Sunday morning we woke up to a huge puddle in our garage coming from our hot water heater. Normally we call our plumber Bob D'Agostino, but this time Bob had prior engagements (understandably on a Sunday). We were referred to Meza Plumbing. Meza Plumbing came out same day and had a new top of line hot water heater installed at a great price! Come to find out 3 of us in the cul-de-sac had water line issues in the same week. So they checked our water pressure gage and noticed it was really high! 140 to be exact when it should be 50-80. So they came out the next day to install a new one, but noticed all it needed was adjusting and charged us a small fee. They also quickly fixed our leaky hose. 10 STARS!!!! I called Meza Plumbing last year for a cracked leaking water filter and they came prompt and helped me out. So nice and professional. Fast forward a year later and my WATER HEATER EXCHANGE mechanism in the tankless system breaks and I have no hot water! The company (Rheem) says I have to replace the ENTIRE thing because they don't have replacement parts. Thankfully the water heater was under warranty. Garbage customer service by the way. I once again call Diego and his dad and they come and go far beyond the job description. Right from the get go they say they don't normally work with this brand of water heaters because of the lack of service parts for the design, but they were still willing to help me out. They disconnect the entire unit and come with me to the Riverside factory where they can do the exchange for a new water heater because the place would not do the exchange with me because I was a private person and did not have a contractor's license. So Diego and his dad go and get the exchange on my behalf and get the unit. We go back to my house and they install It no problem. All I can say is there was a lot of moving parts and frustrating things that happened in order to get a new tankless water heater and install it. Not to mention it was pouring rain when all this occurred. Diego and his dad were patient with all hoops that had to be jumped and really helped a guy out when they could have easily said this job is too much for what is needed to happen. Especially with a brand they normally don't work with. Their help was truly appreciated and they definitely have a customer for life. read more

I picked Meza plumbing because they were local to my home and I saw they had good reviews, but they actually do not provide good customer service. (I could have gone with any company on Yelp. Cheaper too. ) I called the previous day before to ask for help with clogged toilet and set an appointment time for anywhere between 8am to 9am. They told me thst would be fine. So by 8am the next day I get no call. At 9am no call or show. A few minutes after 9am do I get text from Ivan that he will be late. WELL no duh! So he arrived at 9:40am did a quick auger of my toilet and still charged me $125.00 not even offering a discount for arriving late. I will be late for my job now because of Meza plumbing. read more

Last week our water pressure was so low and there was a leakage in one of our toilets. we called Meza plumbing and they were prompt and fast. Because this is an older house the water lines were worn out. We have agreed to let them replace all our water lines in all the connecting tubes in the house. They replaced it with copper and they put a new faucet in one of the bathrooms. We also let them replace our 3 toilet seats. they are very professional. For sure I'll hire them again. read more
