We called RedHead rooter due to our toilet backing up. To be honest, the toilet had been backing up for years and we thought having it snaked again (per usual) would do the trick. Isaac came and insisted on checking to see what the real root of the cause was. He found belly or sag in the sewer line in two places. Obviously, this is not what we wanted to hear especially considering the price tag that comes with fixing it. Isaac was great with the info he provided and thoroughly explained it to us. My wife noticed a leak in a galvanized pipe at the front of our house, I checked yelp and found that RedHead Rooter had very good reviews I called and they sent Gio right away he evaluated the situation and gave us a few options and a quote that was fair, we decided on a complete repipe including the supply pipe from the street as our house was built in 1959. Gio and his crew arrived early the next morning got right to work Gio was able to run the main supply line under our driveway and didn't damage the concrete which I really appreciate. Gio was very friendly, professional and explained every thing that was being done, even the company owner showed up to see how everything was going. Gio and his crew was finished by 3 PM. The next morning the stucco and drywall crew arrived early and did a great job, the stucco matched perfectly and Gio even called to check on how everything was going. First of Shane was nothing but awesome at making me feel happy along the way with the project start to finish, guy was very personable and had us all cracking up with laughter. I am genuinely impressed with how reliable Redhead Rooster is. I had a rogue running tub facet in one upstairs tub/shower combo. The internal valve broke, and the water would not turn off. It was after 11:30 p.m., and I called eight (8) plumbing companies providing "24-hour emergency service", but no technicians (plumbers) were available until the following morning after 8 a.m. (so much for 24-hour service). Some operators said they would have a technician call me, but I had no returned calls that evening. Upon frustration, I then went on Angies List and requested local plumbers to contact me. Within 5 minutes, Redhead Rooster texted me. They asked me to send pictures of the issue, and within 30 min, a technician (Giovanni) was at my door. Giovanni finished just after 1am, fixed the problem, and prevented me from having my family (primarily ladies) from not having running water by having to shut off the water all night. Giovanni did a superb job, and if this is how Redhead provides service in an emergency, then they have my uttermost trust for serving my needs when it is not. I had an EMERGENCY! My good friend recommended I call Redhead Rooter. She's used him before and had nothing but good things to say about him and the services he provides. I'm so glad I called! I am pretty handy around the house but I couldn't figure out what was going on! Redhead Rooter was at my house just a few hours after I called him and he broke everything down for me. Explained what he was going to do to figure out the problem, explained pricing up front and had NO HIDDEN CHARGES anywhere on my bill. He dug up the issue, pulled out the pipes and he found roots! He explained how he was going to fix it and that he would put everything back and fill the area so there was no dip in the dirt.
