Jay Indeck and his team Tony and Zander are great to work with. I have a 1920's house that had a mish-mash of old plumbing that was starting to fail. I called three different plumbers that were all highly rated, but Jay was the only one who gave me a very clean and simple plan to fix the various problems when he came out for an estimate. He gave me a very fair estimate, and I scheduled the work, which needed to take place in two stages due to a planned kitchen remodel. At the start of the job, Jay scoped everything out with his team, and talked it over with me to decide what would be done in the first phase and then the second phase. Tony and Zander then proceeded to replace all my old metal waste lines, replace a toilet, plumbing for a new bathroom sink, new ice maker connection, as well as re-pipe my water lines in the kitchen and bathroom. They installed temporary lines until I could complete the demolition of the kitchen, which was a month away. Four weeks later, right on schedule, Tony and Zander came back to finish the second phase. Tony took the time to re-design the kitchen waste line to add a new clean out and make it bulletproof for the future. I am a hard-core DIYer and have done a lot of work on the house myself. I definitely feel like Jay, Tony and Zander are partners in my project. I am hiring them again to hook up all the sinks once the cabinets are installed. Rude and unprofessional technician installed a water heater in the condominium above in West Covina Wednesday Sept 22. Draining the old unit via ther patio, the hose dumped the water directly onto my bannister & patio. I shouted at the tech who finally lowered the hose to the ground. Never replied and I shouted up for the tech to clean up the mess but of course they never said a word and left without cleaning up or even an apology. Had a hot water pipe leak in our slab and before going with Jay I received three other estimates. Jay had the best price and provided outstanding service. His workers, Tony and Angel, located the leak in the slab by doing various tests (instead of just guessing or feeling for a hot spot). Tony went into detail about how they were able to confirm the location of the leak and as well as detailing the process of how they would reroute the pipe to fix the problem without tearing up my floors. They were able to reroute the affected line in a few hours. You can tell these guys do quality work and don't cut corners. On time, economical, neat, honest, takes credit cards. Having had the central line "fixed" once before, I had an idea of how difficult my builder had made it to fix. Nope! Luckily, Jay gave me clear instructions on determining the rough in size for the toilets. Also, luckily, my Home Depot stocked the 10" size I needed for one. Jay came out while I was at work to see the central line repair. The quote seemed more than reasonable. Two hours later and the 2 guys had completely replaced it and installed the 2 new toilets I bought. They took all the toilets, debris, and packaging with them. The office called for my credit card info later. The cost was slightly more than half of the previous central line "repair" alone. My highest recommendations for this company! read more
