California State License Board - COMPLAINT FILED…read more Better Business Bureau - COMPLAINT FILED Bill Moore, Owner of Desert Cities Plumbing is good at making promises. He is also good at breaking each of those promises. For the scheduled appointment (for which he was a no-show and only after I called him to inquire, did he tell me he would be approximately two-hours late). After the extended wait, two of his employees finally arrived. After some time, one of the two employees took their vehicle and abandoned the other one leaving him stranded at my property without his supplies or telephone. After the employee finished, I called Bill to inform him of the situation. Since I had to leave, he requested that I provide him my credit card information over the phone, and he would email me an immediate paid invoice including the scope of the project. Not a big ask, so I paid in full. Easy right? Nope. I still have no invoice and all I have are his empty promises and LIES. I have subsequently spoken to him on three separate occasions and each time he told me he would email the invoice. To date, nothing. I have also sent him numerous texts, all of which he ignored Unfortunately, this simple request has now cost him this one-star review as well as a complaint with the California State License Board and Better Business Bureau.
