This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure the work done by Next Level Air Conditioning stood the test of time before writing it. After multiple botched repair attempts by my home warranty company, I was beyond frustrated. Their service was mediocre at best, and despite the endless wait times and bureaucratic runaround, the issues with my AC were never truly resolved. Then came one of the hottest summers I've ever experienced, and--unsurprisingly--our AC finally gave out completely. Desperate to find someone who could help that day, in 124° heat, I reached out to Next Level Air Conditioning, and that's when Adrian came to the rescue. He showed up within the hour--a level of responsiveness I was definitely not used to. He quickly got our AC temporarily up and running and was completely honest about the condition of our system. He took the time to walk me through everything, from our mismatched furnaces to our aging compressors--essentially a setup held together with bubblegum and duct tape. He was upfront about the fact that our system wasn't likely to last much longer but was willing to work with us to get everything replaced in a way that made sense for us. We worked out a plan, selected the right units, and just a few days later, his team arrived with all the necessary materials. The entire crew was clearly skilled and took immense pride in their work. The install was done in a single day, and when they were finished, everything looked incredibly clean and professional--not just slapped together like I had previously experienced. We recently had a Carrier Infinity Heat Pump installed to replace our aging gas furnace and Goodman central air, here in Palm Springs. Octavio did a great job selling us the system and gave us a great deal. He really explained the ins and outs of the heat pump and answered all our questions regarding rebates and just about anything else we could think of. He was also present during the installation and was available as needed even after the actual install. After our split ac unit started to leak 3 days ago and our landlord failed to have repairs done immediately as requested (I'm pregnant, I have two dogs, and it's the middle of summer) i took matters into my own hands and gave a call to Next Level Air. The call center representatives were kind and able to get a technician out to my place in about an hour which was amazing for mine and my husband's busy work schedules. Adrian Rivas came around 9:30pm and was very professional and concise on what needed to be done to our unit. He also informed us that our unit is a little too small for the square footage of our studio and installing a second unit is recommended for ultimate cooling. Anyway, he unclogged the drain (which he said was very filthy) and we felt the difference immediately! We were charged only $89 for the tuneup and consult, which in my book, is a great price!
