I called KDP plumbing because my tankless water heater had a leak. He came to my house the same day and checked out my water heater and found the problem. He called the Manufacturer and got me a brand new one at no cost to me. When it was delivered he came over and removed and reinstalled the new heater and also found other problems and repaired them. Kurtis and his crew at KDP are amazing. I've used them several times. The first time I had them come out and install a tub/surround after another company messed up the plumbing and tile walls. They were professional and reasonably priced. Second time they came out to fix my main water line that had broke. I called and they showed up within 45 mins. Talk about quick customer service. Again, they were professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs! read more

Customer service is terrible with this business. Here was my experience following up 4 days with a business that confirmed appointment, had a no show and then became nonresponsive with my follow up communications after the appointment. For urgent plumbing needs I would not recommend this business. Mon Aug 31 at 11:30AM: called them on phone and was transferred to their answering service. The answering service confirmed a booked appointment for Wednesday at 1PM-3PM. The answering service also asked me to text a phone to send all my details for confirmed appointment so I sent texts. Tues Sept 1: sent more details by text to their preferred phone Wed Sept 2: Plumber did not show up during appointment time. Called them on phone at 4PM and plumber said there was no appointment booked that answering service did not relay info to him. Asked him to book appointment and he seemed confused. Thur Sept 3: Followed up by phone and text for appointment and plumber became non responsive. read more

Our family has used home warranty for years and each year the warranty's increase as well as the service call fees. Our water heater went out and after going round and round with the warranty company we reached out to a company we previously used and was totally ghosted so I turned to YELP. KDP Plumbing not only responded to my request asap but someone came out the next day. Kurtis, the owner provided us with an arrival timeline and set a fair price. Thankfully, our water heater was under warranty and the tech/Nolan was able to swap out the old for a new one with no problem. Nolan not only did a wonderful job, he was professional, very personable, explained everything and answered our questions. Unfortunately, we had a leak inside the walls which was seemingly ongoing and Nolan came back out, fixed the problem cleaned up the area and my family is relieved. (No more cold showers!!!) KDP Plumbing is our go to over home warranty companies. Thank you! read more

Kurtis and Nolan were very helpful with running my new utility lines (Gas, Sewer, and Water Supply) for my future outdoor kitchen. Since I was pulling permits, there were certain plumbing codes to follow. Kurtis was able to figure everything out and both gentlemen did an exceptional job; even the inspector was happy. I highly recommend the folks at KDP Plumbing; they are true professionals and will take care of you from start to finish! read more

Kurtis answered my request for a quote promptly. He understood what we needed and was helpful in recommending what suited our needs best. Work was professional and he was thorough throughout the process. Very transparent so there was no confusion. On time for both days of work which helped with my own scheduling. Highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you have. Pricing was also very reasonable. read more

Had KDP Plumbing out today for regular maintenance on my tankless water heater. Kurtis was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He did the flush properly and also cleaned out the filters and the water pressure balloon to keep everything running smoothly. He recommended a whole house water filter but was not pushy about it at all. It actually got me thinking about adding one in the future. He arrived within the scheduled time window, which I appreciated since I had meetings and was only available during that time. Pricing was competitive for the job. I would definitely recommend Kurtis for any plumbing work. read more

Ive used KDP Plumbing several times. Kurtis has replaced my hot water heater, fixed a broken pipe in my house, installed a new pressure regulator and installed two new shower valve systems. It's so great to find a tradesman who does honest, quality work. That is what I found with KDP. For starters, he answered the phone the first time I called. No answering service, no voicemail, just someone who still takes a phone call. I needed my water heater replaced and he came out the next morning and handled it. The installation kit that the big box store sold me was completely wrong for the water heater I just bought from them. No problem. KDP had all the right parts on his truck and got the water heater up and running. No rush trips to the store, no mismatched components, no headache. Also, the new water heater I bought was a different brand than my old water heater. KDP did some custom work on the copper piping so that it would function properly, but again, no problem. Had all those parts on his truck too. I'll be calling KDP for any plumbing work needed in the future. read more

As first-time home buyers, we were completely overwhelmed dealing with our plumbing issues (along with other house maintenance concerns), but KDP Plumbing made the entire process feel manageable from start to finish. Kurtis, Chris, Mike, and Nolan were incredibly diligent, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional throughout the whole project. They helped us reroute our kitchen drain line, install a water detection and automatic shut-off device, complete a 30' sewer liner, and even filled the concrete afterward and connected our washer and dryer before leaving. Their integrity and attention to detail truly stood out. We are beyond grateful for this crew and so pleased with their work. Highly recommend KDP Plumbing to anyone in need of honest, reliable, and high-quality plumbing services! read more

Kurtis was a lifesaver. I had an under the slab water leak. I had an appointment with a different plumbing company that was supposed to be local, but was not . I try to give my business to local mom and pops . Long story short , not only were they late , they were asking thousands more than they quoted. I found KDP number on the Norco uncensored face book page. Kurtis said he was finishing a job but could be at my house by 10 am. He showed up, had to use both the water leak detection devices. He was pretty sure he found it. He did , it started behind the water heater and was between the walls of my back to back bathrooms. He was professional explained what was going to be done. They rerouted with pex pipe per my request and were done by 5 pm . He and his partner worked together and left everything clean after everything was completed. KDP get a 5 star review from me. It is well deserved. No BS just the facts and no overcharges. read more

We were needing our shower/tub cartridge changed and new trim installed in one bathroom, and we had a 2-handle shower that needed similar work in another bathroom. The fixtures were old and hard to find suitable replacements for, so Kurtis recommended installing a new valve for a single handle shower. KDP Plumbing was very friendly, super professional, arrived on time, fairly priced for quality work, and very thorough. Our project threw the guys some curve balls, but they dealt with all of them great and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I would recommend them to anyone for any project, and will definitely call them again for any future needs. read more

Woke up on a Sunday to a leaking water heater and no hot water. We are also headed out of town for 3 days so we were in a major bind. I jumped on yelp and found Pinnacle plumbing, I called the number and Kurtis answered. I let him know what I had going on, he stated he was on a job at the moment but could be here between 12-2. He would text me when he had a better idea. He text me later and stated he would be here by noon. He actually got here around 11! Great service, prompt, friendly and offered great solutions for a Sunday. Highly recommend. read more
