Here are things to watch out for with Pride Plumbing of Redlands and Palm Desert: 1) bait and switch service scope and pricing; 2) sloppy and legally-insufficient estimates; 3) inexperienced plumbers with very poor communication and interpersonal skills; 4) promised and broken arrival times; 5) inability to work cooperatively with other tradesmen (by their own admission); 6) customer blaming for their miscommunication; 7) unfamiliarity with high-end, European-made gas appliances (by their own admission); 8) leaving metal debris behind for the customer to dispose of; 9) not providing customers timely copies of their estimates; and 10) not providing customers copies of paid receipts for work.
