Joe Palomino has to be the most responsive and capable guy in the business. I had leaking problem that I knew originated from toilet- he responded promptly and assessed the situation. He initially tried some cost effective "fixes"- involved me in the process- and we quickly established a new toilet would be the best solution. All that happened within a half hour. Gave me options for new toilet- I made my decision- it was installed the next morning within another half hour. He was prompt with appointments, efficient, immaculate with clean-up, and thoroughly professional. He gave me pricing ahead of time- very reasonable. This guy is the real deal- all my future plumbing issues will be handled by Joe. read more

Sometimes you get really lucky. I have a good friend who is also a Nancy D. She recommended Joe Palomino. She told me you can trust him. She followed it up with, "Super nice guy, super, super, nice guy. Joe helped me update my 90's looking bathroom. My dog fell in love with him. His work is perfection. He's neat, tidy, and thorough. Great to find a professional that truly takes pride in his work. Prompt, always on time, communicative, and very helpful in suggesting ideas and possible solutions. Pleasant energy to be around. He even let me borrow a tool for a project I was working on that I was struggling with because I didn't have the proper tool. He said I'll pick it up next week when I return to finish the job. Don't hesitate to call him. He's the only plumber I'll use. read more

Palomino Plumbing - Call Joe Palomino - Plumbing Near Me

Got a call from our caretaker telling us that we had a leak under the bathroom sink and that water was coming out at a pretty high level. The water got shut off and the water mopped up. He recommended calling Joe Palomino so I did. Joe and I played phone tag for a few hours but communicated via voice mail and text and set a time for him to meet our caretaker and fix the issue. Joe showed up as scheduled and fixed the leak and as requested sent me the bill via text message. His bill was quite reasonable. I was relieved and very pleased at this level of service. Being a "snowbird " getting a runaround while not being at our winter home is not unusual, Joe is now our " go to plumber" . read more

Joe and his nephew showed up on time (early actually, even better) and did a great job installing 2 new toilets. They brought a better wax ring than the one included in the box, and provided the braided lines so we didn't have to buy them. They took the old ones and didn't charge extra for that. His pricing was fair, and the work was done well - very thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Cleaned up after himself, which wasn't done by a previous company. We will use him again and certainly refer him to friends. read more

So got text. Said they were on vacation so thats the reason no call back. Of course voice mail can be set up to tell people that when they call. But again least they reached out. Still no way to run a business. read more

Joe was on time and responded the same day. He is very courteous and professional. Very reasonable. I highly recommend

Joe was very nice, friendly and affordable. Very knowledgable and experienced . I strongly recommend Palomino plumbing .

I was referred to Joe from my neighbor. I needed a dishwasher uninstalled and a hose bib replaced that had been soldered to the pipe. Joe was responsive, professional and on time for his appointment. He is a one man show which I prefer so you won't get some inexperienced rookie on the job. I will be calling Joe back when I plan on upgrading my bathrooms. He is reliable and affordable, what more can you ask for? read more

We had Palomino Plumbing finish the installation of our dishwasher line and soap dispenser when Chris Hegarty abandoned completing the job after receiving his payment. Joe and his partner, Phil, came to our home and completed the aforementioned tasks. They also soldered the front and rear water outlets, and fixed a toilet. We discussed replacing shower nozzles in all three bathrooms. Joe and his coworker Phil were on time, friendly, excellent at their job, reasonably priced, and honest. They followed Covid19 protocols. Joe and Phil have restored our faith in plumbers and we will use them exclusively for our plumbing needs in the future. Highest recommendation. read more

Phoned early Monday morning and left a message that I needed a new garbage disposal and a pipe cleaned out. Today is Wednesday and never heard back. Thanks for nothing! He could have at least returned phone call to say job was to small or he was too busy. read more

He was recommended by a neighbor friend. I called and left a message at 9am last week. Waited to later afternoon and with no response, I left another message. Finally the next day, Upon not getting a phone call, I called another company and they were at my house by noon that day. Just very disappointed that a business would not even respond. read more

I had a plumber, Jeff Glascock, install a heating device which ended up not being to code. I emailed Joe Palomino on 5/30/2020 and he responded same day and was at my home on 6/1/2020 to correct the issue. Talk about responsive, fair in price and just an all around good guy. This guy is awesome and I'll definitely reach out to him again for any future needs. read more

I called Joe and we had some trouble hooking up initially. Finally we connected. Joe came by - clean, well-dressed, and professional. I had a problem with "ticking" in the wall. Even though Joe was unable to intercede directly (the job looked like I would need to go inside the wall) he checked all my water lines and came up with a possible solution. It had to do with my pool plumbing. Joe didn't charge me for his service call. Once I reported his idea to my pool guy, he was able to effect a solution. Joe won my loyalty that day, and I will be calling him from now on for all my plumbing needs. read more
