They are always responsive, and their plumbers are friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The work is done properly, and they always make sure everything is cleaned up when they're finished. Scott himself is also very knowledgeable and helpful. When we had water damage related to the water heater, he provided great advice on dealing with the insurance claim and made sure everything was well documented, which was extremely helpful. My line was backed up to our cleanout well that held about 20 gallons. I called Scott Cole for the locality and family owned operation. I support small business. They came out in about 2 hours. Chris and Joe were my techs and gave me excellent service, great feedback and advice to make my lines better for the future and were just good guys. We had to sump dump the fluids first, then the line opening showed up and we snaked from the line to the street and the line to house. They did it twice in both directions to give me that peace of mind. I don't know plumbing and they did show me a picture of what how my connection was configured. I wish I would of asked for that picture. Please send if you see this. I want to make that correction in the future and extend my cleanout about 6 inches in height. Please give me a quote for that service?
