I work in sales and first to contact is the first to contract. Definitely a true statement here. Within a minute of putting in my request I was called and had a technician at my home within 2 hours. It would've been sooner but I wasn't home. Exceptional customer service. The technician that came out diagnosed in 5 minutes and took. The time to explain what was broken and a basic overview of how the system worked. I used to be an electrician so I know he wasn't trying to oversell me on services I didn't need. Basically my capacitor went out and that was the main issue. The relay had contacts that needed replacing which I agreed with him on replacing plus he installed another complement to enhance the longevity of the system. Not to mention he did a coil cleaning. All that for $850 and less than 20 minutes I hate my AC working. We all know how essential getting the AC to work in September in Temecula. Not sure if the price is expensive or not because I didn't get several quotes but from contact to working AC in less than 2.5 hours was worth it. P.s. Definitely regret calling them in the first place. Tried charging me double what the part cost me. Tried charging $1200 just for labor. I fixed and replaced the part myself in less than 45 min. They were pissing on me and telling me it was raining smh are there any honest people left in this world I understand it's a business but they were definitely not honest about what they were telling me and looked me in the face and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm not sure how I feel. I had an AC installed few years ago after it stopped working on the hottest day of the year. I was told fixing it would cost about the same as just replacing it and getting a new one. My husband was out of the country at the time so I couldn't get a hold of him and made the decision to get a new AC that I wasn't prepared for. All my neighbors have theirs from 20 years ago but somehow mine was completely broken. Anyway, got the new AC and after the cost, I decided to sign up for the monthly maintenance plan where they guarantee to go out twice a year to check and make sure everything is working properly. I did this to prevent any huge costs. In my mind, I figured since I'll be on top of it I won't be having to pay as much since I'll catch anything right away and fix it. It's just odd to me that every time the maintenance time comes around, it costs me about $300-$500. The stuff is barely used except for the ac two months out of the year and rarely ever the heater so what is breaking down I don't know. I have yet to have once where they say "all looks good, see ya in 6 months." It feels frustrating and I feel defeated. I dread the maintenance. I feel like people don't do maintenance and their stuff is fine. But I'm paying every 6 months for this, that, and the other that have supposedly been worn out, broken or "could cause damage if not fixed." The AC is brand new. So again, while this company has been friendly and has pretty much same day appointments and were able to get an AC installed and working same day, there is a cost every single time when barely anything has been used. After the last maintenance time, there were 3 things wrong today. I got two of them done, dishing out $300, but I feel defeated and something just doesn't sit well with me. read more

Called today at around 4:00 pm and got an appointment for a technician to come out the next day between 3-5 pm. Was told that I would get a call if they could come out earlier. LIARS GAUGING FOR MONEY DISHONEST AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I had them come out because my AC unit stopped working. They replaced ONLY 2 parts and charged me $750. They left and that night, and the unit stopped working. They cane back the following morning to add another part. Ryan, the owner came in and very very kindly explained to me that the unit was 39 years old and that it's better off to replace it instead of throwing money at it, his example "it's like an ok'd car, you're just gonna keep throwing money at it" His words were "if these parts don't work, let me know, I'll come back and take my parts out and refund you, I'm just trying to be honest and do the right thing" I said I appreciate that. Especially since I have 2 young kids and we're living off one income and a new unit would cost us 10k. I called Ryan the following day to let him know the unit wasn't working and if he could kindly refund us and take his parts so we can figure out what our next step will be. Ryan immediately went back on his word, started arguing with me and refused to refund us the money and take back his brand new parts. His words were, "well I assumed that I would give you the money back so you can work with us on a new unit. THOSE WERE NOT HIS WORDS OR WHAT HE INTENDED. HE WANTED ME TO GIVE HIM MORE MONEY and said, all he could do was try to fix our current, 30 year old unit. (Who in their right mind would give MORE money to a dishonest, lying company?) Even though he ALREADY SAID IT WASNT WORTH THE FIX. He was also going to initially charge me $700 for the fan, then told me today it was only $100!! I got extremely upset, and began crying on the phone. He hung up on me TWICE!!!! So now I am out $750 with a broken A/C unit and two children with rosy cheeks because it's nearly 90 degrees in our home. My family's AC decided to stop working during this nasty heatwave. I called the HVAV repairman I used before but he no longer services the area I reside in. I called several local HVAC repair companies on a Sunday: the ones that responded advised me they were all booked up and unable to respond immediately or within the following 48 hours. The upstairs portion of our home was approaching 90 degrees. I lucked out who Ryan returned my call and indicated he was finishing up another AC repair in our community. He advised that he would be able to stop by within the next several minutes. Ryan arrived and did a preliminary inspection/diagnostic of our HVAC system and determined our capacitor needed to be replaced. After he was finished he showed me that the high voltage relay was in the process failing and explained what will happen when it fails. Being proactive and seeing the dollar sense of being proactive, I asked if he had the part and time to replace the part. He did. When we received our invoice, we were pleasantly surprised of the total cost, considering that Ryan came by without a scheduled appointment on a Sunday. I got a quote from a few different companies and I ended up choosing constant comfort because I like the brand they use for new HVAC installs (American Standard) & I felt they were being very upfront and transparent with their costs. I initially spoke to Ryan the owner over the phone and then Chris came to look at my old systems and quote me a price. Clint and Eddie completed the install in superb timing considering the work that needed to be done and the scolding hot temperatures outside. In retrospect I definitely should've waited to have new systems put in when the weather cooled down a bit for a few reasons, one being because I was a little worried about how insanely hot it was for the guys working but they killed it! Everyone I came in contact with in this company had a great vibe to them and were extremely kind and polite. Also they laid down a tarp covering the entire walkway they used to gain access to the attic entry and I truly appreciate that because I'm a psycho with shoes in the house normally but you have to just let it happen when work like this is being done in your home, but I was beyond pleasantly surprised they used those tarps. Ryan sent Chris out to verify that my mini split was leak free and vacuumed it and pressurized the system for me. Chris drove over an hour to help me out. The review isn't for bad work done, it's for Price gouging, pressuring, being deceitful and then retracting statements. I was looking for a Company that was close, had good ratings, and is licensed. Customer service leading up to the appointment had been very pleasant and appreciated. After a quick check to the 15 year old unit, he came back and told me I need to fix some things. I agreed because of the age of the unit, after the quote he gave me (giving me a $300 discount) it would be $700 for parts and labor. But would be more if he had to come back. This is the invoice found badly worn high voltage relay, and motor start device for outdoor fan was wrong size. replaced relay and installed proper 10uf start device for outdoor fan. also installed compressor saver start kit to give compressor more torque and bring down starting amps. tested system. system is now functioning properly at this time however it is nearing the end of life expectancy and may need to be replaced in the near future. if system needs replacement within 90 days, the $700 will be applied toward new system. So with out asking my husband (who was at work) I asked him to replace what needed fixing. I also asked how much if I just replaced the unit. That was out of the question at $12,000, for a 2100sq home built into 2005. So I said how long will the unit work if I do put money into it. He said with what he will be doing it should last another 5 years. Once I paid and had to sign for the work done he then says " if the unit stops working within 90 days we can put the money your spending towards a new unit...... well, after saying the life expectancy could be 5 years If he fixed what he told me, hearing in 90 days it may not work anymore, did not sit well with me. I couldn't sleep for 4 days thinking I was ripped off. Sense I'm new to owning a home I had know idea the parts he replaced (in 10min) were $100 or less. We moved in two years ago and never had any problems with the unit. I just wanted to have the the unit looked at before summer came and avoid costly repairs. Two weeks later I lose all power to the AC. I checked the AC breaker and fuse. Nothing worked. I absolutely did not want to call the same company thinking they would come back and tell me "well it's an old unit Ect...." I asked a different company to come out. I asked them to check the work this company had done. He said they did everything they billed me for, and did it right. So that was a huge relief. (Nothing was wrong with the unit, a different breaker had tripped and needed to be reset) I didn't tell the new company how much I paid for the work done, but they guessed around $400. My feelings of guilt and feeling pressured to make a choice asap came back. Not a feeling you should have after paying a professional good money. Hence my reason for the review. I didn't give one star because the initial customer service was great. I'm assuming they took advantage because of covid-19. Needed money for not working for a while. read more
