The best! Used many times, water heater, etc. Very professional and courteous. On time and no issues whatsoever.

Daylen was amazing once again! This visit was for a snake of my kitchen sink pipes! Turns out I needed a new garbage disposal! Luckily he had one in the truck. He had my kitchen back up in running after exerting a lot of effort with leaking pipes etc! Just an amazing company all around! They do a great job and don't overcharge! Love the booker who takes the calls! She's a lot of fun and reminds me of my favorite YouTube personality! Hannah Ricketts! lol! Just book these guys! You won't be disappointed!! read more

Best service appointment. Came out same day. Parts on the truck. Will definitely use again. Very happy with Ben's!

Great service! Quick response time and communication! I love the question I can be there early if you like? Same day service on a Monday!

Great, effective and not overpriced. The plumber was a good communicator, let us know exactly what needed to be done and did it.

Thank you for your repair and replacement of our shower cartridge. The part had to be ordered and we waited patiently, but, when it was completed we are very happy with your repair. Thank you again. read more

We had guests arriving in the afternoon but suddenly that morning our old water heater went out. Ben's sent a plumber out within 30 min. Within a couple of hours we had a new water heater installed. The service was great! read more

I have used Ben's Plumbing previously for a faucet replacement and to put in a natural gas line to my backyard for the grill, so when I wanted a tankless water heater installed I called them. They had a great unit in stock and did a beautiful job on the installation which included getting the previous tank water heater uninstalled and new piping for the tankless. With the new tankless water heater, we can be taking two showers at the same time and never run out of hot water. read more

This is the second time I've had Bens Plumbing out to the house and both times I have been exceedingly pleased with the work. Today, Gil came, on time and ready to work. This wasn't a major job (who am I kidding, every plumbing job is a major job) but he changed the kitchen faucet, cleaned up and wrote the bill in a half hour. The price was very fair, and I will likely never use anyone but Bens Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Gil, and Bens Plumbing! read more

Kyle provided great service, was on time, kept a clean work area, was fast and efficient, left with all garbage/packaging, everything is working well. It's nice to see a family business doing well, guided by values and all for a fair price. read more

I recommend Ben's Plumbing for quick response, quality work and fair pricing. My husband and I are new to the desert after recently purchasing a home in Rancho Mirage. About 30-days after taking possession of the property and starting to move in it starts to become apparent the maintenance the prior owners had failed to perform. We had a running list of plumbing repairs which ranged from changing out a leaking wax ring on a toilet, changing the main water shut off valve, replacing all the flush kits in all the toilets to replacing a rusted out gas ring on our outdoor fire-pit. So, we looked through Yelp, found Bens Plumbing, gave them a call, and set up a date/time for all the repairs. Kyle showed up on time and completed the list of repairs we'd provided to the office. Here is what really stood out for us about Ben's Plumbing and Kyle. He showed up PREPARED with all the tools and supplies he needed and he was working FAST. We've hired quite a few plumbers in our time and it's always a disappointment when they show up, spend an hour or more looking at the job... only to tell you they don't have what they need with them to get the job done... and of course, have to come back. NOT Ben's Plumbing and not Kyle. Since the first job we've had Kyle back a second time to upgrade a few other things like changing out all the exterior spigots that had started to leak and swap out an exterior water softener. We look forward to continue to do business with Ben's Plumbing. read more

When my kitchen sink stopped up,I left a message with Ben's Plumbing and Ryan got back to me within minutes. He gave me a two-hour window for the next day, and Kyle came early for the service. I had a fantastic experience, not only with the service, but I actually learned a lot about sinks and drains and what to put down the disposal and what products to use in the dishwasher, and what to do in the future so this doesn't happen again. I highly recommend this company. If I ever have another plumbing problem, Ben's is my first choice. read more

Service was awful. Tried to get them back because the first job wasn't fixed. They never came back. Lots of money for the plumbing job.

I'm 14 days new to the desert and it can be very difficult navigating the vendors needed for a home owner. Everyone has their guy and you're told early on to get 3 estimates. Personally I prefer the family owned businesses over the larger companies even though a larger company can sometimes have a larger capacity. Also what I have noticed is you have to be very carful of swindlers. Oh the swindlers that want to burglarize your wallet is unbelievable out here in the desert. I found Ben's Plumbing on yelp. They were my 3rd call. 1st call was to a referral that I still haven't heard back from, the 2nd call was to a larger company that wanted to do a survey of the property (HA HA fat chance, I know what I need done), and finally the 3rd call was the charm! Ben's Plumbing! I spoke with controller Kathy, who is a delight and knows her stuff. On top of being professional she was super nice, and funny. She is so kind, she laughed at my stale jokes. :) We made a plan for her technician Isaiah to come out on an early morning. I was in no real hurry and it has been extremely hot. I was having the bib on an outside spigot replaced. Someone put a nut on it that was not going to budge due to the immense corrosion. No big deal. Kathy gave me an estimate for the work and any replacement parts would be in addition to the service charge. Isaiah gave me a quick curtesy call and said he would be out in 30 minutes. Isaiah the technician was finished in about 15 minutes, easy peasy. YAY! I can put on my new hose! Isaiah is one of the nicest, professional technicians I have met in the desert and you can tell he really loves the company he works with, how refreshing! Thank you Ben's Plumbing for your stellar service and honest work. I really appreciate it. Kyle was on time, masked up and ready to jump in. We first walked through the project list and received Kyle's advice on what was involved with the various tasks and estimated time/cost. Then Kyle was off to work. He worked efficiently and was careful. He completed the work and was conscientious about cleaning up after the work was done. A leaky bathtub faucet almost filled my tub with water since yesterday. It was a Sunday, but I had Ben's card and called anyway. A live person answered the phone and took all of my information. I received a phone call from Ben at 7 am Monday morning and my faucet was fixed by Ryan a few short hours later. The price of the service was fair and reasonable. Every aspect of working with Ben's plumbing was pleasant and efficient. I will continue to use Ben's and highly recommend them. read more

We had Kyle do installation of multiple faucets in our home. Both visits he showed up on time or even slightly earlier than the scheduled time slot. He is personable, responsible, quick, and thorough. The faucets look terrific, there was no mess left behind, and the charges were not out of line with usual plumber rates. I would definitely use Kyle for future plumbing repairs. read more

After receiving an astronomical bid for a gas line from another company we called Ben's for a comparison. Ryan arrived on time, was personable and professional in his assessment and gave us a very fair bid. Before he was even out of the driveway his office called to make an appointment. Kathy was very understanding and did her best to arrange a time as soon as possible. On the arranged day Isaiah arrived on time, was personable, professional and very experienced. He was careful to protect our personal items, to clean up when he was finished and didn't leave until he confirmed that everything was in working order. Thank you to the entire team at Ben's. They are a reliable and honest valley business. They installed a water heater for us and I would use their business again.

We have a faucet in our spa/tub in our master bath and could not get it to stop dripping and hard to regulate the hot/cold and it was not working right. One other plumber had looked at it and said we didn't turn it off correctly! After trying several times, gave up and found Ben's Plumbing recommended by friends, checked the company here on yelp and liked the reviews. Called, set up a time and Kyle showed up promptly and was able to repair by replacing a 'gizmo' that was corroded. He showed us the part and it was very corroded. Now it works perfectly. We were concerned he might have to go through the wall to get to the problem, but that was not necessary. We found Ben's Plumbing to be competent, thorough and honest and highly recommend this company to everyone. read more

They came out the very next morning after calling, and fixed clogged toilet in a snap. Service tech Ryan was extremely personable, and I thought pricing was very fair considering that since moving here I've been charged almost double for every single service I've used, from housekeeper's to dog groomers, Capet cleaners you name it! It's much appreciated to do business with a company who doesn't price gouge! read more

I am so thankful for Ben's Plumbing! My parents have lived in the valley for decades, and when their water heater unexpectedly started leaking (only about ten years old, so not due for that) I wanted them to have hot water as soon as possible. My husband and I own a plumbing company about 2.5 hours away, so we couldn't help in time. My mom tried several different plumbers, one of whom wanted to charge her what seemed to us an excessively high rate. She called Ben, and Gil was out the next day (this morning at 7am!) to get their hot water going again and prevent more damage. I'm so glad they have a plumber in the area that they can trust who does good work at a great price. Thank you for taking care of my parents! read more

Fantastic service. Had been dealing with a broken, leaky garbage disposal for a while. Hesitant to call a plumber because of past experiences. Called Bens and within an hour Kyle was here to fix it.
