I had a water main break on my front yard and i called my previous plumber to come out, but he was busy. He fixed my pipe and it broke again due to high pressure in my neighborhood. He was available to come out the same day we spoke. I was pleased with the price he offered and set up the service call for the next morning. James arrived on time and as I had located the replacement, he stopped at Home Depot and picked it up as part of the job, also agreeing to dispose of the broken one. James was respectful of my light colored carpet and wore shoe covers anytime he was inside.
