Oh what a fantastic experience! Dan is the MAN! Called him because of the great testimonials and here's another one. I cannot thank him enough for the quick response and he was meticulous and actually found another issue that we were not aware of and will save us a large amount on our water bill. Don't look anywhere else. Just a really really positive experience and not a $$ gouger at all. Just 10 out of 10. Thank you Dan read more

I can't recommend The Leak Experts highly enough! They were professional, honest, timely, and very fair with their pricing. We discovered moisture in the carpet near a bathroom vanity and were understandably concerned that we might be dealing with a much bigger plumbing problem. The Leak Experts found the source -- a supply hose under the vanity with a slow leak -- and replaced it before the situation turned into something far more serious and expensive. Their thoroughness and honesty potentially saved us a tremendous amount of money. What could have eventually meant opening walls and bringing in a restoration company was resolved by identifying the actual problem and fixing what needed to be fixed. It's such a relief to find a company you feel you can trust to diagnose the problem honestly rather than turn it into a bigger, more expensive job than necessary. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. We will absolutely call The Leak Experts again if we ever need them. Highly recommend! read more

Called Dan again, again so impressed. He helped us while I was managing our property remotely and he did just as good of a job as if I was standing right there along side him. He has a customer for life now and my utmost respect as a customer. Thank you Dan for the excellent service you provide! read more

I called the Leak Experts based on the good reviews on Yelp. We had a leak on the side of the house and found out it was coming from a pipe inside the wall. I sent Daniel pictures and description. He quoted a competitive price and was able to come out the same day. He had great communication throughout the process and fixed it quickly. Really satisfied and highly recommend! read more

Daniel out on a Sunday to repair an emergency leak for me. He was honest upfront and quoted me a price over the phone before even coming out. He has also helped my dad with his property and pool next-door. Greatly appreciate your help and he was very prompt and on time I was not at the property. He was able to send me pictures and videos of what's going on and what he's gonna do to address it. read more

The Leak Experts - Plumbing Near Me

Dan is a person of ethics and honest work. I am an elderly woman taking care of my 98-yr old disabled mother. Dan is compassionate and thoroughly explained everything about the repair to my broken water main to my house. He focused on making sure I was happy with the job. Thank you, Dan. I will call you if I ever need you for anything else! read more

We had a leak in our main water line between the meter and the house, and Leak Experts were outstanding. Dan and James took on a difficult job that many plumbers likely wouldn't--digging under a large palm tree root ball to reach the line. The digging alone took over two hours, and they were on site for more than six hours. They were hardworking, professional, and didn't cut corners. We feel very lucky to have found them and would highly recommend Leak Experts for challenging leaks. read more

I had water coming up through the floor in my bedroom and had no idea where it was coming from. I called The Leak Experts, and a real person answered right away, which I really appreciated. After I explained the situation, they came out within an hour. They performed a leak detection, quickly found the source, and clearly showed me which pipe was causing the issue. They repaired the leak, replaced the concrete they had to break through to access the pipe, and left everything incredibly clean and neat. Their service was professional, fast, and reliable. I would definitely recommend The Leak Experts and will absolutely use them again in the future. Great experience overall read more

Dan and James arrived exactly as scheduled. They replaced our old water heater and brought the plumbing up to code. Their workmanship was perfect and the new copper plumbing that had to be installed to accommodate the new tank is like a work or art. They were easy to have around and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. read more

If I could give Daniel and The Leak Experts a 10 Star Review I would! Outstanding, honest, fast and kindly service. Where do you get that now a-days? In my experience almost no where. So when someone like Daniel comes quickly, works diligently til he finds the problem and then charges a completely fair and reasonable price I feel like I've found a jewel in the service industry! read more

The Leak Experts were amazing to deal with. Had a gas leak in my home and called my regular plumber. He gave me an estimate of getting there the next day. Called several other plumbers and they were on the same island time of one to two days. To be without gas that long is not doable for me as I run a vacation rental and had guests checking in end of week. I needed this resolved yesterday. By this time, it was late afternoon when I came across the Leak Experts on yelp. When I called them (Daniel owner of Leak Experts) was literally out at my house within an hour. Daniel found a leak fixed it and we thought we were done. However, gas company came out and told me another leak was detected in house. Daniel came out first thing in the morning next day, found the leak and got that one resolved too... not to mention replaced some crazy gas line previous builders put up in attic. I was so grateful for his quick and thorough services. With the quick response and amount of work he did I was cringing at the fact I may be looking at paying thousands upon thousands for an emergency plumbing visit. When I got the invoices, I was beyond thrilled with his rates. Leak Experts rates are highly competitive and I walked away feeling like I was in no way taken advantage of with my emergency situation where other plumbing companies may have not done the same. Highly recommend to anyone with a gas or water leak to call Leak Experts first. You will be very pleased that you did. read more

Daniel not only responded quickly to my call, but he was at my home within an hour and made necessary repairs right away!

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW! We had a GAS LEAK on our property last week and I was quoted a price for the job - a rerouting of the gas line including two new cut downs from the ceiling and appliance line reconfiguration...a fairly big job. Not knowing ANYTHING about the cost of such a job I called around to get possible comparison quotes. Although I did not actually use The Leak Experts for the work, when I got off the phone with them I felt COMPLETELY secure in the price I was quoted. I was so impressed with the honest, transparent information they provided that I felt I HAD to write a short Yelp review based on their customer service ALONE. They were courteous, kind and reassuring - which to me is a rare sign of a QUALITY outfit. I have no doubt that their professionalism and knowledge would extend beyond the phone and into every job they do. Thanks for the peace of mind, THE LEAK EXPERTS! read more

From the first moment of phone call they were professional and on it. Scheduled call, came as promised, found leak, quoted price , went to work and completed as promised with video of before and after. Could not have been any more pleased with work done and time and value for work completed. These guys are the best. read more

When we were told that we had a leak somewhere, the Water company wouldn't find the leak source, and our handyman couldn't find it we Yelped. Leak Experts had a 5 star rating so we called at 8pm Monday night and someone actually answered! Not just an answering service. Our (outside) leak was detected and fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Prompt, reasonably priced, and very friendly professional service. There were no surprise additional charges. would definitely use again and recommend to others. read more

We had an unexpected leak behind our water heater that destroyed one of our guest bedroom walls. We called the leak experts and they were there within the hour. They got us all fixed up the same day. Daniel Munoz is the man needed to adjust my gas line lower to fit my stove snugged to the wall. He had it done quick and clean the price was very reasonable I do recommend! read more

Mr. Munoz is a hero in my book! After the smell of a gas leak and the Gas Co. (1/2 star because they do supply the gas) came to shut off the gas and left us to find a reputable, reliable and competent plumber on our own, (not always an easy task) after calling Valley (1-star for answering the phone after hours but claiming to have called and did not) & Maple Leaf (1-star for coming out to the home, confirming the gas is off, looking at the pipes but without the proper equipment they would return tomorrow, then schedule further and with a weekend approaching - it could be next week), Maple Leaf charge of $100 to confirm that the gas is off and they would have to return the next day with air to test the lines ($92.00 for the visit-to confirm the gas is off and look around the property) then they would have to find the leak (another day) then book any work (could entail tearing up concrete, etc) that would have to be scheduled. 2 days now-no gas=no hot water or heat. I phoned Daniel Munoz (8pm) he answered and came out the next morning before 9am and detected a very difficult gas leak that went from the street to the meter (it is the Gas Co. problem now) The Gas Co. will come out, fix (hopefully they are as efficient in repairing and turning on the gas as they were to shut off the gas and not even say, "good luck upon walking off the property" and eventually turn on the gas-hopefully. I am thankful to have stumbled upon D. Munoz' contact info and he will be the only plumber I will use from now on and for all plumbing needs! He is Dan the Man! Always a pleasure to speak to the plumber directly, hearing his confidence and a "can do" attitude and he understanding my needs. And this confirmed by his work! I believe his company name is Leak Specialists. Looking forward to heat & hot water! read more

Leak Specialties and Dan Munoz and his team are awesome. I called Friday night at 7pm when gas to my grill stopped flowing--on Labor Day weekend. Dan answered and asked if I wanted someone to show up immediately. Instead I opted for 8am Saturday morning. They were exactly on time and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. The Gas Company said they also work on these issues-- free of charge--if i wanted to wait 2.5 weeks for a technician. Leak Specialties saved my family's vacation. Thank you. read more
