The Leak Experts were amazing to deal with. Had a gas leak in my home and called my regular plumber. He gave me an estimate of getting there the next day. Called several other plumbers and they were on the same island time of one to two days. To be without gas that long is not doable for me as I run a vacation rental and had guests checking in end of week. I needed this resolved yesterday. By this time, it was late afternoon when I came across the Leak Experts on yelp. When I called them (Daniel owner of Leak Experts) was literally out at my house within an hour. Mr. Munoz is a hero in my book! After the smell of a gas leak and the Gas Co. (1/2 star because they do supply the gas) came to shut off the gas and left us to find a reputable, reliable and competent plumber on our own, (not always an easy task) after calling Valley (1-star for answering the phone after hours but claiming to have called and did not) & Maple Leaf (1-star for coming out to the home, confirming the gas is off, looking at the pipes but without the proper equipment they would return tomorrow, then schedule further and with a weekend approaching - it could be next week), Maple Leaf charge of $100 to confirm that the gas is off and they would have to return the next day with air to test the lines ($92.00 for the visit-to confirm the gas is off and look around the property) then they would have to find the leak (another day) then book any work (could entail tearing up concrete, etc) that would have to be scheduled. 2 days now-no gas=no hot water or heat. I phoned Daniel Munoz (8pm) he answered and came out the next morning before 9am and detected a very difficult gas leak that went from the street to the meter (it is the Gas Co. problem now) The Gas Co. will come out, fix (hopefully they are as efficient in repairing and turning on the gas as they were to shut off the gas and not even say, "good luck upon walking off the property" and eventually turn on the gas-hopefully. I am thankful to have stumbled upon D. Munoz' contact info and he will be the only plumber I will use from now on and for all plumbing needs! He is Dan the Man! Always a pleasure to speak to the plumber directly, hearing his confidence and a "can do" attitude and he understanding my needs. And this confirmed by his work!
