Update: Otis contacted me within an hour of my review going live. It turns out my calls were mistakenly flagged as spam on his phone, so he didn't receive my messages or voicemail. I called and the day I called Martin arrived to assess the installation, and provided a quote that day. I accepted and the next day they installed the system flawlessly. Because I didn't have a power hookup next to the water main, their technician (Izzy) drew the power from the interior of the garage. The resulting installation was seamlessly done and literally invisible to the observer. Izzy also took the time to patiently go through the operation of the system, and installed an app on my phone so I could monitor the system remotely.
