I know it isn't any of the staff fault but felt VERY VERY overpriced. Unfortunately, I wasn't quite in a position to shop around and get quotes but there's no way all other places would be charging $1k to replace a valve. If you're in the position, definitely shop around before committing. But again, amazing staff, great clean work, very friendly.

We had an emergency flooding issue in our backyard and had no idea what caused it. We contacted Top…read moreTier Plumbing & Air and received a quick response and fast scheduling for a house call. Anthony Canez arrived at the scheduled window promptly, communicated clearly, and was professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue in our yard, but he also walked us through every step of the diagnostic process. As first-time homeowners, we were not familiar with all the reasons why the backyard would flood. Anthony took the time to teach us about our irrigation valve and watering system--how it works, why certain parts needed replacement, and even where our emergency water shutoff is located for future situations. After the (reasonable) estimate was generated, Anthony picked up the necessary parts and completed the repair efficiently. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a complete master class in backyard irrigation for my sister and I. We're grateful for the timely help from Anthony and Top Tier Plumbing and Air, and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Because I have multiple chemical sensitivities it was very important to put in a pipe that would not cause me problems and also to properly flush out the water lines in my home and water tank. Nick went above and beyond along with his assistant Jimmie to make sure I was left with a home that was safe for me and I could continue living in. There are no words for the relief I feel about that and for how grateful I am for this blessing. Nick also installed new aerators and shower heads to protect me from any chemical residue that I could potentially be exposed to if we used the old parts. I whole heartedly recommend Impact Plumbing to anyone looking for excellent plumbing services. And, importantly, his pricing is fair.

I had to tell the plumber how to do his job. He takes his screw driver and starts trying to push down on the drain and stabbing it. He says I have to go through the drain because of the p trap. My drain is free. I decide to double check his work and look at the pipes through my access panel. Lo and behold now I have a leak from his screw driver stabbings. He comes back and tells me this happened because it's old and illegal? WTF are you talking about? Everything was good until you Fd up. This is very disappointing. I contacted Apex Plumbing for a water heater replacement. When I asked…read morequestions about pricing, the contractor became frustrated and seemed to take my questions personally. The main issue was a lack of upfront clarity: the initial quote of $2,100 didn't specify it was a cash price. When I asked if paying cash would change the price, he then said $2,100 is the cash price, and paying by credit card adds 4%. This was not mentioned initially, which felt misleading. When I questioned this, he said: "I'm not rejecting you. Anyone who insults me with dishonesty doesn't deserve my services. I pride myself on honesty and transparency. I treat all my customers with respect and kindness. I am one of the kindest contractors you will come across. But for you to question my honesty is an insult." Transparency and clear communication are essential in good business practice. Any professional contractor should state upfront: "$2,100 cash, +4% if paying by card." Because the full picture wasn't communicated when it mattered, it's understandable that I felt the situation was not handled honestly.

The fact that he wanted to check it out FREE to make sure the water heater was up to code before he gave an accurate estimate showed that he is an honest man with integrity.
