Situation: Upstairs bathtub leaked into the kitchen ceiling below, causing drywall moisture damage over time -mold. A leak, not a burst pipe. My toilet was leaking, the water from the upstairs bathtub was leaking into my kitchen below and my faucet was shaking from high water pressure so I needed a new regulator.
