I called Eddie for a hydrojetting after someone else had unsuccessfully attempted to snake my main…read moresewer line. Eddie was at my house in a couple hours. With his camera, he revealed a bunch of rocks and dirt in my main sewer line. Eddie and his brothers Pablo and Pedro opened up some concrete in front of my house and pulled all the rocks and dirt out of the line then shot a liner through to create a new pipe. They also installed a new 2 way cleanout in front of my house so I no longer had to use the old cleanout attached to the house. I have a decorative driveway and walkway and the brothers were very creative in minimizing damage to the decorative features. They had to do 2 excavations and kept the demolition to a minimum, even though it made it harder to access the pipe. I ended up paying 9k for them to excavate, remove damaged sections of pipe, remove rocks/dirt in the pipe, install a new cleanout, install 50' of new pipe liner, patch up the concrete, and then hydrojet all the house cleanouts at the end. The brothers were all very courteous and respectful and I'm glad I went with a family run company with little overhead.

I ended up having him put in a cleanout that he completed by the next morning. Turns out, I had a collapsed pipe under my slab. Booby showed me the video of it and got me a quote right away to address it. I felt the estimate was very fair and they even credited the clearing of the pipe and the addition of the cleanout against the major repair under my slab. He was back the next morning with a team of guys who fixed the issue within 2 days. They kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Bobby is in fact the nephew of the owner, Juan, who came out multiple times during the repair to ensure everything was going smooth. The owner even helped in cleaning the debris at the end of the job and took debris he wasn't even responsible for to the dump for me. But for the low price of 20K but they could cut us a deal and do it for 17k..he could have us back up and running.. pass,,, We called a friend who actually did some diagnosis and come to find out the evaporator was NOT clogged and the bearings were fine. Plus the air filter was dirty and all it was to blame was a contactor relay in the AC condenser which only cost us $30 plus a from Amazon. plus a new Filter for about $20 and we were up and running. I get business is slow but but to deliberately make a false claim it is shameful.

Shane answered my emergency call immediately and came to us in our time of need. Our sewer line was completely collapsed and we couldn't even use any water in our house. Shane started the assessment on the repair and we gave him the go ahead. He handled our house repair fast and was very informative on what he was doing. I've been having drain issues for years using multiple different plumbing company's to mo avail. So I have Read Head Rooter a shot. His response time was was In the window that he gave me. He was super informative the entire time. Long story short His camera discovered that I had a severe tree root problem in my main drain in the yard.
