I tried to give Tomas more business on a job that he saw when he was here last, plus a remodel that I'm doing, but he has not responded to texts or phone calls. A big red flag and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Scheduled an appointment in the time provided and Strategical never showed up, and never even responded to my messages. Called and left a message to no Response as well. I cannot recommend. read more

Tomas has been unreliable and doesn't return phone calls. If he answers he quickly says he busy and hangs up. We paid him $2000 last week and he was suppose to send a another man to do the jack hammer and tile work...BUT no longer available. I should have checked him out first. read more

Tomas is hands down the best plumber I've hired. Our shower valve broke off and we couldn't shut the water off and he came out right away. I called about seven other plumbers and none of them could make it. He fit us into his schedule and quoted us less than the other guys. He showed up and was a total pro. Got everything done very quickly and I can tell he runs a really tight operation. He is the only guy I will call from now on. Really impressed with his services! read more

Tomas was excellent. He was responsive and thorough in fixing the whole-house reverse osmosis system issues we had. He explained what was needed and installed and showed us how to deal with the system in the future. Highly recommend his work! read more

I saw the great reviews and thought I would call for a quote on two remodel jobs on our home. After being late with no call for the quote, he came to bid our jobs. He was very personable and we were looking forward to the quote to get work started. I have reached out several times to follow up on the quote he said he would get to us the next day- it's been a week, no quotes/ no response to my messages. I guess I dodged a bullet because he could have disappeared in the middle of a job. Lesson learned- DON'T call Strategic Plumbing for follow thru and on time service. read more

Tomas responded quickly to my call, and was able to get here in a short time frame to replace my laundry water shutoff valves before the installers arrived. His workmanship and professionalism were both top notch. I will not hesitate to call him on future plumbing needs. His pricing was fair and honest - and significantly lower than one of the better known valley companies that tried to price gouge me and upsell me. read more

Tomas is awesome. Came out for a Home Warranty call, fixed that issue and we had a few other various issues as well. Very knowledgeable and was true to his word. I am in the service business as well and know when someone is not being honest. Home Warranty wouldn't cover the other stuff, but he rearranged his schedule to get it handled for us at a super reasonable price. We have found our Plumber for life. Highly recommend Tomas. read more

We have found our plumber!!! Tomas is fabulous. We needed to replace two toilets and we had Strategical Plumbing install them for us. Tomas is incredibly professional and has wonderful customer service skills. He comes in smiling and ready to help solve the problem. Tomas is very careful with the installation and takes his time to make sure the customer is happy. We have very light carpets and floors in our home. There was not a trace that we had a worker in the house. His pricing was fair and the quality of work was outstanding. We've already told a couple of neighbors about our new plumber. read more
