Robert is the worst!! we have been trying to get help from him for over 2 years and he has blown us off every single time. He does not care, hes over priced and he extorts you by demanding you let him do all kinds of unnecessary services you dont need because he only cares about money. Completely a thief, liar and extortionist! I am ripping out my water system just so I never have to deal with him or the crooked company he is contracted with! UPDATE:: Just got off the phone with the corporate co for our water filtration system. we got on a customer video call and thy inspected he system for us free of charge and we do not need a by pass or any special parts. hey also informed us that the price Robert was trying to charge us was about triple than what we should have paid. I am glad I caught this ripp off monster in the act. Not to mention how rude and and high and mighty talking down to us on the phone he is. read more

I've used Jubilee plumbing before, and just like this time I was very happy with the service. We had a plumbing emergency this evening and I called several plumbers and none were able to come out today. When I called Jubilee, they fit me in within the following hour and when JON arrived he had a problem with our drains, but he didn't give up and kept trying things (all while keeping me updated the entire time) and eventually was able to clear out our drains within 1.5 hours. Jon was very polite, and we recommend jubilee plumbing to our friends and neighbors! read more

We had a waterfall in the kitchen that was coming from the bathtub just above. John came out to do the repair and was great - he wore gloves and a mask the entire time. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable, and also spent extra time to make sure that what he repaired was the whole problem. Repair was at the low end of what I expected to pay. I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat. read more

We had no pressure coming out of our sinks and toilets wouldn't go flush. When I was able to get a hold of the technician they let me know their current location and how long it's gonna take for them to get to me. I had called three other plumbers before calling Jubilee Plumbing, they were lightning fast and were here before their time window. The two technicians were professional and walked me through the process. What I thought was amazing was they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Once it came time to do the work I was surprised that they had everything they needed in their trucks and didn't have to go to a hardware store run. Once they finished with the repair they cleaned up the entire work area and our pressure throughout the house is better than it has ever been. Thank you Jubilee Plumbing read more

Our upstairs bathroom was inoperable for quite awhile as we had several people out to find why it was leaking down into our garage. Every time we thought it was fixed the same thing would happen again. This went on for so long we just stopped using it.
