We just moved into our new house yesterday and something wasn't working with the gas. So we had no hot water, no heat, no oven or stove and no dryer to use. For reference, yes I transferred it so it wasn't shut off. I called Trinity at 8am to see if they could come take a look. They said they had an appointment between 4-6. So I booked it. Got a call at 11:30 saying they could come sooner in the next hour so I was even more excited. Jose was so nice. He looked at the gas meter and said the earthquake safety had been tripped.
