The owner is always very professional with me. The staff that he sent to my house is always top-notch. I've had to have three different plumbing jobs done in my house, including a water heater, a garbage disposal, and a broken water pipe. These guys could've really ripped me off on the garbage disposal. They did not. They simply got it unstuck and really did not charge me that much for doing it. I am grateful for the quality service. Their prices are fair. They are not the cheapest plumber in town. They guaranteed when they do work on your home or business. You will not regret it. I can't recommend these guys enough. They are fabulous if I could give them a one to 10 scale instead of a one to five they would have a 10 in my book. You won't go wrong hiring these guys for your next job. read more

They finished my job today - a day early and under budget! Highly recommend this team of absolute professionals. This was a big job - my old plumbing deteriorated and needed a new line from one end of the house to the other. Mike 's experience is an incredible asset - he walked me through every option. His crew is comprised of polite, knowledgeable professionals who jackhammered through my concrete slab in multiple rooms and left my house clean and put together. They've done several homes in our neighborhood- all with happy owners and outcomes. You will not be disappointed in their high level of service. read more

I called and left a message and got a return call quickly. They said they would come out at the end of the day or the following morning. They did come out the following morning and took care of my toilet and kept everything neat. caulking around the toilet. Could've been a little bit neater but other than that I would recommend this company. I will be calling them out again read more

Wow! I contacted the business at 420 pm on a Friday thinking it probably wouldn't be addressed until next week. It wasn't an emergency. The owner sent a representative within a half hour. He took a look at sink leak and said he could fix it this evening. Best part is the price is so reasonable! It's Friday evening at 5:21 PM. The best service we have had for any house repairs ever! We have had several contractors in our home and this company blows them all away! Lary was so cool and friendly and respectful! An asset to the company! We would rather call Punk Rock than our home warranty company! Less stress! Thank you Mikey and Lary! read more

I see 3 false reviews here on yelp claiming Jacob Bracken works for this company which are all lies. Jacob owns his own buisness. Not affiliated with Punk Rock Plumbing. I love these guys!! I called Mike (owner) left a message and figured it would be days before I got a call back....He called me back THAT SAME DAY!!! He showed up EARLY at 8:30 a.m. and was finished by 10:30 a.m. Jeff was AWESOME, he explained how, what & why on everything he was doing, and got my approval before he did anything that turned out to be extra, he was polite, well groomed, knowledgeable, cleaned up all the mess! Could not have appreciated Punk Rock Plumbing any more than I did when job was done. If you need plumbing done, don't look at any other company!! They have done right by me!! Called Dave and he responded the next morning to replace a shower valve cartridge. No estimate was offered or given and the finished price was $350.00. We have used them before and their prices were fair, but this price is outrageous to replace a $30.00 shower cartridge and 15 minutes worth of work. Won't be calling them back . . . read more

5-star service persisting throughout the years! Punk Rock Plumbing not only resolved an emergency clog caused by tree roots for us, but they also set us up for preventative maintenance. Additionally, they updated and replaced our air conditioner with increased intake and ducting repair. The team was able to help us with this just in time to help us stay comfortable for the summer. This company was referred to me by my son in laws uncle. At the beginning of November we had water in our downstairs bathroom. We called this company and Jeff came out. He told me we had a slab leak and we needed a reroute. I had no choice but to get this fixed. He did the reroute for $2,750.00 and than told me we needed a ball valve pressure regulator, that was another $650.00. After the work was completed and he left, we checked all the bathrooms to see how the water was working. We found that our upstairs bathtub had no water coming out. I called Jeff and he came right back to check it. He said the we needed a Pressure Balance Cartridge and wanted another $350.00. Mind you this bathroom was working just fine before the reroute. I told him no, I felt like he was nickel and diming me. I found the part at Home Depot for $26.00, I purchased it and called another plumber out to fix it. After replacing the part we still had no water coming out. The new plumber said that I should call the previous plumber out to check it since that was not the problem and the reroute had a leak. That cost me $150.00 for that visit. I called the owner of the Punk Rock and they never called me back, they had Jeff call me. I told Jeff what happened and he came out, he fixed the leak, however he said we needed another reroute from our laundry room to our water heater. He wanted to charge me another $950.00 , I told him no that I needed a to get a second opinion. He said fine, than he asked me if he did it for $750.00 would I do it. I told him yes. He started the process and than asked me if I could wait until January 6th due to the fact he was leaving out of town and had a big job waiting for him when he got back, he would charge me $650.00. I reached out to him today and he asked me to refresh his memory. I started to tell him and he said oh yeah I remember but I now have to charge you $950.00. I said what, you said $650.00. he said yeah I know but everything has tripled and I have to charge you $950.00. I told him he was crazy and I would call the owner. He said go ahead and call him. I left a message for the owner and waiting to hear back. Do Not Use this company, they are a JOKE. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. PLEASE DO YOURSEFL A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER....... read more

Called and talked to owner Mike - unbelievably knowledgeable and willing to explain what the problem most likely was. He gave me some price quotes on the type of work I needed (whether it was a re-route of my main water line or some epoxy filling to repair the leak). Even though I went with a different company to complete my job, he is an up-standing guy and wish his company was located closer to my home so he could have done the work. THANKS MIKE!!! read more
