About 4 hours before opening night of one of our Family Shows the theatre had a leaking pipe on the patio which flooded the entire area. I called Rossman Plumbing, the said they could get someone there in two hours and they absolutely came through. Their lead plumber, Edgar, was wonderful - very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He succeeded in getting everything capped off and the water back on in the theatre by 7:04 and "the show went on" in time. A few years ago, Rossman Plumbing came in to my investment home and looked at my GE brand water heater from Home Depot. Found out that all it needed was a new thermocouple. However: The owner, Matthew Rossman, told me via phone with his plumber on the line that I needed to replace the entire water heater. Total bull. I declined and got a friend to help me get a $10 thermocouple. We changed it out in 5 min. A local city official along with a school district official, they both had recommended Rossman. Turns out, he's donated money, sponsorship and gifts to the city and schools. That's nice, but that's how the company gets conflict-of-interest endorsements. These people recommended and endorsed Rossman Plumbing to me. When these folks asked me how it went with Matt Rossman, I told these people that I didn't have a positive experience. That's all I said. Nothing more. Almost immediately I get blasted with cell phone calls, texts and emails from Matthew Rossman. He gaslights me, saying he gets all positive customer reviews, that I shouldn't be talking sh*t about him when I'm the one who has a sh*tty brand water heater that wouldn't last another month. Instead of being a community focused business owner, and simply asking what my beef is, he decides to escalate immediately and go off. There was so much more BS that he spewed that wasn't even true. Guess what? I sold the house recently with the exact same "sh*tty" water heater. Rossman said the water heater didn't meet city and county codes. Baloney as home inspection and full appraisal revealed no issues. You want to take a chance with a lying, money-hungry, gaslighting, belligerent business owner who escalates immediately? Beware, beware, beware. If I could give them a zero I would. This company came to my parents home to install two toilets that were supposed to be for handicap with powerful flushing system (they installed 2-$400 retail toilets from Kohler and not what was specified) and to look at a possible leak in attic (which was an air conditioning issue). The service tech left in the middle of the job went to Home Depot and didn't return for several hours. Then upon returning to finished install the service tech lost his truck keys and couldn't find them. He even went so far thinking he lost them down a drain and uninstalled a toilet only to break it. He was stuck at my parents house who are elderly and handicap for 3-4 extra hours and the tension was very heavy. I went over to help look for the keys and we could not find them. This guy literally took everything out of the van on the driveway and threw everything back in his van leaving a mess in driveway of screws and bolts. The manager had to come get him and then they asked to leave the work van in driveway overnight to spare them the expenses of having to pay for an emergency service to make a new key. I had to get permission from the community and security to accommodate them. What makes me upset is they installed the incorrect toilets, charged my parents $2700 for two $400 retail toilets and my parents were so frazzled from this horrible experience. They had to have another crew come back the next day to finish up installing the wrong toilet. I called and talked to the manager Rudy and I asked him to cut cost way down for the huge inconvenience they caused an elderly couple. I understand companies need to make money, but they WOULD NOT provide an invoice of any kind with parts and labor so I don't even know how they came up with the cost and how many true hours of work was charged. I let them know that $1500 was a decent number to pay them for this job and they did negotiate down to $2100, but they still would not provide me with any invoice or paperwork. They also threatened to put a lien on my parents home if they didn't pay $2100 immediately. This company is very shady and operates on a horrible level with not providing estimates before work commences, proper costs showing parts and labor, proper products that were asked for, bad management skills when you have a problem, and makes threats on customers to pay for things they didn't agree to. They really took advantage of an elderly couple and overinflated their prices and did not provide them with the correct toilets and an invoice. They literally provided a synopsis as an invoice of what happened up to the point of the service tech leaving to Home Depot and then never mentioned all the turmoil after that. After the Yelp review, I was called back because owner was mad about how badly the service was. I gave them another chance and a technician, Joel, arrived within the hour. He was very nice and offered me a discount of $50. He quoted me $175 to repair, but pushed it back repair to next day. The next day he said it was going to be $450, so I figured I'll just buy the Tankless water heater that was marked up beyond its value. Joel left a mess and holes and cut pipes in my drywall that I had to take care of myself. The discount he talked about was not on the bill. I gave Rossmans one more star for the effort, but if you want an honest reliable plumber, go elsewhere because it's hit or miss with Rossmans plumbing depending on which plumber. 9 months after Joel installed my Tankless water heater, water started leaking from the couplings. I was apprehensive to call Rossman's because of their shoddy work so I called a plumber I found on Craigslist. Because Joel used cheap galvanized steel fittings (which you're not allowed to use by state law) I had premature corrosion that eventually would become worse. Luckily Sergio Gonzalez plumbing was able to replace the fittings with approved copper fittings for an honest price. After purchasing a home knowing the sewer line would need to be replaced. I hired Rossman to do the work which was done in June of 2022. The plumbing work they did great. In the contract, it released them from liability of lawn damage. They used an excavator to dig up the line, damaging nearly $1,000 of irrigation. I received a phone call stating "we have an issue" and the excavator hit the house, causing damage to the roof. They apologized and told me it would get fixed by a specific roofing company. It is now mid September and the roof has not bee fixed. I have reached out multiple time to the company and they have not arranged for it to be fixed. They do great plumbing work, but be careful using them. read more

Every time this company comes to see another condo which are homeowners which seems weekly they turn off water without notifying other residents and causing plumbing and water pressure issues in our unit..I took video and pics of our condos and others in our unit complex to show they give no notice park in front of owners parking spaces and only Bandaid issues for repeat business...It's a sad state for any business to conduct in this manner. The worst plumber I ever had! Had a leak in the ceiling, they came "not wearing mask" and tore the ceiling down "pic attached".. after 3 hours the didn't figure out where is the leak coming from. Neither completed the job correctly. Our kitchen sink was not draining for two days so we called down Rossman. They have done work on our home before (broken shower handle) so we are familiar with their work and system. They sent down Steve, who in his diagnosis throughout explained what our problem was. I thought that I had put too much food down the drain but he determined that there was sludge accumulated from grease, etc. over the last 15 years in the sewage line. He was able to determine this after he had tried to snake the line. After that, he decided we need to do some water jetting of the line to push to go ahead and clean everything through. All the sludge shot out of the overflow drain out the house; it worked! Stevewas in and out, efficient in his work. I actually don't know about their plumbing services but had the misfortune of being on the freeway yesterday with their truck. On 11/30/2022 between 10;30 am an 11:30 am they were driving west bound on the 210 to the southbound 57 and I was going the same direction, luckily got away from them when they went on the 60 west. They tailgate horribly to the point I did not feel safe. They cut me off at least twice not to mention the other motorists they did the same things to so whoever was driving yesterday SHAME ON YOU. Warning!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! THEY WILL DO THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS 1. As a plumbing company, they can't even find where a leak is coming from. 2. Walking off without fixing the problem and telling you that you just had a new problem just happen. 3. Saying "F**KING" a lot to you, and threatening you and your family to pay without fixing your leak at all. 4. They will rip off you for 4 hours of work for $3000 Here are the details about what happened to me: On July 3rd, my house had a water leak coming from underground (why I know is because there was a leak from the same place last year). My contractor recommended me Rossman, and two young Rossman employees came. They don't use any water leak detection devices to detect where the leak is. They simply cut 9 big holes into my wall and cut all the pipes just want to find out where the leak was. At the same time, I pointed out to them the area of the leak- because I know it is from same place as last year. The two young men don't trust me and told me that it is a new place that is leaking. At that time, they already had cut all my pipes and left me no option but to choose them to fix. THEY RIPPED OFF ME FOR $3000 TO REROUTE JUST 10FT Unfortunately, they found a wrong place and the water is still leaking. The interesting thing comes now. Rossman says they have 12 years' experience doing this, and they can't be wrong!!! Why the water is still leaking is because when they were doing the job, a new leak happened!!! Wow, how lucky I am, during the 4 hours they worked, a new leak just happened in my house! They start to play games now and find excuses for their mistakes. As a customer I don't want to pay them because they didn't fix my water leak at all and just damaged my good water pipes. The two men from Rossman start to say "f**king" a lot to me and my family and threaten me to pay the full amount by midnight 12:00am. For my family's safety I have to pay them and they just walk away without fixing my issue at all. For the next few days, I am out of town and I have to shut the water off for 4 days. During these 4 days, I didn't have any calls from Rossman at all. After the 4 days, I came back and I called them. They still refuse to admit that they made any mistakes. I spoke with the manager Cody, who was not friendly at all, but they still sent another 2 senior plumbers to my house who admitted that the first two guys had made the mistake. The two new senior plumber were nice and they fixed the problem. But because of Rossman made this kind of mistake and have employees with such bad attitudes, here are the losses that I had: 1. 9 extra holes on my wall which was unnecessary at all. Now I need to find contractor fix those. 2. Extra damage to my house because the water leak was not fixed on time. 3. Extra fees I had to pay because I have been ripped off. 4. Wasting my time to stay at home for the whole day causing me to miss work. 5. More potential risk of leaking as my good pipes are now cut. The Rossman boss is funny guy. If you post 1 star on yelp, he will comment "This is a fake profile set up by a competitor". Super dirty Anyway, ROSSMAN needs to take full responsibly for the damage they did to my house and the bad words they said to me and my family. I don't want anyone from that company to work on my house anymore. Their license number is 910308. I found out there was a leak from my bathroom. Called HOA and they sent a "NEW" contracted plumber to inspect the problem. They initially do an inspection staying it was a leak from the bath facet and not the pipe inside. He confirm HOA will not cover and he want to charge $260 to fix the leak (by changing a part inside cost $15 at home depot). So I refused their overprice offer and will fix it on my own. 2 days later, the same Plumbing company was here to inspect my neighbor property. Asking them for their insurance info so they can begin their overpriced, unqualified works. Just be aware and very careful with dishonest company and BS they gave you.
