Sometimes it's just too good to be true: I needed a plumber bc the outside water regulator and pipe etc was leaking. I just n couldn't believe he was available on such short notice! He called when he was on his way, and came within the time frame he said. He ran into some problems that were unanticipated, but not.a problem for him! Work area was left clean,.auchnd he had to come back 3 hours later because of the unanticipated problem (glue had to dry on a pipe below the surface that a major company performed the same fix a few years back---but did a shoddy job). I explained to him that it would take me some time to get home. He called me 30-40 minutes before he was going to arrive which gave me plenty time to get home. My toilet issues ended up being minor.
