I had an absolutely awful experience with Airworx. One of their technicians backed into my car, causing visible damage. At first, they provided me with what turned out to be incorrect insurance information, and I went through the trouble of filing an entire claim before finding out it wasn't even accurate. When I asked for the correct insurance details, they suddenly started backtracking and giving me the runaround. Then I was told they wanted to "send it to their own place" and pay cash because "it's minor damage and we do this all the time." That line alone blew my mind. How often are you running into people that it "happens all the time"? And to make things worse, the woman I spoke with made that comment even though she had never seen my car in person. The whole situation was unprofessional, condescending, and dishonest. My car is still damaged, and I've been left dealing with the mess they caused. This was by far the worst experience I could have had, and I would strongly recommend avoiding Airworx unless you want to risk being treated the same way. If they won't handle something as simple as backing into someone's car with honesty and integrity, can you imagine how they treat their paying customers or what they charge people? I was so happy to have found Airworx on Yelp. They were super responsive, and were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule the next day. I sincerely appreciated that when they came buy they were able to fix my ac but had to come back to service our unit, but got our ac working and just came back the next day to finish the job rather than leaving me without ac and making me wait another day until they could do both services at once. They were very honest about one of my units not needing a service yet, and I appreciated that they weren't out to just charge me for it even when it didn't need it. Would like to give them a zero, perhaps even a negative zero. We were looking to get a bid for replacing our AC, and we tried calling Airworx several times and just kept getting their voicemail. We left a voicemail and received no reply for several days and decided to message through the Yelp app. A little while after messaging we received a reply they they would like to do a consultation, but did not specify when. My wife attempted to call again and again got their voicemail. She was frustrated to the point she just wanted to move away from having them provide a consultation. In an effort to help Klaus save himself from losing other potential customers, I let Klaus know via Yelp messenger about what was happening with the calls and my wife was frustrated as a result of it. He then replied back stating that they are too busy and not picking up the phone, and due to my wife's expressed frustration had no intention of returning our messages. What kind of business owner does that!? For certain someone you DO NOT want to do business with. Steer clear of this horribly ran company who has no regard for potential customers or company image. read more

I contacted Airworx after coming home from vacation to find one of our AC units not working. Klaus responded immediately to me, and scheduled time to come out the next morning. Klaus arrived early the next morning, and was very polite. Within 10 minutes he showed me what the problem was, along with another issue that needed immediate attention. Klaus was honest and fair with his services, showing where there was a big fire hazard and wiring issue. Klaus fixed both issues, and serviced both of our units, getting us back into cooler weather. Airworx will now be the first people I call when I have HVAC needs or annual servicing, and the first people I recommend if anyone asks. Thanks Klaus and Airworx! read more

I am so happy I called Airworx to fixed my air conditioner. Klaus is so knowledgeable and friendly, best he is so honest. Klaus came to my home find the problem is need to replace R22-TXV and recharged Freon. Only two days, he fixed problem and now my AC works like new unit! I had AHS home warranty. June 11, when my AC was down, I called AHS and paid $100 for service call fee. AHS send their contractor to repair the unit. The technician came three times and can't really find the problem. Finally July 9 the technician said that the condenser needs to replace. AHS denied to pay for it. The truth is the condenser has no problem at all! Don't buy home warranty from AHS. They are just not going to stand behind you when you have problem! read more

Having a hard time believing all the good reviews!!! Called up and talked to Klaus.. Seemed like a good guy he went and checked out unit said it needed a compressor fan motor but it was a hard part to find for a Lennox unit. Said it should be in Monday after looking at unit and ordering it Friday... Monday no part said he'd call back next day part should be there... Never heard from him again!! I mean if ya don't want to do the job or whatever just let me know but WTF!!! Called another company and they came out fixed it same day cause it was actually a very commen unit guy said he had 4 motors on his truck!!! Plus did the job $200 dollars cheaper then Klaus quoted me as it was such a hard part to get! read more

Top Notch AC Company! Hands down one of the most professional and attentive companies I have ever worked with. Klaus, the owner, showed up at the drop of a dime. My AC went out about two weeks ago. After fighting with home warranty, multiple contractors, I had enough. I decided to pay for it out of pocket and found Airworx. Thank God for them!! Cody and his partner did a great job on our AC yesterday. our AC stopped blowing cold air the previous day so we called Airworx. Cody came right on schedule and explained the problems and what needs to be done. told me step by step what they'll do, change the parts that's needed, and what i need to do to maintain our AC (like replace filters). Called Airworx late one evening after coming home to find my house was a toasty 87 degrees yet my air conditioning fan was blowing. Temperatures had reached 100 that day. Looking in yelp, i saw that Airworx was still open at 8:30 and decided to call. Shaniece answered the phone and was very pleasant. She offered to call techni ian and see if he could come by immediately if he was still in the area. He wasnt but Shaniece was able to still schedule me for that night within 2 hours. I received a comfirmation text from Klaus, the technician, and he arrived within the hour. Klaus was friendly, professional and within half an hour had replaced my capacitor and had my house cooling off! I can't say enough good things about this company! They were prompt, in fact they squeezed us in, I have heart issues and my air was on the fritz and the heat was making me ill. When I wanted to get quotes to replace my heating unit and AC condenser I wen to three firms. Airworx got straight back to me, visited (masked) and followed up with a quote. After review, theirs was also the most cost effective. They were excellent at all stages and actually pro-actively followed up and communicated. Getting a text to say they'll be there in 20 minutes is simple, helpful and for some reason rare. Work was done quickly, efficiently and cleanly and the warranties are the best you can get. UPDATED REVIEW: Earlier I posted 1 star on this company for some misunderstanding on what's fair and not re the service project requested that wasn't fixed. After phone conversation, got squared away and cleared from both parties - some miscommunication happened between the technician and husband (I was at work when all this happened). Offered to pay the discussed service fee and hoping to take the extra fees off that was placed on top of everything but Klaus the owner insisted to waive everything instead. Situation like this needs to be credited to what's due. Even if the task wasn't done but the vendor took a step to make it right after the issue, honesty in a company still matters and prevails. Thank you for stepping up and making the client/customers experience still pleasant. You got our RESPECT! *** When we requested for service our AC unit that broke down yesterday. Service Charge $59. Wasn't able to fix the unit, asked $150 because they charged for freon that was recharged. Never heard such thing - we have to pay for freon even if they didn't fix the unit. So upsetting. My thought was why recharge tons of freon (assuming that was really the problem) if you don't know what is the real problem. Now we lost $150 for non working AC. read more

What a great company! I think this is only my second Yelp review ever. That should say enough right there about how positive my experience with airworx was. Our 20 year old AC finally died. We had another company provide us a quote, but it seemed high. I decided to request a quote on Yelp. Klaus from airworx responded before I could put my phone down. On a Saturday evening. Within 45 minutes, he had someone at my house. On a Saturday evening. Tony worked with me to figure out which system would work best for our family. No pressure at all. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me get the best situation for our family, rather than try to upsell me. He had multiple quotes to me first thing Sunday morning. Said another way, I had quotes from airworx before the other companies even responded to my Yelp request! I was impressed. I shopped a few other quotes, but found none of the other companies could beat the deal I got from Airworx, and they definitely couldn't beat the service. Im sure I drove Tony crazy with all of the texts I sent with questions, but he was always very helpful and answered them immediately. They even helped me by relocating my system so that it wasn't right next to my door. I finally pulled the trigger on a new system, and they were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. Klaus's team did a great job of getting the entire heating and ac system installed in one day. It was a big job, but they knocked it out of ther park. They were all very courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me lots of advice on how to keep the system running for a long time. I admit, I thought the system was broken when I went outside at first because it was so quiet compared to our old unit. But i assure you it works great, as my house hasn't been this cool since May. I got a top of the line Trane system for a great price. It also came with a great warranty, but you can tell when you deal with these guys that if there are any problems, they are going to take care of you. We ended up buy an entire new A/C system and they came by to install it by Friday. This was a major job - from phone call to completion in a few days. The workers were all great guys and friendly. I did get an appointment for Monday which is sometimes hard to get especially in the summer months! I reached out to Airworx in the evening for a blower motor in my HVAC system that would not turn on. Klaus responded to my request within about 10 mins. I had an appt scheduled that same night within an hour for the next morning. Cody was quick to troubleshoot and isolated the problem to a bad blower motor controller board, which I also suspected might be the problem. They were able to get a board out to the house the next day and replace, but unfortunately that new board was bad out of the box, so Klaus ran another board over to replace that one as well which fixed the problem. Everyone I worked with was professional and more than willing to answer any questions I had, and also showed me some additional maintenance I could do on my own to keep my AC running smooth. Honest. Was reffered to Klaus from some local friends around town and decided to give him a shot and try him out. A.C. started acting up at my bros house and gave him a call and was able to make an after hours call to work with me on my work hours. He took a look at the unit and it was a simple sensor that needed to be fixed and had it working in a matter of minutes. Charged me a very small amount and he was a cool guy to deal with.
