I went to Yelp to help me decide on some repairs I needed done and came upon this guy. The reviews were all good so I called the guy. He called me back fairly quickly but, said he was quite busy. Haven't heard a word back. Poor communication skills. He could of said when we spoke that it would be sometime next day, next week, next month, next year. At least I would of known what to expect. I'll move on, thanks anyway! read more

Hell, I didn't even meet this fellow, but he was willing to come by my house on his day off and help me with my water heater; just like a good friend, but with a plumbers license. He's one in a million, a genuinely great guy. --Paul read more

Dennis and his son replaced my 40 gallon gas water heater for a fair price. I was given a detailed invoice before the job started and the job was completed for that price. Some other quotes that I received were much higher. More than one plumber came to my house and lied to me about code requirements. One other "corporate-owned plumber" was even more than happy to extend interest-free credit.... on a bunch of equipment that I did not need! You see their ads on TV all the time. This company that I have a long history with was very prompt, polite and courteous as they tried to rip me off. I guess all that advertising cost a fair bit of money that they pass on to customers of course. You won't see any advertisement on TV for Patriot Services, but you will save a good deal of money. read more

We worked with Dennis on a shower remodel. He helped us track down and order a hard-to-find shower base. He did a good job communicating with us using email and text messages, and kept us updated on how things were progressing. The project was completed in good time and at the price we expected, no surprises. I'm looking forward to working with Patriot Services on our next project. read more

I needed a handyman for a small job, after searching and searching I came across Patriot Services and read all the reviews, I just had to call this guy. I called and spoke to Dennis and lucky for me he was able to come to my house the same day. Dennis showed up on time, he was extremely courteous, and he's funny. Dennis hung up my two floating shelves without any problems. He made sure he found studs due to the weight of each shelve. Dennis made absolutely sure there were secured. After talking to him for a bit you could tell he is a genuinely good guy. I highly recommend Dennis and I will most definitely use his services again. read more

I needed a plumber over the weekend and I wasn't getting any call backs from several plumbers I tried, or they didn't work on weekends. Dennis picked up right away and delayed his trip out of town to stop at our house to fix a faucet that was leaking all of the place. He went to pick up a faucet that met my criteria and before he could reach me, went to a second place to find one that wasn't crazy expensive. The one he found was perfect, affordable and was installed quickly. Awesome service! read more

Probably a good enough contractor, but he has a lot of attitude... right from the first phone call. Wasn't a good fit for us.

Dennis is a great guy & provided excellent service at a very fair price. Needed a garbage disposal replaced that day. He arrived at my vacation home within 2 hours with new garbage disposal in hand for installation. He did the install in less than an hour. Was thorough about making sure that there were no leaks. Was very clean & neat, even took the old disposal for disposal. The price discussed on the phone was the price I paid. He's now my go to guy in case any plumbing or maintenance at my JT home. I would have no problem sending him there without me being present. read more

Dennis came out right away and helped me troubleshoot an emergency temporary roof repair. Great service.

Wow...what a great experience. Nice to find someone fair, competent and reliable for a change! I was referred to Dennis and used him for some plumbing repairs in my kitchen and bathroom. Dennis kept a great attitude through the challenges at hand and didn't rush to get finished to move to other jobs. When asked, he took the time to explain why and what was happening, how long it would take and how much it might cost so I could plan accordingly. He also offered to do some on-line research for me about another plumbing part needed for a future job, ordered it and sent the confirmation receipt....all done pro-actively without me having to follow up. I'm impressed with Dennis' personal and professional approach to his work and customers as well as his commitment to showing up on time and returning phone calls......seemingly a harder thing to find these days!!! I'm usually hesitant to refer services to friends and family, but with Dennis am happy and confident to do so. Thanks for making my experience a great one, Dennis, and I'll definitely be using you for future projects...plumbing or otherwise. m.c. - l.b. read more

After having several "professionals" come out to try and solve our plumbing problem (unsuccessfully)...Dennis was the first to dig deeper (literally), analyze and resolve the problem. It was a relief to finally be able to trust someone to do the job. Dennis is so knowledgeable and works with honesty and integrity. His pricing also seemed very reasonable. We highly recommend Dennis for your plumbing and other construction needs. read more
