I had a major leak, 20,000 gallons a day. They found it and fixed it within hours. They were very careful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Not once did the complain or give me trouble. Saw their add in Clipp magazine called and explained the leak in my propane line. They said no problem we can fix that. Made an appt for the next day between 2-4 pm. They called and asked to reschedule to 4-6 pm instead. I said no problem, that was fine. Got a text message that Johnathan would be here between 4-6 pm. No show. No call. This is the worst kind of customer service out there. This is also an indication of how they perform and guarantee their work and they failed. Find another plumber. read more

The estimate and education part with Scott was smooth. The women in the office were very attentive and helpful. (Cynthia, Paulina & Jessica) The only real complaint we had was that we were told 2-3 days at most, and it took a full 4 days. Those 1-2 extra days add up for a family of 4 to eat out every meal. And, we had to do a DEEP clean of everywhere after due to drywall dust. Our dishwasher outlet didn't work after the repair, and the leak detector (another manufacturer) they installed had a mind of its own for the first week. Common mishaps, and as I mentioned earlier, the women in the office were on it, and got crews out to fix both right away. read more

Last year on Christmas Eve I woke up to the sound of water. I went downstairs and there was a water pouring everywhere in the kitchen. I called a plumber he told me there was something stuck in the kid's toilet, and he couldn't get it out; the only option was to pay him $3,500.00 and open the ceiling in the kitchen. We told him we would think about it. I called Pipe It Right the next morning they came out and Albert was able to unclog the toilet and literally SAVED CHRISTMAS!!! Most recently we had water flooding in our front yard. Called the HOA they said it wasn't the sprinklers, called the City they said it was the main water line and on private property. Albert literally saved Christmas my toilet was clogged and the ceiling in my kitchen was leaking. He was able to unclog it and air out the leak area. Had Albert from Pipe-it-right Plumbing come out for a stopped drain in the master bathroom sink. It quit draining Saturday late afternoon. Made a appointment for Monday at 2pm as it was not a emergency. Albert showed up at a couple minutes before 2pm. Took the sink drain apart and using the snake found a soft stoppage. The snake cleared out the stoppage. Albert cleaned up after he was done working. The price was very reasonable. Call price it right if you need any plumbing service. read more

Figured out we had a slab leak... Called insurance and determined where the break was under the concrete. Somehow we got lucky and had zero moisture in the house (floors or walls), and because of that insurance said " you are on your own". We called Pipe It Right, and they were able to come out the same day to take a look and give us a quote. Albert and his associate were very polite and explained the process. We were able to get on this schedule a few days later. Albert showed up with the "repiping" crew to go over the work. The crew covered everything with plastic and drop cloths - even mopped when they were done. They arrived about 8am and were done a about 2:30... Albert came back before the crew left to confirm everything was done properly and even went in the attic to check the work. The following day the drywall repair crew was out to patch and texture. Now we just have to paint and get back to life. Albert, Cynthia (office) and the rest of the crew at were very helpful and kind during our troubling water problem. We encountered a slab leak in our home which damaged the floors in kitchen, family room and dining room. Started a claim with my insurance company and began the dreadful process of getting things repaired. I saw an ad for Pipe-it-Right in my local "home improvement" mailer and gave them a call. Albert came by right away and provided an estimate for the repairs. The insurance approved the estimate and Albert came back with his team the next day to complete the re-route using PEX, cancelling out the old copper line. They were very courteous and professional. They were even able to help me address other concerns/issues I had once they finished the re-route. I'm very happy with the service, quality of work and can say with confidence they are now my "go-to" for anything plumbing related. Their quote was significantly better than any we had for the job. When we agreed to their work they had guys out on the job the next day, a Saturday no less, and had us fixed in about 90 minutes. I don't know where to begin. The management, the accounting, and the workmanship of Pipe It Right is terrible. Avoid Pipe It Right if at all possible. Unfortunately, I was not able. I contracted with Repipe Specialists who subcontracted the work to this company. The work was shoddy. I had damage to my stairs, 20 extra holes cut in my drywall needlessly, a broken ceiling light, and the most egregious bad service was that I was charged an additional $800 due to an "accounting error". The guy who came out to cut the walls and put the pipe was rude and argumentative. He drilled the aforementioned extra 20 holes AND drilled through my stairs, too! He also removed the water spigot inside my garage and had the nerve to tell me I never had a spigot and hose in my garage. I could go on and on. The workers - plumbers, drywallers, patchers were far from qualified. No doubt the companies have the necessary licenses but the workers they hire appear to be day-workers. The blame is on Pipe It Right AND Repipe Specialists as partners in the mess they made in my home. read more
