I am genuinely impressed with how reliable Redhead Rooster is. I had a rogue running tub facet in one upstairs tub/shower combo. The internal valve broke, and the water would not turn off. It was after 11:30 p.m., and I called eight (8) plumbing companies providing "24-hour emergency service", but no technicians (plumbers) were available until the following morning after 8 a.m. (so much for 24-hour service). Some operators said they would have a technician call me, but I had no returned calls that evening. Upon frustration, I then went on Angies List and requested local plumbers to contact me. Within 5 minutes, Redhead Rooster texted me. They asked me to send pictures of the issue, and within 30 min, a technician (Giovanni) was at my door. Giovanni finished just after 1am, fixed the problem, and prevented me from having my family (primarily ladies) from not having running water by having to shut off the water all night.
