Our mother's home was experiencing a toilet that had water running continuously. Our friend highly recommended QSP so we called Quality Service Plumbing and spoke with Andrew. He was very sincere and understanding to our situation and after reviewing our pictures of the toilet he provided an estimate for either a repair or replacement of the toilet. Due to his experience and knowledge of people and Plumbing he recommended the installation of an ADA toilet that would better suit the needs of our mother. His service was prompt, reasonably priced and our mother was extremely impressed with Andrew's courtesy and professional attitude. He finished the installation in 90 minutes and provided frequent updates throughout. He was kind enough to provide a recommendation for further work that would preserve the Plumbing of the house. We highly recommend QSP to anyone in need of Plumbing work around your home or business. read more

So I just got my house and realized that I needed to get a pressure regulator for the house as it didn't have one installed. I was concerned about this because not having one can cause some issues with your piping in the home. So after looking and asking around I came across this company through my coworker. It was his brother that started his own business. After meeting with him and looking at what I needed, he was very professional and respectful the whole time. He knew what I needed and he was able to quote me a price that was well within my budget for the job. I was really impressed with the work and he was able to get it done. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs with reasonable pricing. Ask for Andrew and he will take care of you. Thanks again. read more

Great service and great communications. Elias was quick to reply to my yelp quote requests the same night. Other companies had to wait until the next business day (normal business) hours. These days you better be quick and ready for service otherwise as they say "the earlybird gets the worm" and sure enough they won my business. I had a water leak and needed my spigot and water pressure regulator replaced. They came the next and did a clean job. They price was fair. Thanks Guys! read more

I needed a repipe on a rental home I own in Chino Hills. Job included removing old galvanized pipe and replacing with pex and copper for bath, kitchen and water heater/washer dryer in detached garage. Andrew was responsive with communication in the quote process and during the job. Due to rain at the property, the job took 2 full days instead of the one estimated but the Quality crew seemed to be more about quality of work than speed. Andrew even replaced a shower valve that was clogged up at no extra charge because he was concerned everything would work properly when completed. Cost on a large project was important and Quality Service Plumbing was one of the lower quotes, but his good communication to go over all the details and adjust quote as needed sold me on this company. Time will tell but as I watched the work over 2 days, I was impressed with the attention to detail and thorough work. I would recommend Quality for any large or small plumbing job you need. read more

A++++ service. Andrew came to our home after discovering we had a leak at our home's main shut off. After contacting Andrew he arrived as scheduled and was able to diagnose what was needed to be done! Turns out we needed to replace our main line from the house to the street which meant digging up our yard. And because this job was a big one he called in reinforcements to help him out. His coworkers arrived promptly. Even though he accidentally cut one of our irrigation lines (sprinklers), he replaced the line free of charge. Andrew even took his duties above and beyond by inspecting our pipes under the house to make sure there weren't any other leaks. Turns out our home has newer copper piping! Thank goodness (considering our home is an older home)! Andrew was able to complete the job the very next day! If you're looking for prompt, friendly, knowledgeable plumbing services, look no further! read more

Andrew came out and was very punctual, which I didn't expect since I've always been given a 3 hour window. Andrew said 8am and he was here a few minutes early. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed it in a timely manner. The quality of his work is top notch and prices are fair. I highly recommend him and will be a returning customer. It's been a tough year at our residence. We felt a strange smell coming from our tub and water would creep up. We called several companies, but nobody was answering to come out. Sunday is the only day we're able to do things around the house since both my wife and I work. Our neighbor recommended Ronnie at Quality Service. He did answer, and came out to our house. We were most impressed by his positive attitude and contagious energy. He quickly ran a camera through the drain, diagnosed it, cleared it and gave us advice on keeping our drains healthy. Again, we were impressed. read more

Quality Service was the 1st one responded to me when I was looking to fix toilet bowl leakage due to aging wax ring. Both Eli and Andrew were very professional and showed up on time as promised and in a timely manner. And the most important thing was they kept things very clean after the repair was completed. I highly recommend if you are looking to fix not just the toilet, also no doubt that they would do a great job at plumbing and gas services. read more
