These folks know what they're doing! I've had 2 handy men and 2 plumbers come in and assess issues I had with low water pressure throughout the house and a water line that was not pushing water thru to the refrigerator (when it was previously doing so). I also had an issue with a shower that no longer put out hot water. They offer a complimentary assessment visit. The plumber, Nolan, came in and quickly had solutions for the problems that multiple people came and couldn't figure out out or were charging us thousands of dollars to repair. Another popular plumbing company mentioned some major repairs that were going to cost me approximately $4k!! After Nolan walked the house, he mentioned simple solutions that would cost just their regular service fee of $165. I asked him what warranty we'd have if he started the work and it didn't resolve the issue. He was so confident that his interventions would fix my problems. He was right!! His knowledge and experience was remarkable. The issue with the water line to the fridge was a simple flip of a switch. The heat in the shower was back with just a flick of a piece in the shower handle. He assessed the water pressure in one of the showers and made a recommendation to change a cartridge at a later time with an approximate cost of $400. I was mind blown at his ability to diagnose our issues, resolve the problems and the cost efficiency that he was able to provide. I used the service in the past so called the company to fix my kitchen sink that was clogged. He informed me the prices had increased to $189 for snaking and that if grease was found there was no guarantee. They came promptly but got clogged again within 4 days!. Very disappointing. My advice is that don't waste your money and do the hydro jetting if they find grease because you will end up paying much more. I just that can't believe it went up to $575 now. Update: responding to your message. You were right on no warranty. My dad doesn't speak English and signed the papers. I wish the technician would have communicated w me his findings and would recommend the hydrojetting at that moment. I was hoping that given that job only worked 4 days that you could honor the amount I paid for hydrojetting cost. You offered 50% that was nice of you. But when I mentioned respectfully about putting a review you got so mad that threatened me with suing me for defamation. You said that you were recording the conversation that BTW it's illegal in CA to record a conversation without consent of all parties. But bottom line is my review is about the facts and advising people about hydrojetting so they don't have to spend so much money for both. Discovered on a Sunday night that I had a leak in the main water line that feeds the house, and that it likely had been leaking for a long while. My goal was obviously to get it fixed ASAP. I contacted Renowned Plumbing through their website first thing Monday morning. I got a text back almost immediately telling me they'll get me scheduled right away. By 10:00 a.m., Joey was at my house ready to help fix my problem. It didn't take too long for him to find the leak and provide me with a fair price to make the repair. The young man that came out was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his job. He handled his equipment in an excellent manner. Our main sewer line is functioning again. He used his camera apparatus to look from the house to the city sewer. He found breaks in a few places. But it is the original plumbing from 1965 when the house was built. I had a main water leak in my lawn. Lorenzo came out promptly to give me an estimate. I had a total of 5 contractors give me a quote, with exactly the same material and process to complete the work. Renowned offered me the best quote and warranty on labor and materials. This type of work is labor intensive but Lorenzo, Danny, & Joey(field supervisor) were completely professional and just seem to gel well together. Another thing "NO" butt cracks were exposed. They completed the work thoroughly and was meticulous in doing the job right from the get go. Hello everybody, including the people at Renowned Plumbing & Rooter I was not going to write a but I thought about it and I thought about it and I slept on it. You people came over to my mobile home. Joshua arrived. He was very nice. He was very friendly and I told him what I needed repaired in my home. The main reason was the garbage disposal the kitchen faucet where the garbage disposal is had come loose needed to be tightened. I don't know if it needed to be tightened by screws or some kind of adhesive. I'm not a plumber and I also needed the sink in the bathroom. It was draining very slow to be worked on so the first price Joshua gave me he said $800. And I said that's a lot of money then he said how much you're willing to pay and I said I had an idea of about $600 and he came back with. $700 and I said does that include the cost of the garbage disposal because he said I needed a new garbage disposal and he said no so I agreed yes I did. I did agree. I will take the blame for just not allowing them to do the job and asking them to leave because I'm busy I work so I went over to Lowe's myself and I bought the garbage disposal it came about about $150 because the gentleman said I needed a cord that cost $17 so I came home. I dropped the garbage disposal off and the cord to Joshua and he said yes I did need the cord. And I left. I came back about two hours later and Joshua said all the work was done and I paid Joshua $721 so the total cost cost me $871 so I thought about it I slept on it and I was not going to write a review but when I woke up I googled how much does an aircraft mechanic make that works on commercial jets that fly in the sky and if they crash hundreds of people could die and they make between 35 and $42 an hour now remember Joshua worked about two hours so he was making $350 an hour labor because that's what he charged me $700 the $21 was for the credit card fee I believe so in my mind Joshua said he needed to replace other things around the garbage disposal so what did he need? Some screws? Maybe another rubber hose or whatever a washer remember I'm not a plumber any tighten up the sink and even if he had to snake the bathroom sink. He was here already and he's a plumber and he has all those parts on his truck so what did he spend $50 on screws a rubber hose a washer so we still made over $300 an hour labor so I paid it because I don't have time to wait for another plumber. Go through all this shit again. my time is valuable and I know Joshua's time istoo, but how they come up with this price is beyond me so this is to anybody that thinks about using their service you might want to really think about what they're charging you I think I got ripped off for the amount of money they for labor. Yes I do 100% do I think that Joshua was dishonest? Yes I do 100% but remember that that's just what I think and that's why we have these places to leave reviews. There's nothing I can do. I don't want any money back from them. It's fixed. I hope I at least get a couple years of usage out of the garbage disposal and no more problems with the faucet for a couple of years. And the bathroom sink that I assumed he snaked so this is to the general public. If you read my review, just use your good judgment if you do. People come over to your home and do some work.!!!! because I did not because I am busy and I needed it done and it's over with ..... I am responding to the response that I got from the manager. I am not mad at you people at all. I'm mad at myself when Joshua told me the price I should've said no thank you it's my fault. I'm not at all angry but remember I am entitled to my opinion and even though Joshua was very nice he is dishonest and that's my fault. You all have a nice day and be safe. You know that feeling when you finish a long day and are so sweaty that you just want to take a warm shower to clean off all the sweat and dirt? I know it too. On one particular Saturday that happened to also be Halloween, I had this same feeling. I needed a warm shower but when I jumped in, the water made me scream because it wasn't hot or even warm. No, my friends, this water was freezing cold! So I waited a few minutes, shivering with goosebumps. I could have waited an eternity, but that water was not getting any warmer.
