I had Jared come out for a plumbing inspection - he was very thorough and did a great job of diagnosing a water hammer I was having. The problem was quickly resolved. They were very conscious about the house and did a great job of cleaning up. In addition, I had Rico come out for the summer HVAC inspection. He did an excellent job of reviewing my system and explaining all of the various checks he was conducting. He is very knowledgable and took the time to completely explain any issues he noticed or future items I should be concerned about. I highly recommend ProFlo as I was very happy and satisfied with their service! read more

These guys/gals are punctual and organized. I called to get a quote, and they were on-site two days later inspecting and walking me through their game plan. The technician (Jay) was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful (Threw on booties when he entered the home, cleaned up after himself during the repairs, and gave me a full rundown of the extent of work he conducted). He showed up prepared and ready to go and knocked the job out in a timely fashion. I would definitely call them back for any future plumbing issues. read more

I highly recommend Proflo. After another company came to my house 3 times & didn't fix the issues I was having with my AC unit, I called Proflo, who was very professional & helpful & Danny came out within hours. My heater went out two days ago due to a power surge and it's been super cold. I scheduled an appointment with PROFLO to have them fix my heater and get heat back in my blade. They were able to schedule a fix super fast. Rico was assigned to service my heater and fix it. He is extremely good at his job and was very thorough when inspecting my system. Within about ten minute Rico fixed my heater and gave me some great advice regarding how to handle this type of situation again if it comes up. I definitely recommend PROFLO for any heating or plumbing needs. Rico was great! read more

Our air conditioner stopped blowing air into our home. ProFlo came out and advised us that we needed a new unit. -This was without a thorough inspection... Told us the new unit would be $7,000 and that they do in house financing at 9% or... Take a gamble for a $1,600 repair that works 20% of the time. We decided to get a second opinion. Turns out all we needed was a new fan. Would never call again or recommend them. read more

Awesome Service!! Called us back immediately, got an appointment the next day, they were on time, they assessed the problem with our air conditioner, fixed it on the spot. They apparently carry parts in their work trucks. Happy with the service, happy with the price!!! Definitely recommend them! read more

I called for a inspection and quote and they provided Great service and good costumer service

They come on time and fix the problem quickly. Good service and fast work. recommend. will come back next time.

My experience with ProFlo Air was a very easy and professional. The initial scheduling was the hardest part due to my workload. They more than accommodated me. Once the appointment time came, Jared called and told me he would be there at the agreed upon time. He was actually a bit early, a plus in my book. He completed his work cleaned up, and even look at another item I just casually asked him about. I found them on yelp with a special they were running to be honest, I was waiting on the bait and switch, you know you call a company for the special, and when they get there they up sell you for some BS you don't need. Not these guys, he even told me their regular price, and also told me how much the competitors can charge. They were the lowest even the regular service. I got his card and ProFlo will be my first call if I ever need another service. read more

water leaking from my vent pipe, i called Pro Flo and they were able to come take a look and sure enough the line was clogged, they opened it up again and checked the air system to make sure everything was working ok. they were friendly and professional and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. Next time I will call them first. read more

Well here we are again, 6 years later in a new home and in need of some work on the air conditioning unit. ProFlo never lets me down! They came out, told me what there recommendation was but never made me feel pressured into buying. They laid out a few different scenarios for my particular situation and gave me pros and cons. I always appreciate there honesty and I value their input! Thanks again ProFlo! read more

During the summer in SoCal we all know how hot it can get! Watching football in your white beater and underwear, sweating your ba*ls off, especially when your AC breaks. Lemme tell you, Brian from ProFlo was fast to respond and service my unit and got my unit running in no time. Plus he has really pretty eyes to gaze into incase that's not a reason by itself to have him come out. Highly recommend! read more

I called yesterday to get my sink unclogged. They came today and had it fixed in 20 minutes! And they were so reasonable. .

CAUTION! Be very careful with this company. ProFlo came to our home to diagnose and repair a furnace that was not blowing hot air. Its diagnosis was the "furnace was blown out", "it is leaking carbon monoxide into the home" and "legally, they had to shut off the gas to the home". They provided a proposal with 3 options to replace the furnance at a cost of $7,000 to over $10,000 depending on the unit quality/specs. It didn't pass the gut/common sense test so I had two other local HVAC companies come out for 2nd/3rd opinions. Both of the subsequent companies concluded that the unit was in good condition and just needed to replace a capacitor. They both said it is extremely rare to need a new furnace. It was a $350 repair that ProFlo wanted to try to turn into a $10k repair if they could get away with it. ProFlo resorted to scare tactics with the idea of carbon monoxide leaking into the home. It was shady business and my recommendation is to avoid this company...and I am very careful about leaving negative feedback but believe we, the people, need to know/share to reward the honest companies and avoid the fraudsters. read more

Have had the pleasure of working with Bryan JR and SR on several occasions and can't rave about them enough. We have many medical issues in our home and its always stressful to have vendors coming in and out esp dealing with HVAC but these 2 (and their team) have gone above and beyond to make sure our home is kept clean, patient in answering a million and 1 questions and always being prompt and communicating all of our options. Highly recommend and will continue to use for all our HVAC needs read more

We were very happy with proflo had hired them 3 times, even have their ac maintenance program. We both have health issues and our ac went out yesterday. The best they said they could do was to come out 6 days from now. We'd be dead by then. They lost my loyalty, they had none for us. read more

I just want everybody to know what a great company for your air conditioner and heating needs. I live in Rancho Mirage, Ca, I had equipment that was over 30 years. I had many bids for new equipment and I ended up choosing Pro Flo for their honesty and caring ways. Thank you for your wonderful work Once again I called for help from a trusted company. I have used Pro Flo plumbers on three occasions. The last two occasions, I was given a timeframe of between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. At 4 pm I got a call that the plumber was running late and would be there sometime around 5pm. The first time the plumber came at 5:30 pm. I had to hold off dinner because I couldn't work in my kitchen where he was clearing a drain. It took him over an hour to clear the drain, so we had to eat dinner late. The second time the same exact thing happened except the plumber called at 4:00 and said he would be at my home at 4:30 pm. At 5:30 he still wasn't there so I called and complained. I got a call from from some guy that tries to smooth things over but all he did was say the plumber was in the area and would come over. I cancelled the service and called another company to do the job. It's inexcusable that the person that schedules these plumbers doesn't seem to have a handle on how long it takes to do certain plumbing jobs, so you're just given a time and maybe they will be there and maybe they will not. I'm afraid I can't live with that policy. read more

They just installed our 5 zone mini-split heat pump air conditioning and heating system. Although they're from Temecula, they were working in our neighborhood in Santa Monica and never made the distance an issue. They were utterly professional, adaptive and focused on problem solving. The owner Brian himself came out and oversaw the entire installation, and his entire team did an outstanding job. They were also very competitive price-wise and worked within our budget, even creatively discovering some rebates to remove our wall furnaces that drive the price down by $6k! I would hire them again anytime. Highly recommended. read more

Bryan Todd called to let me know he was running a bit late. I asked for a courtesy text when he was nearby so I could put away the dogs, and I got the text message. He read the sign by the doorbell to take shoes off, or help me clean the floor (LoL), and he went back to his truck and grabbed disposal shoe covers/booties (I guess he didn't want to help me clean the floor, LoL). He was very professional and respectful of our property. He also wore mask the whole time he was here. He quickly diagnosed the A/C issue, advised me what was needed to be done/replaced, provided me the cost, even gave me rebate discount. He was quick, it took probably 15 minutes from the time he rang the bell up to finishing the job. I was expecting to spend a lot of money for the repair but I was very happy with the final cost and how quickly Bryan took care of the issue. And they provide 1yr warranty on labor and materials. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Bryan. You were great!! :) read more

ProFlo - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Temecula, California

Let me tell ya, this company is awesome. Owned and operated by Bryan Todd senior and his adult son Bryan Jr., along with a total crew of 25 people or so, they are a very competent crew. I had one of my A/C systems replaced by them 2 weeks ago and when a problem arose needing a slight re-do, the owner and son themselves came out ON THE 4TH OF JULY to fix it up and make sure we were happy. This is my kind of people. My wife and family and I will be customers for life !! read more

I wanted to take a few minutes and tell you about my experience with ProFlo. I needed to change out our AC units since they were 20 years old. They wouldn't cool the house and consumed way too much electricity. I went on Yelp and requested 5 contractors to come out and give me a quote for a replacement. I had the following issues that needed to be addressed. 1. Instead of 2 condensing units I wanted 1 that would power two air handlers. 2. Energy efficient. 3. Fix the heat problem on the south side of the house, both upstairs and downstairs. During the few weeks of quoting I had a chance to learn about the different AC manufacturers. One of the contractors suggest Daikin VRV system, this unit was amazing! From the documents and videos the reps showed me I learned that I could have a single condensing unit and 2 separate air handlers. After I met with 4 contractors I had the pleasure of meeting Jamie from ProFlo, Jamie came out took notes, came up with a plan to address all my concerns. We decided to go with ProFlo because of the price, the attention to detail and positive reviews. The Installation went without a hitch, ProFlo must have had 10 technicians at the house, everyone had a specific task to accomplish. The team did a very good job installing the condensing unit, the two air handlers, all new registers, two additional return ducts on top of the two that already came with the house. I will continue to call on ProFlo for all my AC needs. I highly recommend them for repairs and new unit installs. I also recommend asking about the Daikin VRV system, the condescending unit is super quiet its rated less than 60db if I'm not mistaken. In addition to being versatile, quiet and energy efficient the unit is very flexible, you can connect up to 9 air handlers / cassette / wall mounted units. Call ProFlo and ask for Jamie! read more

Proflo made the process so simple & beyond exceeded expectations! The customer service is outstanding from their flexibility when scheduling appointments to the kind & knowledge technicians that come out! They took care of all our needs. I was even impressed that they are so courteous to wear shoe covers when entering your property! It is definitely the attention to detail that makes a difference when using a family owned company. I am so grateful to Proflo! There is so much involved with closing escrow, it was such a relief to have found a company I can trust for heating/ac and plumbing! Will definitely recommend to family and friends! read more

Our air conditioner was just not getting the job done! I called ProFlo yesterday. Isaac & Julio arrived before 11 today! They were AMAZING! I had an unfortunate accident the other day where my coil on my AC got punctured around 5 PM. The owner himself came out within the hour with nothing but the best customer service and skills and was able to temporarily fix my AC. The entire company has been great (now the second time I've used them, the first because the capacitor went out) and I plan on sticking with them for any future needs. I never leave reviews but this company truly deserves it, 10/10 in my book read more

Second time using this company and wouldn't go with anyone else for any future needs. First time I used this company was in the winter when my heater stopped working. The tech that arrived was extremely friendly and professional. Turned out one of the little cables had wiggled loose and just needed to be reconnected. Honest and upfront about getting it working again. Today they came out because my A/C wasn't working. They replaced the broken part and cleaned it completely for us. House is perfectly cooled now. Extremely friendly, professional, and HONEST employees. And very reasonable pricing, especially for such great service. read more

Called ProFlo for a 2nd opinion on my Air Conditioner after being told by an other company that I NEEDED to spend $16,000.00 to replace it!!! Our technician was Mateo and he was great! He told us the other companies diagnostic wasn't entirely wrong but repairing it was definitely an option. However we decided against the option to dump over $1,000.00 on a 16 year old system and we are having a new system and ducts put in later this week! Thank you ProFlo for being so honest and quick and thank you to Mateo for being transparent about our options and bringing us a portable A/C to keep us cool in the meantime :) Look no further! This is the company to call!! read more

I recently had my air conditioning serviced by this company and ended up getting a new unit because it was on its last legs (it had been having issues for a couple years). Jamie Trammell came out and gave me great customer service with a quote, full explanation of the work that would be performed and then came by while my new air conditioning and heating system was being installed to make sure things were going well. Unfortunately I do not remember the names of the 2 people who were installing the units but they were very professional and did an excellent job. I plan on having them service my units annually and also use them to clean my ducts and other work. read more

I have hired Proflo AC for both Ac work and Plumbing. I have been significantly impressed with both the quality of work and the of course the price. They are not too cheap, not too expensive. Fair pricing. The quality of work on the other hand is top notch. Most recently, Josh and his team came out to install a mini split. They were on time, communicated well, and most of all the installation went off without a hitch from start to finish. As a local business owner, I highly highly recommend giving these guys a call. I have had work done by other local companies in the past, to say I was not satisfied is an understatement, thankfully I have found my new AC and plumbing guys! Next Im having them do a bunch of work on my house. Don't just think about it, hire them. read more

I am a very handy person but I know my limitations. One of those being A/C problems. I called ProFlo and they told me they would come out the next day. Bryan showed up and was very direct about answering my questions and concerns. My unit was very old and i figured it could just be filled with refrigerant. He tried to add a sealer and the problem persisted. At that point, we began to discuss options. One of those being a complete new unit. Bryan was not pushy or money hungry. He honestly wanted us to have a working unit. I opted for the new unit. The price was fair considering what I was getting. Plus they can do financing. The most impressive part was the young men that came to install it. They were in their early 20's and just complete professionals. Truly a reflection of whoever took them under their wing. I wish there were more young people interested in learning these trades. I enthusiastically recommend ProFlo. My whole family is super happy. read more
