As homeowners and full-time residents of the Coachella Valley, we prefer to work with locally owned small businesses whenever possible, and All Desert Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has been a great fit for us. Danny has been an excellent resource; his expertise is extremely valuable, and he's always been responsive whenever we've reached out since purchasing our home in February. He answers quickly, shows up promptly, and the pricing has been fair and competitive. It's clear this is a local, family-run business that takes pride in being personable, honest, and efficient. We have a few larger projects coming up, and we feel confident knowing All Desert will be up to the task. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable plumbing and HVAC service in the area! read more

Briana a little dishonest , shady. Simple question: "what do you charge for an initial call/visit?" No response but in a hurry to book an appointment and surprise you with a bill later. This is where they get you. Buyer beware! read more

We just purchased a house that needed a few repairs and our realtor suggested All Desert since she had worked with Danny before. Now that we hired him, I can see why. He was always prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and incredibly patient answering the questions of a newbie homeowner (even regarding things not directly related to the tasks we hired him for). When I texted him about the one and only issue with the work that needed correction, he immediately texted me back and set up a time the next day for him to fix it. He arrived right on time and fixed the issue. He also took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it. The final bill was exactly what he quoted with no surprises and the quality of the work was spot on. I have saved his company's contact info and will definitely call them first when/if something else needs repair. read more

I can't thank Danny and his team enough for their quality work on Friday 26th. We had been battling a sewer main line issue since New Year's Day. We had two other plumbing companies come out and clear a clogged sewer main line. American Mechanical plumbing tried for 2 days to clear the clogged sewer with no success but still requested payment of $650, they said they would credit that amount towards a $6,300 fee to dig and repair the sewer issue. The next day we called Mr. Rooter which was able to clear the sewer main line for a fee of $895.00, they said we would receive that as a credit towards a $7,800 fee to fix the broken sewer main line. We were great full to at least have a broken but functioning sewer, but the repair fee was was too expensive for us. We contacted All Desert Plumbing & Air and they fixed the broken sewer main line in 5.5 hours for $2,000.00. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work and compassion they showed for all we had been through. Im a disabled veteran & they will always have us as a customer for life. Bless you and your team Ken Payne read more

I reached out to All Desert Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning as our AC unit suddenly stopped working during an awful heat wave last night. Received an immediate response, they were able to send a technician first thing this morning. Not just any technician, Danny was incredible! Determined our unit was low on freon, fixed in less than 10 minutes, all the while giving my husband and I helpful advice about maintenance. Exceptional customer service and competitive prices. I whole heartedly agree with all the other reviews. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!! Answered my call within hours. They were friendly, neat, clean and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Daniel, checked on a few other plumbing issues for me and gave me honest, intelligent answers to my questions. Couldn't be more pleased and impressed. I will only call on All Desert in the future for any problems I might have. read more

These guys are the absolute best!!! They came highly recommended by some friends of ours, and now I know why! Our A/C stopped working on a day when temperatures were supposed to get up near 110. Between our toddler and our dogs, I was really concerned how hot the house would get. Not only did they come the same day we called, they came right on time and were very helpful. While fixing our air, they also killed a giant black widow spider they found in our backyard. That might not mean much to some, but I am EXTREMELY grateful for help like that. Their prices are very reasonable and straightforward, they did not try to gouge us like another company has in the past. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and affordable A/C, heating or plumbing specialist. read more

My 30 year old air conditioner needed to be replaced, I decided to do some research as I did not understand the HERS testing or permit process needed by the City; I spoke with 3 companies to get 3 bids. Ed and Dan, a great father/son team arrived together, both with great energy and smiles. Ed spoke to me and explained in detail the process of removing and replacing the two units, the vent testing and what the costs of permits were. The bid was very fair compared to another company that told me testing/permits would be around $2,000! In actuality as Ed said they would be, the cost ran around $500 for both! I felt that they were honest and respectful of my ignorance, answered my questions and sent me a detailed bid of costs. I hired them; they kept a very clean work area, were very polite, showed up on time, finished the job in the time frame promised and the work passed all inspections. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC or plumbing needs. read more

Dan and his staff are outstanding. They replaced an air conditioning sytem and heater last fall. In this hot weather, we are enjoying the new air conditioners immensely. Earlier this year they installed a Fijitsu garage unit. They are knowledgeable, easy to work with, and reliable. Excellent work and excellent people skills. Thank you! Michael and Kathleen read more

Ed was a nice enough person. The toilet water ran, and he put in new working parts system, and said ok I should be good to go. I paid him $150.00. Just as he left my front door, the toilet began to run just like before. I was able to catch him before he reached his van. Ed came back in the house and looked at the toilet and said "Sorry this toilet is too old and I can't get parts". Ok so if that is the case, as a good business man would/should do is say, I will check around for a reasonable toilet for you. It stands to reason he would make a sale. Now after paying $150.00 I have to go buy a new toilet, pricing from $250.00+ plus installation. The way I see it, if he had suggested purchasing a new one up front, he would have made more money. #NOTHAPPY 3/31 Had new toilet installed. Upon taking the so called "new working parts" out, we found the flapper was an old one. He did NOT install a new one! #NOTHAPPY-AGAIN read more

Met With Ed of all Desert plumbing, he was on time, very professional and got the job done right. Thanks, Michael

Asked how much to service our units which are working fine and they want $75 per unit which is nuts as we just had our two units on our commercial units which were working fine and they charged $45 total as nothing had to be done to them. Typical over charging of we retired folks out here in the desert as they think we can't take it to the grave. Love to find some honest folks out here. read more

OUTSTANDING! Ed Reyes returned my call for a non-emergency toilet leak within 30 minutes, we set an appointment window between 9-11am the next day and he arrived 10 minutes early! His son, Dan, accompanied him. Both gentlemen were polite, courteous and respectful. The toilet was an off brand so they had to go get a part. Without any delay, they returned, installed the part, and the toilet works like new! Lots of good humor displayed by both men. They left the bathroom cleaner than they found it! The repair charge was reasonable and more than fair! I highly recommend this family owned and operated company!!! I will recommend them to my neighbors and friends! read more

Needed a plumber ASAP for leaking seal in rental condo. Owner called Ed and he was in touch to set up appointment; came out on Saturday AM, and replaced seal on toilet stool that had not been set properly when previously installed.
