Thursday evening we suddenly lost water pressue and after doing visual inspection heard water running under laundry room. Called the water company to turn off our water supply. We waited to locate a plumber until the next morning, after calling at least a half dozen answering machines, Jeff from AppleJPlumbing called and was here within 1/2 hour, Jeff arrived with a helper and detected the problem immediately. He then corrected the job in a timely manner. I MUST add they were very knowledgeable and very clean, left everything perfect. We in fact were so impressed, we asked him to come back and do some other projects for us, as I am disabled, and to me, it's a pleasure to have dependable, knowledgeable, and clean workers. A Definite 5* plus review. read more

Apple J Plumbing is the #1 plumbing company here in the Coachella Valley. They are honest, they do clean work, and are easy to work with and always on time and the job is always done correctly. I have been working with Apple J plumbing for over 10 years and the work has always been on point from Life House Royal Sun Inn, Casa Cody Hotel to my personal residence water heater tankless rebate program saving me personally over 50% of water and energy. Reasonably priced, never tried to over charge me and always forth right. Thank you. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone locally. read more

I highly recommend Jeffrey and his staff at Apple J. They did a great job on installation of our new tankless hot water heater.

Had an emergency situation with a main water line to the house. Ralph came out on a Friday night, worked hard to isolate the leak and had it repaired in no time. He took his time, really cared about fixing it correctly. Hard to find people who are fair with how they charge and do quality work, I will be adding Apple J plumbing to my preferred plumber list! read more

I used Apple J Plumbing in an emergency situation at my short term rental property. We had guests in there that indicated the garbage disposal was not working, even after walking them through steps to unjam it. The guests indicated the reset button didn't work. I reached out to Apple J on Yelp, and they got back to me within 5 minutes and had a technician out there within the hour. They troubleshooted and indicated that the motor was burned out and needed replaced. They provided me pricing options for replacement models, after I selected, they quickly replaced and installed the new unit. They provided timely service during a time where I couldn't physically address the issue, and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend, and will use them in the future for any plumbing issues. read more

Amazing on all levels. Had a leaking hot water heater and reached out to the company. Owner responded right away and said he could send a tech out that day. Almost unheard of here in the desert during peak season. Anyways, King James came by and said he could put in a new one the same day and quoted a very reasonable price. Even a few associates came by to help haul away the old water heater. James was super professional, and just a caring, great dude. I don't see this kind of customer service even in healthcare. James explained everything and was so kind and patient to answer all our questions and concerns. Everyone in this company across the board is so genuinely friendly and professional. Wish more business were this caring and skilled. Hot water heater is working perfectly and happy we met such nice people during a very busy time of year for businesses. I found out it was the owners Bday that day so happy belated Bday and thanks to these fine gentlemen for taking the time to help us out. You guys are very appreciated and just great people .
