I am satisfied with their service and recommend all of you. 1: The reception's response is quick and eligible. 2: David's detection of the leak was accurate among the three companies I got estimates. One didn't check the bathroom even though water was leaking from the bathroom into the kitchen ceiling. He wanted to open the ceiling to check the drain pipe. But the leak came from the shower pipe. What a bad plumber he was!!! Another one didn't notice the broken part until I pointed it out. David was the only one who detected my shower room leaking correctly. 3: I complained about the low water pressure later, and the company quickly assisted. David fixed it perfectly. 3/22/19 update and I owe this to Gary. So this has been approx 1.5yrs after my installation of the 3 Toto toilets by plumbers connection. Shortly after the installation I have notice some algae coming from my master bathroom (the others very minor) and I have reached out to Toto and they saw it's not the toilet problem and I reached out to Plumbers connection early 2019 seeking help since it's pretty bad. While it was out of the 30day labor warranty and the fact that it's a real mystery as to why it only happened after the new installation and only concentrate on the master bathroom, Gary still decided to drop by and take a look. Guess you can call it my luck and the SUPERB customer service! Anyways Gary couldnt find out whats really causing it and deduce it back as the water supply. But this only happening after the installation did not really give me much persuasion. Gary then suggested he can do something with the toilet placement and we agreed. Shortly after he left he told me he thought of another idea that may help. Long storyy short, the workaround he did worked and algae is gone...now I gotta figure out the cause ..is it really Chino hills water? Why only one toilet? Either way, for Gary to go as far as he did to gett us this far deserves a renewal of 5 star Thank you! read more

I want to thank Plumbers Connection for being amazingly, incredibly responsive and helpful recently. Our water heater, which also runs our home heat, had gone out during a cold spell. They were able to fit us in the next morning on a very short-notice basis even though they were booked up until about five days out. (We're repeat customers and *very* much appreciated the active commitment to retain our business.). Not only that, but when it turned out that the burner was damaged, they called around until they found the part and *went and got it from about 20 miles away* so we had heat and hot water back that day - instead of having to wait however long it might have been for a part to be shipped. My 2 year old decided to flush his underwear down the toilet for no reason. I called Plumbers Connection for help. David showed up right in the middle of the appointment window. Our water heater went out, most inconveniently on a Friday evening, so I called several plumbers hoping to find one that would be able to come on Saturday, and Gary was the man! He provided me with different options to resolve my problem, and he was fair and honest. I truly appreciated that Junior was not trying to upsell me at all, just provide me with the facts and allow me to make a decision. He even told me how to fix the problem myself so I could save some money, but I decided to have Junior fix the issue since I am not a plumbing expert. So I was getting quotes from other Plumbers for a different job, when we discovered a new problem ( kitchen drain leak under house ). The quotes I was getting where high. Even though we lived outside of their service area, Gary was at our house within 24 hours of my first phone call with him at no extra charge. He fixed the problem with the water heater and had a very friendly, yet professional manner about him. He stuck with the original price that he quoted and was happy to do it. I called several plumbing companies given to me by the manufacturer. The ones that I spoke with were either unreasonably expensive for labor and/or had bad reviews or no reviews on Angie's List as well as failing grades or no grades with The Better Business Bureau. I found The Plumbers Connection through Angie's List. This was the only plumber in my area that had an A+ grade with the BBB, as well as all good reviews and no bad reviews on Angie's List. So I called them right away and spoke with their receptionist. Gary (owner & operator) called me back within an hour and from the first conversation with him, I could tell he was different from the all the other plumbers I had already spoken with. He was so much nicer to talk with and he treated me like a person instead of just another job, yet he was still very professional. I immediately felt more trusting of him than I did with any of the other plumbers. He also quoted a much lower fee for labor than any of the other plumbers. (Only the parts were still under warranty.) Gary was able to get the parts that were needed for our specific water heater by the next day. When he discovered that we were located outside of his regular service area due to a miss-communication on my part, he still agreed to come out and take care of us and our water heater. I will not forget that he was willing to do that - that was so awesome!!!! He literally went the extra mile. When he arrived at our house in a specialized plumbers vehicle, his appearance was very clean and professional looking and he carried that through in his work and his interactions with us. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with him. Before he even arrived, he already knew what the problem was with our water heater and what parts he would need. He did exactly what was needed to fix our water heater, and no more and no less. He did not change the price once he arrived or charge us extra for having to come a further distance, he did not tell us that there were other things wrong with the water heater that would be an additional cost to fix, and he did not add any hidden fees that I was not told about when he first spoke to me on the phone. I've had decent luck with them in the past, but they recently came to fix leak and a loose faucet in my kitchen. I thought it simply needed tightening, however they replaced the faucet at great expense but the leak continued and the water pressure went way down. So, I called them back out and after they didn't return my calls for awhile, they finally sent the same guy out (who acted like he didn't know what he was doing). He put some caulking on the backsplash and said to let it dry. It never did dry so now I'm having to call another company because I'm so sick of the run around. Oh.....btw, the initial problem of a loose faucet is back again.....the new one is flopping all over the place so I'm right back where I started from, minus a few hundred dollars!! I would give Jovanny and Fernando 10 stars if I could! I live in an apartment upstairs from a business in a very old building and always have an issue with plumbing (and plumbers!) Work always has to be done by a commercial plumber after hours because of the business downstairs. The guys showed up around 8pm, EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and optimistic about solving all the problems, and by 9:30 were gone with all 3 issues fixed and everything working better than ever. My experience was great! Richard was able to fit me in their busy schedule to help out with a pipe that was leaking in my kitchen under the slab.
