Whole House AC unit stopped working. Jerry replaced contactor and capacitor, 80 dollars maybe on those 2 parts. after repair fan on outside unit kept running, only way to turn it off was to trip circuit breaker off. After another visit from Jerry He told me that the main board was bad and needed to be replaced. Still waiting on call for pricing and availability. Just received new thermostat, and what do you know everything is working as advertised. So now thinking I did not need the new parts, but money is money, my Issue is the WORK ETHIC, easy money by just replacing easy parts and then charging 5 to 7 times the part cost seems a little excessive but hey, The only reason I did not replace them is because of my back issue. Once again Money goes and comes, good WORK ETHICS just GO!!...so be careful and do your own research....clean your filters, check condenser and motor in furnace make sure everything is clean. and you might just prevent paying as even more than I did. read more

I cannot think of a way to praise the professional and helpful attitude exhibited by Jerry Villa, the owner, except to say it is the absolute best. I called Air Techs on Friday evening when our outside unit went out as the hottest weekend of the year began. This was after being told by several large companies that the soonest they could get anyone out was Wednesday. He diagnosed the problem as a bad fan motor and when he was unable to get a new one before Tuesday, he cannibalized an old unit he had to get the fan motor and get us back into blessed cool air. His primary concern was to not leave us in the lurch over that long, blazing hot weekend. Called Air Techs regarding my air conditioner not performing properly. Jerry (owner) came out after finishing another job. He first inspected my system and checked all the electrical components. He analyzed my units system and made some adjustments. He cleaned the unit during his tune up and was finished. I thought I needed Freon but he said it was fine.
