Carlos came to the rescue once again with sink and faucets projects. Poor guy returned three times because of part and stubborn fixture issues. Didn't charge for all his excess time. Grateful to be able to count on his professional assistance. read more

Our 18 year old water heater was on its last leg and I called La Quinta Plumbing Solutions because of his Yelp ratings. I have to say the yelpers were right on the money. Carlos came out the day I called and we went over my options and decided to put in a new tankless water heater. He showed up in time and did exactly what he told me he would do. The quality of his work was exceptional and his personality was awesome. I highly recommend this company if you have any plumbing needs. read more

Carlos had installed this when he was the owner of smart plumbing. Now that the company has dissolved, my review somehow transferred to La Quinta plumbing. I had tried multiple times to reach him to fix this same water conditioner couple years later at La Quinta plumbing, However after 3 days of messages there were no returns. read more

First, Carlos is an excellent plumber. We have used him many times with consistently positive results. That said, I contacted him recently because a kitchen faucet he installed about six months ago came loose. He responded timely to make a repair, which I appreciated. Somehow, upon arrival, he concluded that the problem was my fault and that I had been "messing" with the faucet. I told him that it had moved out of alignment with routine use and all I had done was to check to see if it was loose, which it was, which was when I contacted him. He tightened the faucet, after which he berated me with several ridiculous, insulting, and condescending comments, ending with him challenging me to try to twist the faucet to be sure it was tight because "I'm not coming back again" to tighten it. His demeanor and comments took me completely by surprise, given the history of our business relationship and what I mistakenly thought was mutual respect. I won't use La Quinta Plumbing Solutions again, despite the work they have done for us. As a customer I do not appreciate being the subject of verbal abuse, which is what occurred on this occasion. read more

We had a small project of replacing a few faucets. Carlos and Luis did an amazing job and we are so grateful! They were professional, knowledgable, cleaned up the worksite and got the job done well. We have other future plumbing jobs and will definitely be using LaQuinta Plumbing Solutions again. Highly recommend them! Update: We used Carlos and Luis again shortly after our faucet install, to replace two toilets for us. They are on time, very reasonable prices, fit us in their schedule quickly after my request for work, friendly and know what they are doing! We will be using them for other jobs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! read more

I haven't even had my work done yet. I just wanted to leave a comment on their excellent customer service. I'm having a minor problem -nothing too awful but it needs to be fixed. I contacted numerous plumbing companies. None of them got back to me. Or when they did it was like a day later. This company got back to me in 10 minutes. Yes 10 minutes. Gave me an appointment time and that was that. I will update when I have the work done. If the customer service is an indicator of how good the job will be,I am expecting it will be fabulous. read more

This is the plumber to hire, hands down. I always do a lot of research on Yelp, NextDoor, Google, etc. and get several quotes whenever I'm having any major work done, or making a big purchase. Carlos and his crew absolutely delivered 100%. Best price by far to install a tankless water heater and replace a kitchen sink and faucet. He was friendly, responded quickly, worked hard, cleaned up the work area, and promptly billed me via email so I could easily pay online with my credit card. Don't waste your time looking around or waiting for others to come by for a quote. Hire La Quinta Plumbing Solutions and know you'll get reliable, excellent work at a fair price. read more

Highly recommend! I requested a quote via Yelp to replace my water heater and received a super fast response. Carlos also answered my questions about gas company rebate and warranties. Carlos and his staff were great. Scheduled an appointment on Thursday for Saturday morning. He and his partner showed up on time after giving me text that he was on his way. We had been taking COLD showers in the master for a while. It was kind of like, cardio-cleansing as you had to jump & move while the ice water bounced off of your skin. I finally ponied up by calling Carlos. He was quick to respond, and he recommended a plan of action. Even though the cartridge could have merely been replaced, we decided to do away with the old lever fixture as well. This included a new valve fitting too. Now, it feels like your are being POWER WASHED with warm water. The cost was well worth it, and Carlos was tidy & communicative during the process. I almost want the other shower cartridges to wear out now. Um, no I don't. I will definitely call Carlos first in the future. read more

I have worked with Carlos, the owner several times now for a home I had plumbing issues before it was sold then for a place that I wanted to change out shower heads w/sprayers, put in an outdoor fountain and most recently a salt-free Pelican whole-house Softener & Filter system. He's experienced, prompt, professional and most of all reasonable. His work is clean and tidy. I would recommend Carlos without hesitation for all your plumbing needs!! read more

Carlos and his team are the best! We have used him a couple of times and this last time he really saved us some money! Our water heater was old and leaking. We called 3 plumbers for quotes and he was by far the cheapest! We are talking about over $1000 cheaper! And the new water heater he brought us was a quality one as we researched the brand online. Some other vendors wanted us to buy the equipment whereas he quoted us for everything- parts and labor, and hauling the old one back. His team was quick to schedule the work, we are talking a few days, and they got the whole removal and installation done in just over an hour. From now on, La Quinta Plumbing Solutions will be my go-to plumber. read more

We are very happy with the service from Carlos. He has come by twice not to fix things on our punch list from purchasing a house in The Cove. Carlos was awesome. Professional, timely, great quality work. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs. Went above and beyond.

Carlos and his staff helped me remove and install a new toilet and fix a wax ring on the toilet. Carlos was helpful, patient and professional throughout the whole experience. He recommended a toilet to me but I had to change it last minute due to budget issues. He seemed to be knowledgeable when I asked him about other brands of toilets. He offered to pick up the toilets for us so I wouldn't have to lug them over. They came a little late but I was grateful for his patience and advice about choosing a toilet so I didn't mind. He was quick, good and nice. Price is also very reasonable. I'll be calling Carlos if I have any other plumbing issues! read more

I called Carlos for a leak under my house- for which we had to turn all the water to the home OFF. He showed up for the first appointment- Found the leak and said its very muddy under the home from the leak- he said to LEAVE the water off- and he would be back at the end of the day to fix the leak. For the next 5 days- he kept calling and postponing the service. All the while telling us to leave the water off so it can dry out. I called another plumber Valley Wide- they were very busy but gave me an appt for the next day- which is now the third day without ANY water. Carlos called on the third day and pushed the appt again - Day 4- Carlos said he would be there at the end of the 4th day. Valley Wide came at 8AM and fixed the leak in 20 minutes. The reason why I decided to write this negative review is because he had the nerve to call in the afternoon on the 4th day to push to the next day- Guaranteeing he would show up on the 5th day. So I told him fine- even tho the job was done- Needless to say on the 5th day he never showed, never called, and never answered my calls. read more

We replaced our 19 year old hot water heater with a tankless unit. So glad we did, less noise (we had a ton of sediment in our old tank), and now an endless supply of hot water. The owner was quick with responding to our inquiry for a quote and provided helpful information on how to correctly apply for the rebate that is offered on the system we purchased. We recently hired La Quinta Plumbing Solutions to replace our nearly 20 year old water heater, before it gave up the ghost, with a tankless one. Carlos showed up on time for the quote, took some time to understand our plumbing situation and our needs, then sent back a quote that was less than half one of the other quotes we got. Quotes were all over the place price wise. Carlos and his team showed up on time for the install and stayed into the evening, on a hot Saturday, to complete the heater replacement and get the WiFi interface working (the heater worked fine, just the WiFi was being a pain). The crew cleaned up well after themselves. His "IT" guy came back a couple days later to complete the WiFi setup. We're very happy with the new heater and love the fact that we don't have to run the water for so long to get hot water in the shower in the back of the house. We'll be calling them again for our future plumbing needs. read more
