They deserve more than 5 stars! Albert and Julio were absolutely amazing to work with. This company clearly hires good people. They got the job done and exceeded expectations. I had a major leak, 20,000 gallons a day. They found it and fixed it within hours. They were very careful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Not once did the complain or give me trouble. They answered all my questions and made sure to check everything before and after. Please trust me when I say.... don't look for another company, this is the best one. read more

We worked with Pipe It Right on a big repipe project for the inbound hot/cold water supply lines for our 1960 Alexander Co house in Palm Springs. The project was on time / on budget / and well coordinated with the city of PS for inspections. The whole team was incredible - Michael (sales), Albert (project lead), Simon, Lopez, Jose (drywall). Super professional, friendly, supportive (no nickel & dime-ing on tiny extras). The execution was completely seemless and thoughtful -- a few days later no evidence they were ever there (pipes embedded inside walls and soffits, not slopped on top of the roof). If u have a big plumbing project, 100% talk to these guys before u make a final choice on vendors. Thx again Pipe It Right team!! read more

I contacted Pipe it Right Plumbing company to replace my Parents old galvanized pipes at their home. They offered a great price and assured us the work would be completed as promised. Mr. Albert Coronel and his crew arrived on time and explained the whole process clearly so there were no surprises, and were very respectful of our home. The communication from the office to the field was great. Will definitely use them again! I highly recommend them. Thank you! read more

We used Pipe It Right to repipe our home a couple of years ago - and they were outstanding. As part of the repiping process they encouraged us to put on a Moen monitor. We had a leak warning yesterday and Albert and Julio came out, diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed. Arrival times were prompt and clean up was excellent (which my wife appreciated). Can't say enough good things about the company and their workers. Job well done. read more

Saw their add in Clipp magazine called and explained the leak in my propane line. They said no problem we can fix that. Made an appt for the next day between 2-4 pm. They called and asked to reschedule to 4-6 pm instead. I said no problem, that was fine. Got a text message that Johnathan would be here between 4-6 pm. No show. No call. This is the worst kind of customer service out there. This is also an indication of how they perform and guarantee their work and they failed. Find another plumber. read more

Best customer service experience we've ever had! Thank you Jessica and Cynthia! We had an issue with the final inspection city permit and their entire team, especially Jessica and Cynthia responded promptly and professionally. They handled the situation very well. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept us updated throughout the entire process. We were impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile. We will definitely refer Pipe it Right to famil and friends. read more

The estimate and education part with Scott was smooth. The women in the office were very attentive and helpful. (Cynthia, Paulina & Jessica) The only real complaint we had was that we were told 2-3 days at most, and it took a full 4 days. Those 1-2 extra days add up for a family of 4 to eat out every meal. And, we had to do a DEEP clean of everywhere after due to drywall dust. Our dishwasher outlet didn't work after the repair, and the leak detector (another manufacturer) they installed had a mind of its own for the first week. Common mishaps, and as I mentioned earlier, the women in the office were on it, and got crews out to fix both right away. read more

Last year on Christmas Eve I woke up to the sound of water. I went downstairs and there was a water pouring everywhere in the kitchen. I called a plumber he told me there was something stuck in the kid's toilet, and he couldn't get it out; the only option was to pay him $3,500.00 and open the ceiling in the kitchen. We told him we would think about it. I called Pipe It Right the next morning they came out and Albert was able to unclog the toilet and literally SAVED CHRISTMAS!!! Most recently we had water flooding in our front yard. Called the HOA they said it wasn't the sprinklers, called the City they said it was the main water line and on private property. Called pipe it right they came and did the work the next day pulled permits and got it done in 1 day! Thank you so much Pipe It Right! I wish everyone ran their business with the same integrity and professionalism. read more

Had an emergency water leak in my bathroom sink- My neighbor was getting a Repipe done at the same time . Asked if they can look at it and came over in 5 minutes and inspected the bathroom and fixed in 10 minutes Great job! Would use them as my go to plumber read more

I'll start this review by saying, we had a slab leak... I reached out to Albert at Pipe It Right based on their positive reviews and Albert responded right away. We discussed the issue, and he was at my house within two hours. It was obvious that Albert had experience with this sort of issue, and gave me multiple options and let me decide what I was comfortable with. Once we decided on a course of action, Albert and his team got right after it, and finished the project on time and on budget. In addition to that, Albert and his guys clearly knew what they were doing, they were clean, respectful of our property (they even took off their shoes when they were in carpeted areas) and even fixed a few things that had nothing to do with the repair job. Whether you have a big or a small plumbing issue, I'm confident you'll be please with Albert and the team at Pipe It Right. read more

We were outsourced to Pipe it Right through a different company, and I wish we had just started with Pipe it Right in the first place!!! Paulina answered our questions and addressed our issues right away. Jonathan was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. We quoted many companies, and even with being outsourced by another company, Pipe it Right was priced right. I highly recommend them for a repipe! Humberto in drywall even did a couple extra patches for us to ensure our home looked beautiful. 10/10!!! read more

Albert literally saved Christmas my toilet was clogged and the ceiling in my kitchen was leaking. He was able to unclog it and air out the leak area. I also called them back a second time when my main water line ruptured. Pipe it right changed the line and pulled plans and permits within a few days!!! read more

Extremely happy with the services provided so far, and plan to have a few more jobs done by this company! Cynthia in the office was so kind and got someone out the same day when we were in desperate need. Then Alberto and George worked so hard to clear out our pipes, even though that meant getting on our roof!!! We have very old pipes with roots grown through them. Not even that could stop them from getting our house back in running order! They were professional and fast! The price wouldn't have mattered, but even that was reasonable. Thank you so much team I will ONLY USE YOU now! (We had another company out earlier in the day that couldn't take care or our problem) read more

Had Albert from Pipe-it-right Plumbing come out for a stopped drain in the master bathroom sink. It quit draining Saturday late afternoon. Made a appointment for Monday at 2pm as it was not a emergency. Albert showed up at a couple minutes before 2pm. Took the sink drain apart and using the snake found a soft stoppage. The snake cleared out the stoppage. Albert cleaned up after he was done working. The price was very reasonable. Call price it right if you need any plumbing service. read more

Thanks to Albert and Cynthia for their dedication and service on the re-piping project. Figured out we had a slab leak... Called insurance and determined where the break was under the concrete. Somehow we got lucky and had zero moisture in the house (floors or walls), and because of that insurance said " you are on your own". We called Pipe It Right, and they were able to come out the same day to take a look and give us a quote. Albert and his associate were very polite and explained the process. We were able to get on this schedule a few days later. Albert showed up with the "repiping" crew to go over the work. The crew covered everything with plastic and drop cloths - even mopped when they were done. They arrived about 8am and were done a about 2:30... Albert came back before the crew left to confirm everything was done properly and even went in the attic to check the work. The following day the drywall repair crew was out to patch and texture. Now we just have to paint and get back to life. Albert, Cynthia (office) and the rest of the crew at were very helpful and kind during our troubling water problem. Pipe it Right is a great group of people you hope you never have to meet! read more

Pipe It Right re-piped our 1930's Tudor home in San Diego. We had all the original plumbing in the house when we purchased it. There were leaks in all areas of the house. Albert and his team came in and completed the whole job in two weeks. They were very professional and worked quickly. We would use them again. The cost of the project was very fair as well. read more

We encountered a slab leak in our home which damaged the floors in kitchen, family room and dining room. Started a claim with my insurance company and began the dreadful process of getting things repaired. I saw an ad for Pipe-it-Right in my local "home improvement" mailer and gave them a call. Albert came by right away and provided an estimate for the repairs. The insurance approved the estimate and Albert came back with his team the next day to complete the re-route using PEX, cancelling out the old copper line. They were very courteous and professional. They were even able to help me address other concerns/issues I had once they finished the re-route. I'm very happy with the service, quality of work and can say with confidence they are now my "go-to" for anything plumbing related. I will definitely be contacting them to assist with future upgrades in my home. read more

Had an urgent need to get a slab leak fixed and called Pipe it Right for an estimate on a Friday. They came out within an hour to give the estimate. Their quote was significantly better than any we had for the job. When we agreed to their work they had guys out on the job the next day, a Saturday no less, and had us fixed in about 90 minutes. Great service, awesome communication and super clean work. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a residential plumber. read more

Full house repipe in one day with copper and $2k less than other quotes, patch work is one day as well - pretty amazing.

Pipe-it-Right did a great job on a major effort to re-pipe my house. I was impressed that they finished the job in one day! In addition, I was very pleased that they did not have to cut through any of my tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. I have tile everywhere. They came back several times to make minor adjustments at my request and were very conscientious about ensuring my satisfaction. I enthusiastically recommend them. read more

I don't know where to begin. The management, the accounting, and the workmanship of Pipe It Right is terrible. Avoid Pipe It Right if at all possible. Unfortunately, I was not able. I contracted with Repipe Specialists who subcontracted the work to this company. The work was shoddy. I had damage to my stairs, 20 extra holes cut in my drywall needlessly, a broken ceiling light, and the most egregious bad service was that I was charged an additional $800 due to an "accounting error". The guy who came out to cut the walls and put the pipe was rude and argumentative. He drilled the aforementioned extra 20 holes AND drilled through my stairs, too! He also removed the water spigot inside my garage and had the nerve to tell me I never had a spigot and hose in my garage. I could go on and on. The workers - plumbers, drywallers, patchers were far from qualified. No doubt the companies have the necessary licenses but the workers they hire appear to be day-workers. The blame is on Pipe It Right AND Repipe Specialists as partners in the mess they made in my home. read more
