When it became clear that my old HVAC system was on its last legs (installed in 1999) and reached out to a few companies for information about replacing it with a heat pump, Jaime responded quickly and offered to talk to me very next day, even though it was a Saturday. He was thorough and patient, explaining all of the details in easy to understand language, and even the drawings he made were helpful. After listening to my concerns and questions, he designed a great new system for me that would do everything I needed, plus it would be WAY more efficient than my old one. Jaime put together a team that could not have been better - they were professional, pleasant, respectful, careful and genuinely nice. Very impressive. Julian, Darrin, Aldo and Fernando are top-notch technicians. The system is now installed and aside from my own learning curve on using it, I think it's awesome. a few months ago I needed to replace the furnace. Called ProFlo because of past experience. They showed up when expected and finished the job in one day. The system has operated superbly since then. I was especially impresses with Graham (from Nashville). Soon I will be installing a new Master bath toilet and will probably call them for that, as well as new faucets in the Master Bath area. These are not the cheapest guys but the job they do is excellent. That said, I signed up for a yearly twice a year maintenance visit, and their office does not do a great job of following up or letting the customer know what is going on or when they would like to come out. Next maintenance should be around October. Use 'em they do a good job. Not sure about their maintenance program. read more

At this point this company doesn't have the best interest of the consumers time. They don't schedule appointments to be at a specific time and they will make you wait all day. My plumber was Trevor Henry. Trevor was pleasant, professional and funny too! He did a good time in one trip replacing or altering existing pipes going through plaster walls and underneath the house. Trevor also showed me the old pipes that he took back with him. He and his team also sent before and after photos. Though plumbers in this area send to charge on the high side. Proflo was the best value with great service. I highly recommend them. I also want to add that Erika was great at communicating with me, responding to questions, etc. We went back and forth many times and she always had a great attitude. read more

Bryan the owner came to help fix our AC unit and he also provided me with some valuable information about homeowners insurance, thank you Bryan. She listened to what I needed and immediately recommended the work order needed. She was able to get someone out quickly (2 days!!) and David, the technician was amazing at listing out the items needed to fix my problems, and included pictures since I was not able to be there during the inspection. Tech showed up late he looked at my AC. Said the system was low on refrigerant. We discussed that it shouldn't be low there must be a leak somewhere. The tech said it would cost $390 to test for a leak. He did some more work and came back to me and said that the condenser was leaking in the attic. We spent 15-20 minutes talking about how dirty my AC fan is and that my system is 14 years old. The tech put together an estimate for repairs. The estimate came out to $5,000 -17,000. He said he didn't do the leak test so not sure how he knew the condenser was leaking luckily he only charged me $89 for the visit. Wish I could get the $89 dollars and 4 hours of my wasted time back. My son commented "when the AC guy showed up in a white shirt that isn't dirty you know he a salesman not a tech." Got a referral from a friend AC working better than ever only cost $840. I do not recommend Pro Flow. read more

The technician (Jose) was polite, but the prices were outrageous (the prices were not determined by him)...$300 just to change the flap valve and another $349 to flush out the water tank!! He even suggested I should rebuild my toilets, which are only 3.5 years old, because they're "old." I've never encountered anything more ludicrous in my entire life. read more

He had my water heater up and running right away. He was polite, knowledgeable, and only charged for the service call. And I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. With how much prices have gone up I have gotten used to spending an arm and a leg on everything. It was so refreshing. I felt like Preston's first priority was to make sure we were taken care of. Since we are switching out our old gas water heater for an electric heat pump water heater, I worried we would be without hot water for days while we got all the pieces in place for install. We've used ProFlo twice now and each time have been highly pleased. Two years ago when our A/C-which was original to the house built in '87- started to fail, we were referred to Bryan and the ProFlo team. They sent a technician out to inspect and clean our system. Following day Bryan came out to give an estimate on a new system. Bryan never once pushed us, or made us feel obligated. We weren't hassled and annoyed. We knew we needed one since ours was 30+years old, but unfortunately it wasn't in our cards financially and the cleaning was enough for us to get by. Two years later, our old A/C just wasn't running quite right. Enter the ProFlo team again. Bryan paired us with Jaime for another inspection and a quote for a new unit. Our old one had definitely run its course. Jaime gave us several options for cooling our home, but with the possibility of an out of state move, he took great care of our immediate needs. Jaime was friendly, knowledgable, great with our crazy kids, and a veteran like my husband. We felt like fast friends and knew we would be taken care of and we certainly were. You can tell how good a company is by how they handle problems, and ProFlo came through for us with flying colors! Their technicians had done an excellent job of installing our new air conditioner, but after they left, and it had been running for a while, water started leaking through our ceiling. We were freaked and called them to come back. They returned immediately to find that it wasn't their fault at all, but the original contractor hadn't even completely sealed one of the joints in the existing drain pipe that had begun to leak. They replaced the entire drain and called their drywall contractor to see whether the ceiling needed to be replaced. He came out early the next morning and did a thorough assessment. Fortunately, the leak was minor, so we didn't need any work. Bottom line: you can trust ProFlo not only to do an excellent job, but to take good care of you if there are any problems. read more
