Eric from RE plumbing saved the day for us! Upon us visiting my uncle who is in bed dying of cancer, we came and found his kitchen sink was severely plugged up. We called Eric and not only did he happen to be on his way out of town for the 4th of July, he came in his personal work truck, happened to have a snake, and cleared our main in about 20-30 minutes! We are so greatful for the fast help and would highly recommend this company!! read more

My water heater's pilot light kept turning off. Called R.E. Plumbing, they showed up and determined the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They called the water heater company directly and verified it was still under warranty. I had a brand new water heater installed within a couple of hours. Just had to pay installation. I highly recommend R.E. Plumbing. This was my second time calling then and I'll continue to do so if I need work done. read more

Ari is my go to plumber. Yesterday they sent Eric out to replace a leaking valve under my sink. It was overworked due to the line to my refrigerator as installed by the merchant. After calling in the night before they showed up promptly the next day and had it fixed in under an hour. This included a heavy duty line to the refrigerator. read more

Great service from RE Plumbing! Called at 8:45 at night. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and cleared the drain blockage that was backing up into my shower. Called for an estimate on a pressure regulator and ball valve shut off to the house. Ari arrived within 2 hours and provided an estimate for the job. Very good price compared to other plumbing companies in the area that were providing estimates of double or more the cost. The work was done timely and very professional. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of having this company perform the work that was needed. Would recommend R.E. Plumbing to everyone . read more

RE Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me - Upland, California

The best, the absolute best. I used their services years ago, and am delighted to say the quality and value of their services has not waned. If anything, it has gotten better. I had received estimates from "leak specialists" then it dawned on me to see if RE did that type of work. Hazaah, they did! The other guys would have torn up concrete/started rerouting lines without determining the source of the problem. It wasn't a slab leak, it was a crack in the water heater. RE replaced the water heater, the wood underneathe it that was saturated, pipes, the water pressure regulator, left a big fan to dry out affected carpeting, and a couple of other minor repairs they came upon, , all for almost the same amount I had been quoted by the other guys. There's a good reason their card stays on my refrigerator door. read more

These guys saved me on Mother's Day super affordable and literally fixed my plumbing within 15 minutes! 3 different plumbers came, saying they couldn't do it or charging me 480 to allegedly do some hydro something and needed a supervisor for whatever job they needed to do to my house. RE Plumbing - Brand New Shower installed - Plumbing Near Me - Upland, California

R.E. plumbing saved me and my family big time. Had 2 different plumbers come out before them telling me I had a slab leak and it was going to cost approx 3-5k and that they had to tear down my staircase meaning I would have to move to a hotel for a few weeks. I called RE to get one last leak detection and be sure before I tear the whole house down and Arya came. Within a few minutes he was able to find the leak and turns out it was the back of the dish washer. A $5,000 problem got fixed with a couple hundred dollars. Thank you guys for everything!!! read more

An update to my previous review. Over 24 hours after my scheduled appointment and after I left my first yelp review, I was contacted by RE Plumbing claiming there was a mix up and somehow I wasn't on the schedule for Saturday on their end. I explained how disappointed I was to have to cancel all plans for that day because I was waiting on them to arrive or even give me a call back. They said they would cone out the next day. I explained that I work and am unable to miss another day of work due to this issue and that's why I scheduled for Saturday. The gentleman agreed to come out in the evening to take a look at the toilet on Monday. He showed at the agreed upon time. He proceeded to blame me for breaking the toilet after they left. The toilet was used once because I was under the impression it was fixed after the first person came. Nothing would flush down. Of course we didn't try it again. There was pieces of toilet paper in the toilet because it still was not flushing properly. The gentleman that was there (Eric) was telling me that he would go ahead and fix it to make things right, but still while being very accusatory that I had broken it. If it had been a separate issue as he was trying to say, they would have tried to sell me another service. It's a business. Of course they will try to upsell it. So he tried to accuse me that it was always like that and it was clogged and he tried to say that it happened after the initial repair. Make up your mind. They did correct the issue, but I cannot give any more stars because I was blamed for everything the entire time he was there and it was only like that after they came for the initial visit. I don't think it's good customer service to call your clients liars. read more

In an industry that's filled with "plumbers" who only care about the money, it's incredible to find a family business who's craftsmanship and effectiveness is the priority. Ari and Eric do their family name proud. They are super nice, effective, courteous and above all, fair in their fees (and I have previous construction employment experience). I've had 2 separate slab leaks in my home in 2 months. They have, and know how to use, the equipment to detect leaks, which is rare and usually only offered by a "leak detection" only company. My leaks were fixed with minimal damage to my home, something that other plumbers who came to my home only to tell me that they would have to destroy much more of my floor couldn't match. R.E. Plumbing is a complete pipe and plumbing solution company and they are my plumbers for life. read more

I know I recently wrote RE Plumbing a good review but now I have to update my most recent experience. I had issues with the connector from the toilet tank to the braided toilet hose that leaked down to the angle stop valve which makes it look like the angle stop valve may have had the issue. Instead testing to determine what is the issue, the tech changed out the braided hose and angle stop valve to charge $300. I know this because I asked the tech what was the issue. His reply was, I did check. I am changing out everything so it is all new. At this point he took everything apart already. I should have stayed with him the entire time to make sure he tested all parts and only replaced what was need. It is pretty frustrating to find out that he did not test anything. On top of that, the tech turned down the water pressure at the house and did not tell me. After the tech left my home, I was not able to run the dishwasher, shower, and laundry machine at the same time. That's when I realize why the tech kept telling me that my water pressure was low and that I may need to change my regulator valve. I checked my cameras, I saw him accessing the regulator valve and turning the knob. When I called the tech to ask if he did anything to the regulator valve and he said, "No, but the regulator valve may need to be replaced." I told him it was replaced three years ago when the water heater was replaced and I am only having this issue after he finished the toilet repair. He couldn't explain why it was only a problem after he finished the toilet repair. He came back to house and went straight to the regulator valve and turned the knob. Magically, the water pressure was back to normal. I am disappointed with RE Plumbing. They use to be honest and upstanding company but they are now dishonest. I will no longer be using them. I am giving two stars because the tech did come back to undo what he did to my regulator valve and my braided toilet hose did stop leaking. For future/potential customers, just be careful and make sure you follow the tech around, have the tech test to determine the issue before changing out anything, and watch them work the whole time. Also, ask a lot of questions so you know exactly what they are doing and why. I do not want anyone else to go through what I have gone through. read more

Ever have a toilet valve break in the middle of the night? I did. Aside from the squishy carpet, knowing it was Sunday morning and a plumber would be hard to reach, and if reached, would be REALLY pricey, was adding to my panic. Enter RE Plumbing. Ari was at my house within an hour and replaced the valve and hose. He also cleaned out my kitchen facet to improve the flow. Neat as a pin, thorough, and fast. The tab? $199 complete, but wait, there's more! I bought a yelp $200 coupon for $155, so that was the cost of my early Sunday morning emergency plumbing call. Sweet! An excellent experience overall. read more

Awesome, awesome, awesome! I needed a washer and dryer hooked up...and they did it all! They pulled the hot and cold water for the washer, hooked up the drainage, pulled the gas line for the dryer and even installed the dryer vent! And as an added bonus, they actually put in some levelers so the dryer wouldn't rock. I am so happy with the service I received! read more

He performed quality work quickly with out a second of wasted time. We were impressed that he showed up with a fully stocked and ready truck to fix virtually everything with all the tools and parts needed even for the things we didn't know needed fixing. My neighbor and I were both experiencing a drop in water pressure, so she called RE plumbing out to look at both of our homes to try to figure out the problem. He glanced at my water pressure regulator without touching anything and said it needed to be replaced for $300, since it was the same brand as my neighbor's. I asked him -"don't you need to test my water pressure in order to figure out if that was the problem?" He said that since the house was 14 years old and water pressure regulators only last 10 years, he knew that had to be the problem. (Without ever testing it!) He told my neighbor that hers also needed to be replaced, but for $500. She called out a different plumber who diagnosed her problem as being related to her water softener, and not the water pressure regulator after all! Her problem is now fixed and she still has her 14 year old water pressure regulator. I still don't know what the cause of my lower water pressure is, but I certainly can't trust this plumber to figure it out. read more
