Looks like one of the nuts was loose/maybe a small crack.... They also gave the reasons as to why and what they're doing. Pretty good. Quick and easy. Didn't do a repipe.... We hired this company in 2022 for plumbing work on our 1950's home. They left my house in a mess, removing items and clothing from closets and cabinets without cleaning up after themselves, and leaving large, unpatched holes all around my home. I posted a one-star review then and was in communication with the owner, Tony. He offered to send one of his employees out to patch the holes and offered a monetary refund if I removed the review. I agreed. The employee did a HORRIBLE job patching the holes, but I was so tired of the process that I just let it go. I just wanted to enjoy my new home. Cut to four years later. In preparation to move, I decided to fix the awful patch job that Dependable Rooter & Plumbing had done. Lo and behold, I found TOILET PAPER stuffed in the walls of my home in all of the patched holes! The holes were filled with toilet paper and patched over with globs of compound. I could not believe my eyes. How can a professional company behave this way? I just don't understand. Tony, I know you read these reviews and you ought to be ashamed! Do NOT work with this company.
