Danny at KJ's was wonderful! He saved our weekend! I spoke with him on the phone at 8am and our A/C was fixed by 9am! It was supposed to be a couple of days before he could get someone out, but when I explained we were hosting a birthday party he offered to come right away. It turned out the capacitor was bad and he happened to have the part we needed! Thank you for the fantastic service and record speed fix! I highly recommend giving KJ's a call! read more

KJ's really saved us! Our ac died and we found out it was original to the house, 36 years old. I called them after I called another larger corporation ("WC") and they were far more timely, kind, informative and affordable. I am SO glad I found KJ recommended on a local facebook page. The full replacement of the condenser, furnace and thermostat took about 5 hours with a 5 man crew. They were respectful and polite the whole time they were at the house. HIGHLY recommend read more

KJ's rocks. We had an issue with our AC, naturally during the 100+ weather and they came super fast and fixed it even faster!

We were very satisfied with the quality and service we received from KJ's ! I would highly recommend them to do any work you might need for your house or business. They were very reliable in explaining what kind of equipment and the warranty as well and the process of how to install it. Again, thank you so much for a great job ! read more

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. The following morning I called a few different companies. KJ's company was able to come out that day. Two technicians came out and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. They were friendly and professional. Reasonably priced as well. Would def recommend!!! read more

Owen was great! It took him less than 10 minutes to take care of everything. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and quick!

Working with KJ's heating and air has been an extremely pleasant experience and I'd highly recommend them. Their pricing was great and service was top-notch! I'm going through a whole home renovation and have dealt with many different service providers, some great, and some not-so-great, and KJ's was by far one of the easiest to work with! My project took a bit longer due to other trades needing to finish their work, and they never rushed me, and they politely checked in to see how things were going. KJ's tore out my 50-year-old furnace and ducting, and installed a brand new furnace (even moving it to the attic), new AC, new duct work with vents, and a whole house fan. Their crew, Danny, Owen, and the rest, were all great. They took care of my house during their work, they were respectful, professional, answered questions that my wife and I had, and are a huge asset to KJ's. I've already started recommending them to friends and neighbors who ask! read more

If I can put one star, I will do this company rip off. They came to my house and they take off the free and from the AC and they ask me to put new AC. They are rip off and when I find out a problem with the electric I don't recommend this company read more

I was referred to KJ's by chance and I'm so happy I was. After dealing with two other companies and left with disappointment, I contacted KJ's. Danny arrived the same day within a few hours to fix our ac unit. He was met with multiple challenges that prolonged the job by hours in 105 degree weather. But he acted with grace, honesty, determination, and customer-focused. All of the staff were great and they work together to meet the needs of their customers. My old ac is back to running and I will return to KJ's in the future. Thank you for a job well done. read more

My thermostat had gone out with what I thought was from the power outage we recently had. I reached out to Lee with KJ's. He immediately responded to my request and had one of his teammates show up and diagnose my problem within a few days! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local company that will treat you with respect and professionalism. read more

My plumber had been keeping my air conditioner on life support for the past few years. Monday he came out to do the before-summer maintenance and told me that it was dead. Not good news. I wasn't planning on it dying this year. Then he told me he knew a guy. That guy was Kelly. We talked on the phone that same day and then he came out on Tuesday to check everything. I liked him immediately. Good folks. He sent his guys out Wednesday to replace the A/C. Dean and Jorin [sic] did a great job! They were friendly, professional, careful, and answered all my questions. Kelly's trucks say "Integrity. Excellence. Family." I think you can take that to the bank. By the way, my bank account is lighter than it was, but I can't complain. Kelly's price was fair and his crew's work was excellent. They made it to my contacts list. read more

Horrible communication. I called them to confirm they were coming the day before. They bailed at 7:15AM the day they were supposed to come claiming they didn't know I was out of the range of their service even though I sent them my address two days prior when scheduling. Unprofessional, disorganized, and lack of attention to detail. read more

Really great service! Had a friend who used KJ's and they were right! Great Value and very professional. Danny came to look at my Heating AC as it was not turning on. I had called a few other places and given them the information about my AC and immediately those places just said "it's shot and old, you'll need to replace it". Danny did a complete check on my unit and blower and discovered my fuse was blown.....changed it out and everything worked! Here is a company who will do the checking FIRST before trying to sell you something you don't need. They are NOW on my contact list. Really great experience! TY read more

Thank You Very much Kelly & Danny for doing such a great job installing my new hot water heater. Also much Thanks to Lee for setting it up. I am Very grateful for the Amazingly LOW price.Thank You read more

Came out, was on time and provided quote and repair at reasonable price. Danny was very helpful and professional.

Unfortunately, my experience with this vendor has not been a pleasant one. I had Lee come service my unit a few months ago and was charged for cleaning of the unit as well as a new capacitor. Only a few months later my system stopped functioning so I called him back. He was unavailable, so I called a different vendor. They sent me pictures of the unit and informed me this unit looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. They also advised me the lack of service potentially resulted in the damaged system. I had a conversation with Lee, he sent someone out the following day. He then mentioned that due to lack of a water connection he was unable to clean the system as they normally would (mind you the water connection is on the front of building). There was no mention of this during the initial transaction, only now after he has been called out on his work. As a owner, and customer, the false sense of a completed job has resulted in additional costs. I tried to work this out directly with Lee by asking a refund for the work that was clearly not preformed, but the company decided to go radio silent in emails. read more

If I could rate 10 stars I would. Ac stopped working Friday, I'd had my system replaced two years ago by nexgen. Had them come out to look and they said it was a bad motor in the furnace. Then said I'd need to replace the motor at a cost of 2000 or replace the entire furnace for 7500. Had a friend recommend Kjs, called them on Sunday around noon. They had someone out by 8:30 Monday. In addition they were able to test, and get the motor running, and let me know that it wasn't a bad motor, but it was a bad capacitor. After replacing the capacitor the technician was able to get the system running by 9:30. He stated that while the system was older and would need to be replaced in a few years, they would be able to replace the system for half the price. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

My brother-in-law referred me to Kelly and team and I'm very grateful he did! I received top level full replacement equipment, outstanding service and a great price! Highly recommend KJ's HVAC. The staff was very courteous and will definitely use KJ's for all of our future service calls. read more

From start to finish, I knew I made a great decision with hiring this company. Bonus, it's family owned! Lee, the business manger was great. Transparency and communication was not lacking here. On the day of the job, seeing four company trucks arrive with the owner as well was great! My entire heating and cooling system was replaced with American made products. They also easily relocated the outside units to a more desirable area. The units were operating by 1:00pm and I couldn't be happier. I hands down would recommend this company. read more

Lee at KJ's helped me and my wife find the right unit (HVAC) at a great price including installation ! We got two other quotes after talking with Lee . Everything went great and we couldn't be happier with our new HVAC SYSTEM . read more

My air conditioner wasn't cooling my downstairs. KJ's was recommended to me, and I'm so glad I called them. I called on an afternoon and Lee had someone out the next morning. Kelly, the technician, was great. I really enjoyed talking to him while he was checking the system. Fortunately, just some dirty condenser coils and he had them cleaned in no time. No upsell, no bullshit, and a reasonable service call fee. I highly recommend KJ's. read more
