ProFlo was highly recommended by a friend and now I totally understand why. I can't say enough good things about working with them too. When it became clear that my old HVAC system was on its last legs (installed in 1999) and reached out to a few companies for information about replacing it with a heat pump, Jaime responded quickly and offered to talk to me very next day, even though it was a Saturday. He was thorough and patient, explaining all of the details in easy to understand language, and even the drawings he made were helpful. After listening to my concerns and questions, he designed a great new system for me that would do everything I needed, plus it would be WAY more efficient than my old one. Jaime put together a team that could not have been better - they were professional, pleasant, respectful, careful and genuinely nice. Very impressive. Julian, Darrin, Aldo and Fernando are top-notch technicians. The system is now installed and aside from my own learning curve on using it, I think it's awesome. ProFlo is available to answer questions and make sure to let me know they have my back. Honestly, I never loved an HVAC system before...but I now know it's never too late to start. :) Not only do I have an elegant, efficient and up-to-date system, I already know I will turn to ProFlo for ALL of my plumbing and house maintenance needs in the future. I am now a customer for life. read more

Edwin was great! I'm impressed by his friendliness and professionalism. We just got a much needed assessment and signed up for the tune up membership. He explained everything very well. We are scheduling another appointment to get our coil replaced. I'm super happy and relieved to know our hvac problems will be taken care of professionally from here on out. Thank you for the peace of mind :) read more

a few months ago I needed to replace the furnace. Called ProFlo because of past experience. They showed up when expected and finished the job in one day. The system has operated superbly since then. I was especially impresses with Graham (from Nashville). Soon I will be installing a new Master bath toilet and will probably call them for that, as well as new faucets in the Master Bath area. These are not the cheapest guys but the job they do is excellent. That said, I signed up for a yearly twice a year maintenance visit, and their office does not do a great job of following up or letting the customer know what is going on or when they would like to come out. Next maintenance should be around October. Use 'em they do a good job. Not sure about their maintenance program. read more

Returning customer. Had our second of 2 furnaces replaced with a new model. Again, just like the other furnace and other 2 AC units, I couldn't be happier with the whole process. ProFlo is the only people we trust for our heating, AC, and plumbing. The team came in, did the what they needed to do, and now we are set for a good while with heating/AC. Highly recommend read more

Trevor did a plumbing inspection and de-scaling of my tankless water heater. He was efficient, thorough and competent. He was friendly and easy to work with and answered all my questions. The company as a whole is excellent. They keep their appointments on time, and follow up their commitments. I suppose they are more expensive than a handyman, but I know I can depend on them for professional service. read more

Great service. Performed a free diagnosis of my tankless water heater issue, and I ended up also using them for my yearly maintenance. Highly recommend. read more

At this point this company doesn't have the best interest of the consumers time. They don't schedule appointments to be at a specific time and they will make you wait all day. They only put you down for that day and whenever they show up. This is a my waste of time. I don't like waiting for someone that it's going to come here for maybe 30 minutes job. They suck. So far there experience has just been terrible read more

We are extremely satisfied with their service! The response time was incredibly fast, the service was highly professional, and the consultation was done with great patience. Our air conditioning unit is over 15 years old and has been having some minor issues recently. This company was very thorough and patient in diagnosing the problems. We are truly grateful for their help! We have been thinking about replacing our old one. Lake Elsinore is too hot at summer time, we definitely need our air conditioner working great! And most importantly their gave me extremely good deal!!!! read more

David showed up on time and knew right away how to fix my issue. Professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. He made sure the issue was fixed before leaving. Asked if I needed anything else, and if I had any questions. ProFlo is an Awesome company. They care about their customers, which means a lot in today's society. As a 22 year Veteran of the Navy, I put my faith in ProFlo! Again, special shout out to David!! Thanks Buddy!I read more

My plumber was Trevor Henry. Trevor was pleasant, professional and funny too! He did a good time in one trip replacing or altering existing pipes going through plaster walls and underneath the house. Trevor also showed me the old pipes that he took back with him. He and his team also sent before and after photos. Though plumbers in this area send to charge on the high side. Proflo was the best value with great service. I highly recommend them. I also want to add that Erika was great at communicating with me, responding to questions, etc. We went back and forth many times and she always had a great attitude. read more

Great experience they were prompt and on time when they said they would be there. Also love the fact that they take care and cover their shoes and vacuum when they are done. Our AC unit has been a pain the arce to say the least. We have had several technicians out to fix our old unit. I am a firm believer of always checking Yelp reviews, and using Yelp to find a good business to service our needs. I like to keep my money local and support the local and small business folks in my community. Well today I have found the one and only Heating and Air company that I will use from here on out. Bryan the owner came to help fix our AC unit and he also provided me with some valuable information about homeowners insurance, thank you Bryan. From the time I sent the online email request, to the work being completed was less than 36 hours. Now I don't know about you, but last time we had to wait a week to get a technician out. Proflo, came, they saw, and conquered my issue. Thank you everyone who works at Proflo. You're all amazing and I will recommend you to anyone and everyone. I am looking forward to having you do our system upgrade. read more

I want to give a shout out to Erika, the dispatcher and David, the technician. I needed a second opinion on a home/HVAC inspection and Erika was awesome to work with. She listened to what I needed and immediately recommended the work order needed. She was able to get someone out quickly (2 days!!) and David, the technician was amazing at listing out the items needed to fix my problems, and included pictures since I was not able to be there during the inspection. David even called me back after he sent his report to ask if I had any questions. This company offers top notch service, and they will be my HVAC company of choice for future work! Thank you for going the extra mile in customer service. read more

Tech showed up late he looked at my AC. Said the system was low on refrigerant. We discussed that it shouldn't be low there must be a leak somewhere. The tech said it would cost $390 to test for a leak. He did some more work and came back to me and said that the condenser was leaking in the attic. We spent 15-20 minutes talking about how dirty my AC fan is and that my system is 14 years old. The tech put together an estimate for repairs. The estimate came out to $5,000 -17,000. He said he didn't do the leak test so not sure how he knew the condenser was leaking luckily he only charged me $89 for the visit. Wish I could get the $89 dollars and 4 hours of my wasted time back. My son commented "when the AC guy showed up in a white shirt that isn't dirty you know he a salesman not a tech." Got a referral from a friend AC working better than ever only cost $840. I do not recommend Pro Flow. read more

I was beyond impressed by ProFlo and the technician they sent out. I contacted them late last night and Preston was at my door by 10am the next morning. He had my water heater up and running right away. He was polite, knowledgeable, and only charged for the service call. And I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. With how much prices have gone up I have gotten used to spending an arm and a leg on everything. It was so refreshing. I felt like Preston's first priority was to make sure we were taken care of. Since we are switching out our old gas water heater for an electric heat pump water heater, I worried we would be without hot water for days while we got all the pieces in place for install. But thanks to Preston we don't have to go without hot water at all! read more

The technician (Jose) was polite, but the prices were outrageous (the prices were not determined by him)...$300 just to change the flap valve and another $349 to flush out the water tank!! He even suggested I should rebuild my toilets, which are only 3.5 years old, because they're "old." I've never encountered anything more ludicrous in my entire life. read more

We had a toilet that needed to be unclogged. Salvador was our plumbing tech. He was on time and very courteous. He got the job done and did a great job. And the whole service was very affordable! Overall excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Pro Flo. read more

ProFlo Air is amazing. We have worked with them on a couple of projects including our heat exchangers for our swimming pool. This was no small feat but they were up for the challenge. They worked side by side with my pool plumber to complete the unusual request from my husband. Now, our pool is heated whenever we turn on our AC. I recently needed a new AC unit for upstairs and ProFlo was there for me as my husband recently passed away. They were reliable and reasonable. Josh is awesome. He made sure the team looked out for me and did a great job. He even sent me flowers as I grieved the loss of my husband. Now that's going above and beyond. I would highly recommend ProFlo Air. Called PROFLO Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing. They gave me an appointment quickly, which I very much appreciated!! I had not turned on my A/C for months due to our gloomy cold whether. Long story short, whether got really hot this weekend and I needed the A/C. RICO with PROFLO came, put his shoe covers on and he got to the inspection of my unit. Within 20 minutes he got it working. He had his own latter. He changed the filter. Very happy with the service and the Rep- Rico. Would recommend this company to anyone. read more

We've used ProFlo twice now and each time have been highly pleased. Two years ago when our A/C-which was original to the house built in '87- started to fail, we were referred to Bryan and the ProFlo team. They sent a technician out to inspect and clean our system. Following day Bryan came out to give an estimate on a new system. Bryan never once pushed us, or made us feel obligated. We weren't hassled and annoyed. We knew we needed one since ours was 30+years old, but unfortunately it wasn't in our cards financially and the cleaning was enough for us to get by. Two years later, our old A/C just wasn't running quite right. Enter the ProFlo team again. Bryan paired us with Jaime for another inspection and a quote for a new unit. Our old one had definitely run its course. Jaime gave us several options for cooling our home, but with the possibility of an out of state move, he took great care of our immediate needs. Jaime was friendly, knowledgable, great with our crazy kids, and a veteran like my husband. We felt like fast friends and knew we would be taken care of and we certainly were. Less than a week later Trevor and his crew were at our home. They quickly knocked out upgrading our unit. Again, courteous and knowledgeable. To summarize, ProFlo was prompt, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Their work and professionalism exceeded our expectation. Was it expensive? Sure, it's a new A/C unit to a decent sized house and laborious work. It was worth it! It's so refreshing to be cuddled under a blanket inside while it's 90 degrees outside. Thank you ProFlo!! read more

I really appreciate PROFLO for their quick response and efficient service upon handling our plumbing issue. I was out of town for the weekend, and I had received a call from my brother telling me that the toilet was super clogged and even using the plunger wasn't working. I reached out thru Yelp for plumbing services, and ProFlo responded immediately. Erica was able to schedule a tech same day while at the same time communicating between me and my landlord. Long story short, (words from my bro) "Tech Jared was onsite, assessed the issue, and was able to remove the toilet, kept me informed as he proceeded to clear out the stoppage, throughly cleaned around the floor and carefully replaced the toilet back to its spot and cleaned up after the job." Thank you, Jared, thank you Erica, thank you, Proflo, for your excellent customer service and onsite work performance. They were up front with price quotes, no hidden fees, and I'm just completely grateful. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends. read more

Honest, fast and reliable company. ProFlo fixed our AC in the same day. No up selling either! Thank you.

well, I've been with these guys for a few years now, so I have lots of experience with them lol anyways, the owner is an awesome guy and they installed my new heat pump very professionally. they come every single time they're called within a few minutes or hours, maybe a day. Also, they let me know when I'm due for check ups because I have a very minimal monthly fee for that and I could just forget about it. I also get a discount for services because of that plan. I really can't say enough about them but I just realized I'm going to be calling them for my plumbing as well. :-) give them a call for your needs, you won't be disappointed read more

One of the only companies that actually offered to come out and write an estimate. Although it was a job that I could have done myself, I still hired them because of their communication, professionalism, and arrival on time. Both gentlemen were well dressed (yes, even for plumbers) and well educated. Handled the job quickly. They immediately emailed me a receipt via their iPad. read more

You can tell how good a company is by how they handle problems, and ProFlo came through for us with flying colors! Their technicians had done an excellent job of installing our new air conditioner, but after they left, and it had been running for a while, water started leaking through our ceiling. We were freaked and called them to come back. They returned immediately to find that it wasn't their fault at all, but the original contractor hadn't even completely sealed one of the joints in the existing drain pipe that had begun to leak. They replaced the entire drain and called their drywall contractor to see whether the ceiling needed to be replaced. He came out early the next morning and did a thorough assessment. Fortunately, the leak was minor, so we didn't need any work. Bottom line: you can trust ProFlo not only to do an excellent job, but to take good care of you if there are any problems. read more

I was having problems with my air conditioning unit, the 4 ton. It was about 15 years old and there was no salvage of that unit. Bryan, the owner of this company ended up coming to our home 2 days ago when we panicked, realizing our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days ever!! He was kind, empathetic and assured us that he would take care of us ASAP and get the part that we needed. Sure enough he came through yesterday and even though it was after hours, he was here to relieve us from the heat as promised and ended up charging us less that what he quoted!! We highly recommend this company to anyone that wants quality, reasonable prices, honest, trustworthy, personable yet professional service and with a fast turnaround!! THANK YOU BRYAN....we actually had to put on our blankets last night and Im SO ok with that! read more

This might sound over the top but it's because the service provided was over the top and far exceeded any and all expectations 110%! We found Bryan and his team off of Yelp and had them quote our AC/Heating needs. Not only did they communicate in detail and provide all data with no sales pressure, they protected our home with all the precautions you'd expect. The knowledge & service ProFlo offers cannot be compared. We had two new ac units full furnace and new intake/exhaust vents installed with high grade air ionizing purifiers, plus a full system cleaning. The price was more than fair compared to other quotes and we truly believe we received the best of the best service!
