I will definitely call Bob with any future plumbing needs.

Should never have been installed in the first place.

Rather than leaving me to figure it out on my own, he walked me through all of his troubleshooting step by step so I could relay it to the technician when getting retested. He followed up consistently throughout the whole ordeal and genuinely expressed concern that I was without gas. I passed the retest, and I truly believe his guidance played a big part in that. Another 2 years later in 2023 I call RKM for routine maintenance and all of a sudden my AC stops working. Over the course of a week I had 4 different techs come out including the owner. Another 1k bucks later my AC was fixed. Fast forward to 1 week ago, my AC stops working again for the 3rd time in a 6.5 years. Due to my history with RKM I decided to call another company out that did an amazing job. They thuroughly explained to me how the shortcuts that were taken installing my unit were the reasons the water drainage line was backing up and triggering a safety switch. They also showed me how during my last "routine maintenance" RKM decided not to put a basic air filter that goes in my blower/furnace. Im not willing to accuse them of purposely doing this but when you get hired for a routine maintenance and end up charging 1k to fix the problem you created it sure looks badly. I have receipts to show all of this and I should be charging RKM for the competent work that was done to fix the shortcuts and possible sabotage that came from their techs. Do yourself a favor and do a little extra research, you never know whos paying for reviews.

Within just a few months, the system stopped functioning properly. I contacted the Polar Water team, and they agreed to come out and inspect the system. I followed up several times, left multiple messages, and attempted to reschedule, but I never received a response from anyone at Polar Water. Despite repeated attempts, no one has addressed the issue or honored the warranty. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a system from this company. They do not stand behind their warranty or provide the support they promise.
