We needed a new water heater for our home. The old one had a pilot light that activated but would not stay on so Anthony gave us different options. My wife and I got three other quotes but were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. The other quotes felt pressured and wanted answers right away. After I did the initial calls, my wife took over and was in regular communication. We called him in the morning and he was able to replace the system by the end of the day. In fact, he noticed a number of things that were done incorrectly by the previous installer and fixed them no problem. He also has multiple plans available for consideration. His company was the quickest to come out and the most competitive in terms of pricing. Definitely recommend! read more

What can I say about Hermes Plumbing? We just moved into our new home and needed our Washer and Dryer hooked up. Called the Gas Company for the dryer, they took care of the gas part but wouldn't touch the steamer hose. Called a number of big box stores like Lowe's and Home Depot and they didn't do it without a new purchase, called a plumber from Angi and a local plumber, the cost was astronomical. Then I Yelped Hermes and explained my dilemma and the very next day at the time they said they'd be there, they were at my home and resolved our issue expediently! He told me from what he saw from the pics I sent him, it was just a few minute job and they couldn't see charging us for the work. He said he'd be there at 9:30 and he was! If you're like me, once I find an honest and excellent service company, you stick with them. I would most definitely say to anyone looking for a professional run, honest and customer oriented company you can't go wrong with Hermes! read more
