I have used Dan several times for my rental properties! Dan is very quick to get back to you provides an accurate cost estimate and explains the services clearly even for a non-heating and air person! Since I'm typically not at the property he is very good being on time for my tenants , sending receipts and collecting payment online ! great great company ...wonderful hard worker ...definitely check DAN out! 5 stars! read more

Have been calling them for weeks now with no response for them to fix a bad install. The number gos straight to voicemail and they never call back. Have left multiple voicemails with no response. read more

Tech came out and did a diagnosis, then the company quit answering our calls. They told us parts were on order and then never responded. 2 weeks later we had another company come out and it took two days to get them out, diagnosed and repaired. This company still has not responded. I'm still not sure what happened, but me and the family were stuck without ac for two weeks in late spring/early summer because of this. I would avoid this company, plenty of better companies out there read more

Extremely overpriced and low quality of work After using Dan on a residential job, I further researched everything he stated and quoted because things didn't add up. I had some commercial HVAC projects I needed to get done, which gave me the opportunity to consult other HVAC companies for quotes on an upcoming project at work. I asked them about the residential work I had done, and all of the quotes they provided were less than half the cost I paid from Global Warming and Cooling. A couple of the technicians also knew of Dan by name as they fixed other jobs that he apparently screwed up on. Although Yelp has high reviews, I found numerous negative comments about Dan and Global Warming and Cooling on local Next Door app comments looking for a/c referrals. "I can't tell you where to go, but I can tell you where not to go, don't use Dan from Global Warming and Cooling." "Had a terrible experience with Dan and GW&C, way overpriced and had to call a real professional HVAC technician to fix everything that wasn't done." Highly recommend getting multiple quotes from other companies to avoid any heartache. I'm just thankful I didn't give him any repeat business or referrals. read more

Omg Dan thank you for answering my call at 1015pm and getting here in less than an hour and getting our ac unit up and running again!! Dan was so kind, professional and fast! Will definitely use this company again! THANK YOU! read more

We've used Dan a few different times. He's always punctual, delivers on his promises and gets the job done. It's hard to find contractors who are honest and Dan is honest and ethical, I trust him 100%. For any of your HVAC needs, call Dan! read more

All I can say is "Hats off to Dan". I come back from work to find the wife and kids sweating like crazy because the AC unit stopped working. 630pm, what do you do? CALL DAN. Seriously, came over at around 8, quickly assessed the situation, replaced the parts and Boom! AC is back up and running in less than 30min. I rarely write reviews but this guy deserved the effort. Trust me. He's honest, efficient and not expensive. Never tried to over sell me on anything. Don't hesitate! Call him now! Don't "sweat it" ;) read more

Amazing costumer service. He explained everything that was wrong with my A/C and fixed it on the spot. He leaves the space he worked in really clean. Would recommend to anyone! read more

This is an update to the original review. The business must be doing well. So well in fact that they don't pick up the phone or return messages in any reasonable amount of time. Time to look for another good HVAC service... --------------- Dan is an expert who saved me a lot of money. The other repair man wanted to replace entire AC system while Dan quickly found a leak and replaced the faulty part. All at reasonable cost. I also appreciated how quickly this for resolved. He was available the same night (at no extra charge) for preliminary investigation. He came back a day later to do the actual job. Thank you Dan. read more

Everything was excellent regarding my experience and service with Global warming and cooling. I had an urgent need for A/C service on a 103 degree evening in Wildomar @ 5:30 pm, and in my time of need and desperation, Dan (the Manager was on call) came to my home as promised and proficiently got my system up and running by 7pm. Kudos to Dan and Global Warming and Cooling!!! you`ve definitely earn my trust and future business. read more

Our central air stopped cooling right in the middle of the latest heat wave. Apparently we had a slow leak and lost some refrigerant. Dan was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule, repaired the leak and refilled the refrigerant. He has helped us out on a few different occasions and has always been very patient with my lame questions and even drew diagrams for me. Global Warming & Cooling has a customer for life. I highly recommend!! read more

The perfect 5 star rating is very well deserved. He came in 30 min after most places were closed. He fixed our AC and installed our new thermostat when a previous installer could not. Dan is a knowledgeable professional and also has a positive attitude. I like how he was confident he could fix our problem and he did. I will only be calling him in the future for all our AC needs and would recommend him to anyone. read more

My wife is pregnant and we are due in several days. Our A/C broke down and we were struggling to find someone to help. We sent Global a message on Yelp, they called us back within 30 minutes and sent a technician out within 3 hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly (melted wires), replaced the wiring and cleaned out the coils. The system is working great now thanks to them. read more

Our AC Unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave (motor stopped spinning). My family got on yelp to call a couple of companies to ask for price ranges. It was around 12:30AM and we got a call back from one company saying they can come down, but ended up calling back saying due to the time they wanted to come the following day. We moved on and kind of giving up, I ran into Global Warming & Cooling and decided to give them a call. Dan answered, listened to our problem, and gave us a price estimate. It was already 1AM and he was willing to come down to diagnose and possibly fix our issue if he can. He arrived about 20 minutes after we hung up wearing a mask and kept his distance. Dan was friendly, very informative and went above and beyond to make sure every component was working correctly. We thank you again for coming so late in the night and fixing our AC problem, for that my family dubbed him as "Dan the Man!" =) read more

I just got my Air Conditioner serviced by this company and I must say the experience was very positive. I called numerous companies trying to schedule an appointment and most of them just ignored my request. I gave up trying to contact the highest rated yelp reviews and just looked for companies near my area with good reviews. I submitted a request for quote and was contact by Dan within 10 minutes! He came out and diagnosed the problem and explained every step of the process. He even told me some basic maintenance and easy repairs I can do myself that are very common. read more

company is a scam, DO NOT USE THEM......They came in through my home warranty company (if you have a warranty company you can request someone else if they dispatch them) the guy came out on time and "fixed" the problem while he was at my house he broke my brand new door handle that I just put on so my 2 year old couldn't open the door and more and then he said that just not to pay him so the service call because it cost the same as the handle well a few days later I get the bill from the warranty company saying that I refused to pay the contractor and then the very next day a/c went out again guy answered the phone when after a couple days of trying to get ahold of him and calling from a different number and then when he realized who I was said he was going to get ahold of the warranty company and then hung up on me we like I said I have a 2 year old and temps were getting up to 100 degrees and still I had no a/c so i had to call a different company out there that came in 45 mins and fixed what the real problem was and what this company had messed up while they were in there just sucks that there are companies/people out there like this that don't stand by their work or word just wanted my stuff fixed so please do not go to this company that's probably why they have to work through the warranty company with the type of work and relations they have they wouldn't be around anymore read more

Dan is an expert. He saved me time, money and stress because he was able to pinpoint the problem with my furnace quickly and efficiently. Called around to a few other places but none of them had anything available for at least 3 weeks out! Spoke with Dan and he said he could come out the next day between 8-9. My AC stopped working on one of the hotter days this month. Dan took my call around 11am and came out same day to fix. He gave me 4-5pm window when he would be here and he got to my house 5 minutes early. He asked where my AC unit was and diagnosed the problem with few mins. The capacitor needed replacement and he showed me the old part and installed new part quickly. Total time was under ten minutes. I highly recommend him based on communication, professionalism, promptness, and technical ability to assess and fix the problem quickly. read more

The new thermostat from Home Despot wasn't triggering the fan on the forced air heater. Another HVAC provider said they could fit me in to their schedule eight days out. A call to Dan resulted in a return call a couple hours later. I was just getting off work and Dan agreed to meet me at the house. With some rewiring he was able to fix the problem. While he was onsite he checked for carbon monoxide, and also gave us an unofficial ballpark on what it would cost to replace our pleistocene heater. So right now it's the next morning. The temperature in the house is pleasant and we didn't have to spend the next week waking up in the cold. Dan got the job done on time and at the right price, Strongly recommended. read more

My portable AC unit needed servicing. I called Global and thankfully, Dan had an appointment open for the next morning. Dan came to the house and it was such a relief not having to haul my very heavy "portable" AC unit anywhere. Dan is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He also gave me some important tips for upkeep of the AC unit between scheduled maintenance appointments that will help keep my AC unit in good shape. I will be calling Dan again next year to service the AC unit before allergy season! read more

Great company, they completed on time and were professional. I had a few company's come out to give us a quote and most where 2k above global. Thanks global read more

My A/C did not work and needed to be replaced, but luckily I called Global Warming and they were able to fix it promptly with great customer service and at a reasonable price. The A/C was working great for five hours and then quit. Dan came out the next day and determined that the blower motor had burned out and replaced it, with great customer service. Global Warming was able to overhaul my A/C and heater at a reasonable price, that saved me thousands and was very professional and courteous all within a reasonable time. I am ready for the next heat spell. Thank you Dan and Global Warming for you diligent work! read more

I can't say enough about how great Dan is. He came out the same day I called when every other company was telling me 1-2 weeks. He called to see if he could come a little earlier (appt was 9pm which is amazing that he would fit us in like that to start with) because he was running ahead of schedule. Showed up, found the problem in about 1 minute and had it fixed and was on his way in about 30 mins. Truly a wonderful technician and a honest and trustworthy guy. I will definitely use him for all future issues and would recommend him to everyone I know. Oh and not to mention his service fee (that goes towards any repairs) is about 1/2 of what everyone else wanted to charge. read more

Global came in diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in an hour and only charged me $ 200 to realign a vent instead of a previous estimate by ASI for $ 2900 to replace the furnace. They even vacuumed when they were finished. read more

Dan was amazing. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I called a few companies and most of them said they would only come next week. However, when I called Dan, said he could do the job on the same day that I called. Not many people would have come at 7:30 pm to fix an a/c! He located and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Thanks Dan! read more

We were sweltering in the heat and lo and behold the air conditioner doesn't work! Read the Yelp reviews and not disappointed. Dan came out within an hour on a Saturday and fixed the problem quickly. Sometimes you get lucky. Right at the start of the heat wave a couple of weeks ago our AC stopped working. The blower ran continuously but no air flow and no cooling. My wife called around and the first few places would not be able to make it over for 3-4 days, but she called Global and Dan was able to come out the same day. Like most homeowners I've been through the ringer with contractors over the years, but Dan was awesome. He found our problem quickly and explained in very clear terms what could cause the problem and what he planned to do. He had to let the ice melt overnight then came back the next morning (exactly when he said he would) to complete his troubleshooting and repair the system. Ended up being a coolant leak. You can tell just from talking with Dan that he's a smart, hard-working, no-BS kind of guy. I've already recommended him to two other people with AC problems. I'm sure he'll take good care of them. I also need to mention that Dan did not ask me to post this review, which is why I felt compelled to leave one. Good man all around. read more
