Update: 2/19/26 Again, I just want to say what a great company Elite Plumbing & Drains is. I called to have a simple outside water valve fixed. They originally scheduled to come out on 2/18, but due to an emergency requiring their team, they called and rescheduled for a 2/19 visit. Duane was who they sent out. He called and arrived right at 8:00am. He did a quick assessment and replaced the valve within the hour. Again, great service!!! If you need plumbing service, this is the company to use! What was supposed to be a 3-5 day repair, turned into a 5+ week repair. I don't really do bad reviews, but working in the housing sector myself, too much went wrong with this project that needs to be pointed out. There was a lot of inconsistency in communication, uncertainty of when work would be done, and lack of urgency for completing the repairs when we only have one shower; which still aren't 100% done. To summarize, the shower in my condo was causing a leak in the floor and we needed it looked at ASAP. I was referred to Elite by my parents who, much like the other reviews, had a good experience. Dannon came out to assess the leak within a day and turns out we needed to replace the waterlines, plus demo/rebuild the entire shower. We were given a project completion date to be about 3-5 days. The first two days went smooth and once the shower demo was complete, it was discovered that there was some water damage on the framing. Elite brought in a water mitigation partner (All Professional Cleaning LLC) to assess it that same day. After the water mitigation came into play, everything slowed drastically and Elite wasn't able to install the shower until that treatment was done. It took two weeks for the treatment to be conducted, then another 7 days to dry. Why it wasn't treated within the first few days knowing it would take that long to dry out, I don't know! During this time, we didn't get any help from Elite on making sure things stayed on track even though it was a partner they brought in. Another issue was trying to get Elite to send documentation for insurance purposes and for us to choose between shower options. I asked numerous times via text for the invoice docs, pictures, and the shower options, but I would either get them in pieces or nothing at all. Once the shower install could happen, we received the shower options the DAY BEFORE Elite planned to do the work. That next morning I get a call saying they can't come because the tub/shower is missing a few pieces. That pushed the install to a few days later and the trend of scheduling days to come out, but no work happening just continued. These days included delays in the deliveries, things wrong with the product when delivered, and not being upfront with us on what was in stock for them and what wasn't. It wasn't until the fourth reschedule did the install finally happen. While all this was happening, I'm driving back and forth from Moreno Valley to Ontario (30 miles) just to have Elite be a no show on days. Other issues along the way included a cabinet being broken during the drywall work and it not being fully repaired, the wrong shower-head being installed, plus the tub faucet/shower flange not being sealed. We were told they'd be fixed the following week, but once again it didn't happen with no communication on why they didn't show up. My wife and I are now at a place where we just accept that it is what it is. We do appreciate the fact Dannon was able to provide a clear understanding of the damages and helping explain everything to the insurance when it seemed he was getting pulled in a bunch of different directions. When work did happen, Elite's workers were efficient and did solid quality for the most part. However, with all the issues we encountered I don't think I'd work with them again nor refer them to other owners because a lot of the issues were preventative and are key for owners to keep properties running. read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but I was compelled to provide one for Everardo and his team at Elite Plumbing & Drains. All I can say is Everardo is the "real deal" when it comes to plumbing, especially when you need a major plumbing job. We had a lateral clay sewer drain pipe that was collapsing near the connection of the main sewer line. The sewer pipe was in an area that was under the asphalt of the street. The first company that came out ran the camera down (overcharged us for this service) and told us we need to dig up the street to repair this sewer line. They wanted fees for city permits and a time line that would put our tenants without a toilet for weeks. We called Everardo for a second opinion, and he came out the same day to run his camera line down. He offered us a clear explanation of the situation and provided a solution using his Sewer Pipe Lining to save the existing line without digging up the street. It was clearly the best solution for us in terms of time and price. He got his guys out there the next day (in a heavy rain storm) and got us back online by the end of the day. Unbelievable hard work and dedication to his customers. He is also local to Riverside, so we were more than happy to provide him the business and keep it within the community. 5 stars all around! I was getting a water softener installed for our home in Fontana. Before contracting with Elite Plumbing and Drains, I did my due diligence to get several estimates. What I found is that Elite Plumbing and Drains had the most competitive price in comparison to other estimates that I received. Our service technician, Jorge Nunez, did an amazing job with the install. He was respectful of our home and made sure to clean any debris that was left over. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Jorge made sure to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that we received the highest quality of service. He checked to make sure our drain is live prior to the install and addressed a reoccurring leak to make sure it got resolved. He notified me prior to doing anything invasive such as drilling a hole for the overflow drain pipe. He also asked me if the installation was meeting my expectations as it was progressing along. Jorge always showed up within the promised timeframe. Very professional service and certainly exceeded all of my expectations. I called Elite Plumbing because our regular plumber ignored us after a drain fix that started backing up again. Richie showed up earlier than expected and got right to business. I felt pretty dumb when he showed me it was just hair that collected in the new drain plug. Fixed in less than a minute. To my shock, Richie didn't charge me for the visit. He only requested good word of mouth to others. Richie, you got it! Quick and efficient work! The men that came over (sorry i can't recall their names) were very respectful and explained everything that needed to be done. Scheduling service for our semi-emergency was easy and fast-they were able to come out the same day! I left a review about a year ago after we had one of their plumbers out for a quote and to check to see if there was a problem with our kitchen faucet, but today we officially utilized their services. We had two outdoor hose bibs replaced as the original ones came with the house and would spray and leak every time they were used. Jorge came over, figured out the problem and instead of rip the walls apart, he took time to listen and figure out the actual problem areas. Only taking down the drywall that needed to be taken down. Since time wasn't on his side, he stopped for the night and cleaned up everything. Then went home. Came back the next morning and fixed our leaking pipe. Again, taking only what he needed to and nothing else. Leaving us with way less to repair and way less to move around. Once done, he cleaned up everything and went to the next job. Others can probably do the same fix. But they won't clean up and do as little damage as possible even though it makes their job more difficult. It all started with a slow draining toilet. The toilet was replaced in Oct. 2020 by NexGen for the same symptom. Roots were found in 2020. So, I called NexGen. They did a camera inspection and discovered a section of the sewage line was buckled with roots intruding. NexGen quoted $70K!!! So, I got on Yelp, started a project and requested additional estimates. I am thankful Elite Plumbing responded. They pinpointed the problem and recommended a less aggressive (so less costly) but thorough solution. They were honest; they did not try to sell something that was not needed. My husband and I had a sense that we were in good hands. Their quote was 80 percent less than NexGen. Richie and his crew were professional and helpful. They kept a tidy work area.
