apparently they didn't know that the work order was cancelled so I had to tell them. I have no clue how they obtained such a high rating other than paying for fake 5 star reviews. This place is a disorganized mess. Business phone number not working, not paying attention to work being assigned to them, not showing up to appointments with no phone call...avoid this place at all costs. read more

Richard stopped by to diagnose the issue, determine what parts were needed, clearly explained to us what would be covered under AHS and what was additional out of pocket for non-covered parts, so there were absolutely no surprises. I am so impressed with this company! I called in the afternoon and Richard was here the next morning, right on time. Every other company was too busy to come so quickly. A piece of my old faucet needed to be cut off, and he took every possible measure to protect my sink and floor. Once the new faucet was installed, he made sure everything was working properly and that my sinks were well sealed. He then completely cleaned up and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he would leave. And I wasn't charged one penny more than I was quoted. I would leave less stars if I could. This company is absolutely terrible and has no business being in business. They disregard their customers, have a horrendous response time, and do half-a** work. WOW - talk about a no show!!!! This company was dispatched on 7/5/17 by American Home Shield (another waste of time and money). I was to receive a call within 24 hours. 5 days later I left a message and as of this writing on 7/26/17, have never heard back from this AHS substandard vendor. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I find them less than one star but can't rate in the negative. Other reviews speak to no shows. I was having problems with the toilet in my guest bathroom running and out of town guests coming so I contacted Richard and the Pro-Team. I got a call back right away and discussed the problem and options and set up an appointment for the next day. Lowes doesn't stock the parts for the toilet that I bought from them 7 years ago but that wasn't a problem for the Pro-Team. (shame on Lowes!) Richard called me and explained the options and we decided that for a few dollars more I could get a brand new toilet installed. Took a few hours to install, and they were very careful in my bathroom and did an amazing job of keeping things neat and tidy with the cleanup. Very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Some contractors will try to rip you off or upcharge for thing but not Richard. Fair price and good honest work! No show, no apology, therefore 0 stars would be more appropriate. They did me dirty twice in one week. They are an American Home Shield Contract for plumbing and I needed a kitchen faucet repair. They WERE the only company rated more than 2 stars. After putting a call to American Home Shield I was supposed to get a call from this company but did not. I called them Wednesday and set an appointment. Plumber was supposed to come on Thursday between 11 am and 2 pm but simply didn"t show up. I Called that night to find out what happened-my wife and then son had taken off work to wait for him... Richard sounded stoned or confused and did not even remember my service complaint. No apology. I was silly enough to reschedule for a Saturday 8-10 am window. Called at 9 am Saturday to find out status. He again forgot my complaint-our sink was leaking and faucet was not working and now black-green mold was starting to build but he asked if it was our ceiling. He said he couldn't make it by 10 am (surprise!) but maybe between 10 am and 1 pm and he would only have standard faucets or whatever was in the truck to replace mine if necessary (even though my insurance said they would pay for a new replica to replace my upgraded faucet). Again, no apology. I finally cancelled the service and started over with insurance. I have come to the realization that I simply cannot trust anyone from this company to go anywhere near my pipes. read more
