Communicative and helpful. Provided quotes for different options and charged a reasonable price for an escrow sewer scope.

Friendly and affordable. Came out the next day solved the issue and even told me what happened.

I appreciated the prompt response from Utility Plumbing Services. Valerie was incredibly kind and reassuring over the phone. Mario showed up early and made sure to call me to let me know. He was very professional and came prepared to fix the issue. There was no pushing products or trying to add more services than requested. He got the job done quick. Overall quite happy with their service. read more

Utility Plumbing Services - Plumbing Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

If you are looking for Great Service, Utility Plumbing Services is it! My husband and I are so happy we went with them! We spoke with the owner Cody and made our experience so much personal and listened to our needs. Joseph came by to assess our water heater tank and installed shortly after. After final installation they waited hours outside to insure our water faucets and showers were meeting our expectations and it did! We have been recommending them to not only our mothers but also friends and co workers. read more

To put it quite simply, communication, service, and overall service was amazing. Joseph was the technician that was sent out to handle a pretty bad clog in our kitchen and outside. You know that feeling you get when dealing with companies and they seem shady or like they're trying to take advantage? Zero sense with Cody (owner whom I spoke to prior to scheduling) and Joseph the whole day he serviced our home. There's a sense of comfort to that and what makes me want to hire them moving forward. Everything from start to finish was great and I definitely recommend them! read more

Cody answered my call and offered to come out within two hours for an active leak coming from my second floor, which I really appreciated. He provided a free estimate and was courteous and professional throughout our interaction. I ended up canceling the service shortly after because I was able to identify the source of the leak myself, it turned out to be a faulty handheld bidet sprayer in an upstairs bathroom. Even so, I felt compelled to leave a review because I was genuinely impressed by Cody's professionalism and demeanor. This company gives off a very authentic and transparent vibe. I would definitely reach out to them again for any future plumbing needs. read more

My service call is scheduled for tomorrow but Cody has already has gone over and beyond to help me. He even FaceTimed me to help me figure out something I should already know haha I didn't feel rushed & felt like he actually cared. Customer service like this doesn't really exist anymore so I wanted to make sure to make it be known how great this company is. Definitely my go to plumber from here on out. read more

Had an issue with the pipe that supplies water to the washer and needed someone out ASAP. We called Utility Plumbing and spoke with Valerie--super friendly and helpful. She was able to get someone out the same day. Joe, the plumber, showed up within 30 minutes, figured out the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and gave us an estimate on the spot. He was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great customer service all around. If you're dealing with a plumbing emergency and want fast, reliable help, definitely give these guys a call. Had a great experience with Utility Plumbing Services. I had a gas leak in the attic furnace gas lines (x2) which resulted in the gas being shut off by the gas company. In a rush to find help, I went through Yelp and contacted multiple groups after hours (8pm) and literally got a call from Cody, the owner, in less than 10 minutes to setup an appointment. Joe came out the next day and helped triage and assess the issue and provided estimated costs, time, and step by step solutions if the first fix did not work. We did have to reschedule due to availability, but he promptly came back the next day. Not only did he fix the two leaks, he also found 2 more leaks during the pressure test and diligently worked to fix those as well, almost 7 hours non-stop! He even called the gas company to come out and worked with them directly to help fix the final leak and get my gas back on at the same time. Joe was very easy to chat with and ask question and super flexible. Would recommend Joe and Utility Plumbing if you need help! read more

Great company! We had been experiencing two leaks and one of which we could not figure out where it was coming from. Joseph was the technician that came out and he was able to immediately identify the issue and took care of it right away. This was after another company gave us the wrong information. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and just a great worker overall. We will be using Utility Plumbing from here on out for any plumbing matters. read more

Great value for the services. The team at utility acted fact and with care. I was impressed at how the rep on the phone was quick and really nice. They got a plumber to me same day. The Technician, I cannot remember his name sorry, was very good. Took his time to make sure everything was done right and clean when he was done. Thank you again Utility. read more

Very good customer service. Valerie, the office manager, was very nice and accommodated my schedule. Joseph the service technician came out and assessed my situation. Based on his experience, he recommended I change out my pressure regulator. He said that was what was most likely causing the drip leak in the tub. Total estimate was a little over $2,400 dollars because he recommended I change out my shut off valve. He said he could add a free spigot next to the pressure regulator and replace my cartridge to stop the leak for free. He was kind enough to give me a 10 percent discount. The price was lowered to around $2,200.00. I made an appointment for the following week due to scheduling conflict. I decided to call another 5 star plumber and the new plumber told me because my house was new he wouldn't advise on changing out the shut off valve and said did I really need another faucet near the regulator? I told him not really but Utility was willing to install it free. He said he could fix my cartridge for the bathtub if needed but to wait and change out the cartridge only if there was a leak. My brother in law offered to change it out, but I would have to wait. In the end, I ended up not using Utility Plumbing service and spoke to Cody. the owner, about cancelling my appointment. He was very nice and said to call them if we needed help. At the end I had the second 5 star plumbing company I found on Yelp and they only changed the pressure regulator, which ended up costing me about $820.00. The nice thing is the second plumber was smart by telling me to wait on the cartridge because my bathtub leak stopped. Oh, because my regulator is on the bigger side, instead of the part costing $200.00, it cost $600.00. The additional $200.00 was for the labor. The four stars is for Utility Plumbings customer service. read more

If you are in need of home plumbing repair, contact Utility Plumbing Services. I noticed a leak in my old float-valve toilet in the middle of the night, which is something no one ever wants happening. While it was an insignificant leak that I didn't consider an emergency, I definitely wanted it taken care of later that day. I went on to Yelp and found this company. Cody, the owner, was very friendly and transparent and promised that one of his techs would arrive between 9-11am that same day. His tech, Joe, did just that. Joe arrived on the front-end (9:05am) of the promised timeframe which is something you don't usually see these days. Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly knew how to fix the issue. After writing up a quick estimate, Joe pick up the parts that he needed and finished the work right away. He was done in less than an hour. This is a great company and I look forward to working with them in the future. While I hope I never have any plumbing issues in the future, I know this is a company and team that I can rely on.
