Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. When the gentleman showed up at my door he was on time within the time frame, very professional and was extremely kind to my dog which I was going to lock up to give him room to work but he had his own dogs so he was very friendly with my pup. He then checked the sink and immediately knew he had to snake it so he got his tools from his truck and ran the hot water + snake at the same time and ran the entire length all the way to the street just to make sure it all got cleared and voila! It was cleared and when he pulled out it he showed me there was dried up grease clogging up the pipe at the very end which a little bit came back out when he pulled the snake out. Overall my experience was extremely professional and extremely kind. I cannot possibly expect a better service from any company. I am very happy with the service I received!!
